Great place, great selection and very courteous and respectful staff. There is just one kid (with a flat top hairstyle) that stocks regularly who is often on his phone instead of working, and sometimes swearing to his coworkers in the presence of customers.

I go here everyday. The staff is friendly and they have a wide variety of food to suit any dietary need. I am so happy that I can buy organic and dairy free food for such great prices.

I have been there 3 times in the last 2 months for a sandwich, and had to wait for at-least an hour to receive it. Mind you I had paid for them online before hand and was told they were ready. As much as I love Publix, get this deli in order please. It’s embarrassing.

I really liked it you had a lot of stuff to look at to pick from the place was clean you had people everywhere that would ask you if you needed help not like Winn-Dixie or Walmart that's the way it used to be and this should still be but I was a little embarrassed because I had a situation there with my card and I tried the girls I was sorry it was my mix up not those search for me to y'all thank you very much

We had a surprise bday party. Happy to You comes from my friend's grandson. When she seen this cake, it brought happy tears. It was not only beautiful but the cake was Devine! Great job guys! Will definitely be back for cake! Thank you to the team at bakery! You guys rock!

The deli has to be the slowest place ever. All the workers want to do is be all chatty with their coworkers instead of helping customers.It shouldn’t be a thirty minute wait for a simple sub.

This is a shout out to deli/sub guy Miles, who makes the BEST cheese steak subs and chicken wraps I’ve ever had. My husband has gone in, and when he isn’t working the subs are just okay, but when he makes our subs they are almost like going to an Italian restaurant or food truck or something. Not kidding, soooo good!

WOW, this is almost impossible to believe this is a Publix! We bought a family meal of fried chicken! First thing, my kids lost it, there was 1 drumstick, 3 wings. Something had I known I would have NEVER purchased. I've dealt with Publix my entire life. Never had this happen. It's almost like the perfection of Publix is tarnished. You need to visit another Publix, really, just see the difference.

I love Publix for the most part. Many of the employees will only point you in a direction rather than bring you there now, it seems. I guess Publix is going the way of Wal-Mart in that way.

This is the best Publix in Florida. The store is clean and well-stocked. All of the employees are friendly and properly trained. This is a small format store, but Dade City is a small town and although this store does not have the selection that bigger Publix stores have- I've been able to find everything I need.

They are always friendly kind they always say hello. The store is always clean. The food is always fresh. The bakery is always to standards. The deli they are aways kind and friendly and the subs are to die for.

Usually Publix sets the standard for service in the grocery store market, but this location is making me think twice about going there for lunch. For lunch most customers have a limited time but it's hard to make it my go to lunch spot with the lack of urgency from the staff

We called last minute to see if we could be accommodated with one of their Chocolate cakes and the bakery staff right way reserved it for us. Upon arrival they pointed us to everything we needed to make our grandma's 93rd birthday that much special.

All the people that work at Publix in Dade City, FL, are extremely pleasant and helpful. I do all my shopping there once a week. As much as I hate grocery shopping, the people that work there, make it a pleasant experience.

This is the first time I have shopped at this location. Obviously publix carries itself at a higher standard and this was exemplified at the Dade City store. I only visited the bakery and deli dept. I was pleasantly greated, assisted in choice and out the door in no time with my fav's in tow. Thank You Guys .. I was impressed.

The prices are a bit higher than Walmart, but quality is generally better. Buy one get one (BOGO)is changed every Thursday. Most, if not all BOGO deals are food staples. $5 Sushi Wednesday is amazing. The only downside is the cost of their soda...

The employees need a training session in the proper method for bagging groceries. This has been getting worse month after month. They overload the recycled bags beyond reason. Pastry items should not go on the bottom of the bag . I could go on but ,I think you get the picture.

Great customer service but the way they treat their employees, the managers seem like snobs. I’ve gone in this store 3 times, which i usually go to the zephyrhills one. Overhearing you treat you employees unfairly is not a welcoming environment

Publix is one of my favorite places to shop. If I want a " pick me up after a hard day". Publix is the place for you. The greetings are polite and they warm. The prices are a bit more than I like,but the quality of the fruit & food is worth it. My kind of grocery store!
