Bravo is specialized in products from the islands. I love the exploring the aisles and discovering seasonings and other foods that I am used to getting back home. I am, however, extremely disappointed in their baked goods. They had amazing baked goods back in 2021 when I first moved into the area. Their bread pudding was a delight, I bought one today and sheer disappointment flooded my soul. Improve on the bread pudding and I would give five stars 👏🏾Their customer service is also very good although communication is a bit difficult because of the language barrier.I would love it if you add the product below to your shelves 🙏🏾

I came to Dadecity because i was trying to retrieve some Discontinued Soda that some stores carry that nobody goes to. I came to Bravos because i was super hungry and i know in orlando they have a ton of stores and they make great hot food!! and they sell tons of Spanish Food! I took some photos and i gotta say the Hot food is slamming!! It taste super good! I gotten Some White Rice, Beans and Pernil (roast pork) and the quality was 9/10 and very worth it! about $8.99 or 9.99. I recommand everyone to come here and give it a try!!

I hang out in my 4ridez car service van in the parking lot and the food they cook smells awesome. I priced there meats they have Great prices. Keep up the good work.

The meat is not safe there. The main meat cutter is unsanitary and has unsafe habits. I've seen old meat not rotated and fresh and old meat in the same areas. I was told by a former employee they give the old meat to the kitchen to cook up and serve to everyone. The machines aren't cleaned thoroughly and it's just a bacteria nightmare. Due to morals and work ethic they had to quit and none of their concerns were taken seriously so they left.

Just got home from the store and found the "fresh sausage" we just purchasd expired 3 months ago. Called to request a refund and got hung up on twice and my number apparently blocked. I had to call from a different number and speak in English for someone to talk to me. And I have to drive back there and bring the spoiled meat before they will refund me anything. If I could give 0 stars I would, ethnic supermarkets are not known for their customer service, but this is ridiculous and three months expired meat in unacceptable.

I'm content with this supermarket because you can find everything you can imagine from the Island but lord does it smell like food, the smell is so strong that attached to your clothes for a good hot minute. I believe they do need a good well ventilation.

They just need to clean there carts and baskets.Update: this place is still dirty. The front end manager just walks around talking to the employees she's interested. They blonde cashier kept slamming my items including my beer. The beer was slammed 5 times. I reported it to the manager and of course nothing was done. The stock guy is always on his phone while stocking items and you can clearly hear his programs. The only people who are very attentive and respectful are the cooks. Those ladies are the best!!! Their customer service is great. This place really needs corporate to come down as secret shoppers so they can see for themselves. This in no way warrants a call for improvement. Someone really needs to do something about this! It's embarrassing to the Hispanic community that lives in that area. We should do better!

Love this place!! Much more selection for meat and produce.. especially international items even frozen fish!! Also try their hot food section for great Latin food.. very nice folks also...

I was there today September 25thbat 10:45 am. The girl running register #1 was as rude as you can be. Not a Hello and certainly not a thank you. I won't be back and I will tell my friends not to shop at this rude dirty store.

I enjoy shopping at Bravo. Its convenient from the location where I live. It have alot of different foods and vegetables that I don't usually see in other stores in the area. It has alot of different shopping needs for the Spanish community which is awesome. I also purchased propane from the store when the hurricane threat was in the area. I was grateful for thar because the previous store didn't have it.

It's been awhile since I've entered a Bravo, this location brought back some great memories. The vegetables selection was full, they all looked in great condition from what I could gather. The food cafeteria area was quiet but had a lot of food to offer, staff was friendly for the most part. My biggest complaint was the store needed some TLC, cleaning, stocking and some organizing. They also had some random items for sale like Cowboy boots which was just weird, that aside great visit!

Love Bravo, moving from NY to Zephyrhills FL, l was hugely surprise to know there was a Bravo Supermarket in Dade City, l hauled my butt over there...UPDATE:You have to be careful when going to the cashiers, l had 3 different issues concerning prices, specially with items that are suppose to be on sale, keep your eyes open when they are scanning your item, when questioned, they don't have a direct answer which makes it all suspicious, also there is always somebody close by, observing transaction, l don't know, its just suspicious ...They are indepented not connected to the Bravo Supermarket chain.

What a joy to find a locally-owned food store. The Taco special is amazing (yes, they even have a small area where you can eat there). When I asked the baker about one of the pastries he let me taste it. Old-fashioned service. So thankful!

From the outside, didn't look like much,plazas kinda run down. On the inside however, a clean well-stocked market. I love Hispanic markets & this was a good one. Reminded me of some I've been to in Mexico. The staff was very helpful & knowledgeable. I will be back.

Always an incredible place to stop & shop and eat. Amazing already cooked food that will knock your socks off. Employees are helpful and friendly. Great meat market & an awesome place to shop for all the Spanish delicacies you want.
