Two stars for the service they provide, 0 for communication. Website states takes donations til 4:00…. NOT TRUE. Drove an hour to be told stop taking at 3:30 so can clear off the loading dock. I guess someone else will enjoy the Aug boots and North Face jackets I had to donate. What a shame.

Great prices and a clean store. Best of all, most of the money they make goes to supporting halfway houses for battered women and children. It's really the most honest non-profit thrift store I've ever seen and the furniture selection is great quality, cheap, and constantly changing. The last Saturday of the month is half off everything in the store so it's always different. They also just opened a Christmas section in the store for extra seasonal items.

They have wonderful staff here. The items are packed from ceiling to floor and from wall to wall there's a lot of everything there. I do find some of the prices a little high, but if you find something you're looking for you it might be worth you buying it. If you live in an area that has a abuse center please donate to them first they do help so many people.

This thrift sells high quality merchandise to benefit abused women and children. The prices for designer clothes and name brand furniture are high because this store does not cater to average thrift store shoppers but to the 1 percenters that have affluent incomes and love a bargain for top of the line. So don't expect low prices here. But, if you are affluent, please shop here because you can keep your closet brimming with designer clothes at a fraction of the price (most clothes start at $14, for example) and benefit a worthy cause at the same time. Average income thrift store shoppers will be disappointed by the high prices and should shop elsewhere rather than complain about it. You and I are not their target customer, and that's okay. The store is full of clothes, shoes and jewelry. It has a limited but designer furniture selection. Lots of high end glassware and expensive dishes. A small amount of tools. There is free off street parking. The ladies room has 3 stalls, and was very clean. They have different sales promotions going on, and I did find some new designer wallpaper at $8 a roll which I got for 50% off for a craft project, so I didn't leave empty handed and my limited funds supported their worthy cause in a small way. They accept cash and major credit cards as payments.

Great first time experience! Very friendly staff. Large store with a lot to offer. Today was 50% off clothing. They also have a loyalty rewards card program! I found a lot of vintage pieces and unique western wear. I'll definitely be visiting again soon!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Every time I go to Dade City, I stop in here on my way back home! I have found some really great buys, especially lately! A lot of things are brand new, still sealed in original packaging but at awesome prices! I bought a new Sony DVD player there about a month ago for just $12! I know it sells at a local discount chain for at least double that price!Most of the employees are pretty friendly. They aren't all 'sugary sweet' and have no problem putting any 'wild' children in their place! That includes mine! Lol I have found that majority of the other customers I run into are quite friendly! I've chatted with some really great people while getting some really great deals! :-)

Today was my first day visiting this store and WOW, I was impressed! Today was 50% off all clothes, which they always have some type of sale. The store was clean, very well organized and the staff was so helpful and very friendly! The selection of clothes is amazing, great brand names, quite a few brand new items and the prices..... even without the sale the prices are amazing and 100% of profit goes to battered women! I have found my new favorite place to go!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I just had a friend tell me of her experience.... She was shopping and was asked for her ID ( I assume she was giving a check.) The person at the register saw another ID in her wallet and asked her what it was. She told the cashier that it was her Concealed carry permit. The cashier then proceeded to question her if she had her weapon on her.. "Please tell me you do not carry a gun on you and that you do not have it with you now!" she told her yes, I do have it on me now, and I carry it at all times." The cashier then began to make it very clear that it nor SOMEONE LIKE HER was welcome in the store. My friend told the cashier to have a good day and left the store. I understand that it is the right of an establishment to ask that no weapons be inside their place of business. My issue is with the cashier telling her "That they do not welcome "PEOPLE LIKE HER" in their store!!! This is a small town, where most of the population do conceal carry. I personally shop at your store and YES, I carry. UPDATE: I was very upset but when I called and spoke to the manager Sherry, she was very apologetic and told me that this should have never been an issue and should have never even been brought up and that she would take care of this herself. She then offered to give me the director's name and number so I could call and speak to her. I declined and assured her that I believed she would handle this appropriately. Thank You again Sherry for your help and understanding. Being "Someone like us!" :)

Nice place to donate clothes, furniture, etcetera!The above was my review 4 months ago with 5 stars.Today, a woman working the loading (donations) dock proceeded to tell me that she did not normally work the dock, but they were short help. She was very brass and rude to us while my young daughter, son and I made our donation. After 11 years of donating good furniture, exercise equipment and other big items along with years of kids' clothing solely to Solutions, we are very upset about being treated poorly by a Solutions Thrift Store staff person while giving donations. At this time, my family will donate to another organization. Last thing we need is negativity and attitude while doing good deeds, like donating goods.

Nice store for a thrift store . The prices are now more reasonable. I have gotten a couple of great deals here. They will negotiate prices. Have 1/2 price days. Worth looking into.Be aware... Some prices are great, some are way too high. They use ebay and similar as price guides. Ebay is the worst price guide you could possibly use. Too many phishers!A store like this needs someone who knows values to price items.

Whenever we go, this one employee pops us and makes comments like “you left the shopping cart.” We didn’t use the shopping cart? She makes me anxious, but the cashier is always lovely

I wanted to buy a dollhouse that was outside marked with the price but when I asked an employee he said it had been sold early in the morning even tho the cashier told ne it has not been sold. But it didn't have a sold sign on it only the asking price... Then proceeded to rip off the price. Very unprofessional if you ask me! Everyone that works there should be on the same page. Or they should have SOLD SIGNS to put on SOLD items!! 😡💯🙅

This is a large thrift store with lots of clothing and random items one would expect at a thrift store. They have a decent selection of books. Their DVDs are overpriced at $4 each. Other than that, the service was very good.

I allways find cool stuff here. I like to check out the movie section for movies to watch while cleaning the house or doing chores. I also like to cheak tje games and clothing sections. I know them very well and love them the most during these times. ❤
