My mother,my daughter,and myself stopped by this dollar general to pick up a few items and immediately upon walking in the store an employee behind the counter shouting for me to bring my bag to her and leave it at the counter while i shopped. I never been treated this way before. I told my daughter last go I will not be returning if there had been issues going on in the store thief etc there was another way to have handled this situation by informing me ma'am we have been experiencing issues her at this store location and if you don't mind please leaving your purse in the car versus how she handled the situation very unprofessional. And rude

Shop at this location nearly every day. Friendly staff,very cordial. Keep up the great work!Edit: would be alot cooler place if they kept Monster Mocha Loca drinks in stock, oh well

Omg! I just moved to this area. I've been in dollar General stores before but this one had so much! I had planned on getting 1 or 2 items, ended up spending over $50 but got the most amazing things at great prices. I have a white leather futon and wanted the color scheme to be teal/turquoise...everywhere I looked I found that color. An amazing throw pillow for $10, wall clock for $6, down to a broom and dustpan and toilet brush and holder ALL in that color! Oh, forgot the 2 to-go coffee cups with covers 2/$1.00..couldn't resist ;) also bought sensor night lights, food items, and more...got so much for $50! Have to add there was a male employee stocking shelves who was extremely helpful!

Horrible staff! I asked to use the bathroom before i bought something and the girl at the front refused to let me use it. She said it was for paying customers only and i was planning on buying water and some gum after inused the bathroom. She then proceeds to tell me that we dont let trash use the bathroom! Honey i am not trash, you know nothing about me. Teach better customer service, as a store manager of a retail business i would fire her on the spot for insulting customers like that.

I typically don’t stop at this location but I did today as I was running errands. I walked half way through the store when a young man approached me and asked me to leave my book bag at the front register while I shopped. He was told by his manager to do so. I told the young man as I had my personal belongings in my bag I would not but I would leave the store. Coming from someone who also works in retail and as someone who shops at other Dollar General locations. I was very offended, and appalled. Poor customer service, the profiling of customers, and the conditions of the store is well below standards. I will never visit this location again and I will be sure to tell friends and family the same.

This particular store is a mess. The manager Sharolet is down right the rudest person. Wrong business to be in. I stopped in on the way home to pick up a few items. Before shopping I needed to use the restroom. Now this restroom has been out of order for months now. We all know it’s not and she just doesn’t want to clean it. I walked up to the side of the register and Sharolet looked at me and snapped “it’s out of order”. I hadn’t said a word. I’ve witnessed her being rude to other customers and the poor employees.

The cashier I had was not friendly at all acted as if it bothered him to do his job ( ex.. Greeting customer and trouble saying thank you ) just a very unpleasant person. I normally love Dollar General but now will be sure to avoid this on for a while.

Literally the worst. Everytime I go in there , there’s gotta be carts in the way. There’s never anything I need on the shelves it’s been like this for years. Why is the bathroom broke ? It’s been broke for over a year? The customer service from these people is literally shameful.

Close to home and only store we have in our small town, there is an assortment of almost anything you need to house hold things for every room in your house except for large appliances and furniture. A large assortment of DIY crafts. The whole town loves this store.

It's a convenient store with many daily essentials. Store is pretty well kept. Would get 5 stars but there always seems to be a line with only 1 register open even though there are other store attendants available.

Very wonderful service, heart warming greetings, and amazing friendly attitudes from employees and managers! Highly recommended visiting this store for all small needs and necessities as well as Nic nacks! Will be returning again for all my simple home stockpiling and can't wait to feel the down to earth homey feelings again from it's workers! :)

Okay so here's what happened got there 15 minutes early went up to the door didn't know what time it was. They open at 7 but they open at 8 it was as I said 745 I was rudely greeted at the door with a harrumph with a sigh in an eye roll and with much sarcasm that's going to get Addie Rose in her voice I was told we don't open till 8. Well I had picked up the daily paper that I just gets delivered to Dollar General to bring in with me to be a nice guy that I am. She told me to put the paper back on the ground so I did and me and my friend went to the Arabian Nights store. And I was greeted by a foreigner but one hell of a nice guy and I got a nice Mountain Dew gregg

This store was closed for 4 days because of remodel. It looks great as long as you don't look down. Why would you remodel a store and don't redo the floors? Also they need more workers! This is a busy store. You always have to stand in a long line!

Now I can tell you that there are loads of dollar general in this world and there are some nasty ones and there are some clean ones an I have worked for them also I started in 2001 brand new and moved my way up that ladder to I manager triany before I left in 2004 so I've been through many store but this store is not nasty messy or perfect but it is one of the he cleanest I've seen an honestly that's not the most important part of a store it's the people the employees that make a store what it a good store that's why I'd give this store a 10 instead of a 1 or 5 they always are nice respectfully clean an helpfully they do however have stand ins from other stores an u can tell who's new ,old lol an who doesn't belong there that's for sure and although everyone has there days these employee's never have let there personal drama get involved with there work so keep up the good work Laoochee FL.Dollar General

Unorganized. always empty shelves. Store is a rip off. Always charge you too much. Have to watch them. Don't put everything in your bag. Walked round trip to miles in 30 degree temps because they left out a pack of cigs. Then they wouldn't give me the pack

Love the new stocking and rearrangement of the store. It is a close place to find something quick for dinner or a something that you forgot on your normal grocery store run. Never leave without finding something that was not on the list, lol.

Great store. Horrible service on management side. The woman basically called me a liar about a price mark an when I showed her she was nasty. Very negative. Honor your prices an do your job and this location would be pleasant!

The store was too cluttered which made it hard to navigate up and down the aisles the staff could have been a little bit more friendly. Also no ID no sales of alcohol and tobacco regardless of how old you are.

New freezer section is great. You don't have to go in to town to get a meal. Wish they could keep the store stocked with what people are buying better though.
