I really hate that the old owner retired because they were great people..the new owners are a total different story. order a king size mattress on Saturday they called me to let me no the mattress had arrived on Wednesday explained that because of work couldn't pick it up intill Friday when I arrive Friday they didn't have my order after calling me Wednesday claiming they did. Ask for my money back so I could go to mattress firm in Zephyrhills the Spanish lady became very defensive and argumentative telling me that they lost 40 workers in their warehouse(not my problem) and on top of that the owner supports this type of customer service. I'm so glad that new businesses like mattress firm and other furniture stores are starting to come to this area so we do have to be slaves to these type of business...has to be the worst experience I've had in my 50 years of existence...Ps: found better mattress and about 500$ cheaper

I bought my second piece of furniture there last weeks. Five days later the start a sale for 30% off when I called about it They claimed I got the sale price. I find it odd they gave me the discount at the time of the sale but never said anything about it. I felt dismissed by the person on the phone, a total lack of caring. I have been happy with the furniture but not sure I trust their business practices. I doubt I will go back.

Dade City store has new owners, they are a credit to the brand name just as the old owners were , very helpful and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile for the customer which is a very rare thing nowadays. I recommend to everybody who needs furniture go to the Dade City store and see what I'm saying!

From the time we walked in the door until we left to go home the hospitality was so down to earth. We were treated so nicely at the Dade City Store. They know how to help their customers and are just the sweetest most helpful people. Just a confortable feeling when you walk in the store. We purchased two power chairs and delivery was a wonderful experience too. Thank you Dade City for our wonderful experience.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Always greeted as soon as my family and I walk in the store. And they even remember my name! I have ordered and picked up 2 recliners , a tv, and tv stand with a fireplace! The quality on all the items are great. Pick up process is a breeze. The owner also mailed me a "Thank you for purchasing" card. It's the little things that mean the world.

Glad I went into the store to look at the selection of the washing machines. I desperately needed one and was very pleased with the choices. Lesha was so nice and helped me with all my questions. Her level of excellent knowledge was very comforting to help me make a selection. While in the store I also purchased a small freezer that I had been shopping for. I was able to get my purchase delivered the next day. The two young men that came to my house were so nice and courteous. Very helpful in setting up my washing machine. Really appreciated the prompt delivery. Please stop at this store to consider any home purchases you need to make. I was very glad I did 😊. Thank you so much Lesha.

Wonderful customer service! Lesha and Alan were exceptional. We love our new couch and coffee table. Upon delivery and setup, it was discovered there was a clip missing on one of the recliner pieces. Alan made arrangements for a tech to come out later that same day to fix it. We also received a personally handwritten thank you note from them in the mail. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I walked in knowing what I wanted. Was greeted with much cheer and was helped not pushed into buying what I wanted. I left telling them I’d be back shortly and checked with another furniture store. Was not happy and came back and purchased my glider chaor and ottoman. I am over excited with the wonderful service I received!!!!!!

My husband and I went in on Sunday shopping for living room and bedroom furniture. The owners Lesha and Allen were wonderful! They took time with us, showed us all different color choices and fabrics. They even gave my 6 year old daughter a Dori stuffed animal which made my daughters day! Friendly people, large selection and most importantly- no pressure. We picked a nice solid leather loveseat and had it delivered. The whole experience was seamless, and our good credit paid off with a 6 mo same as cash plan. Which means we can keep our money in the bank! They have lots of tables and accessories as well, and I bought a jewelry armoire that was on sale and it's really nice. Happy shopping~
