I echo the sentiment in the other reviews. Dougal went for a haircut and Scott was phenomenal - not only with the cut but he was so friendly. He sat on the ground when he met Dougal and was very gentle and personable. He totally put my mind at ease about leaving Dougal in his care. Kristy called me when Scott was finishing up so he didn’t have to be in a crate for long. I highly recommend Yappy Tails!

We have been using Yappy Tails for boarding and baths for the last two years. Kristi and Scott are wonderful and we don't have to worry about anything while we are out of town. Baths dogs always come home smelling amazing.

Brought my dog there 3 times…first time was awesome, second time my dog came home limping and the third time my dog came home with four cuts on her belly I’m assuming from the razor. One of the cuts took almost 7 weeks to heal. I had to take her to the vet to get the cut checked. I called to let the groomers know what happened and her response was, “Well all I can say is I’m sorry”. I stated that it would have been appreciated if they told me when I picked her up…again she replied, “ all I can say is I’m sorry”. Not once did she ask if my dog was ok. Disappointing!!!!!

My boys have been with Yappy tails since 2017. Shih tzu, standard golden doodle, long haired shepherd, black lab and also my min pin pup. I wouldn’t even consider anywhere else. All my dogs (past and present) love Scot, Kristi and the rest of staff. Now that they have boarding I couldn’t be happier.

Hi. First thing, I did not go to this business for their services. I went to meet the owner about an animal rehabilitation. I've had the pleasure of a working career with animals so I like to observe such places on an all around basis. This place was VERY happy! Every employee was happy, polite, genuine. The customers coming and going were smiling and eager to talk. Very clean also. But most importantly the pooches were happy and smiling too🐶😁

These folks are great!!! Have 4 shelties and they are grooming all 4 for me. My kids are always very happy and beautiful when I pick them up.I highly recommend these folks!!!! They rock!!!

First timer since changed from Bow Wow Boutique to New Owners. I was very pleased from the start. Much brighter and cleaner, Info was taken quickly and Scott knew exactly what I wanted for my pup without me trying to explain it over and over again. The best cut he has had in years! Thank you so much, even though 5.5lbs🐶 gave you bit of attitude. I'm truly grateful and happy with you guys!

They are excellent! Called around to so many places and they were all booked weeks out including them but they still squeezed me in. This was my very first time getting a dog groomed because I've always owned short hair and I was super scared to do so. But they did exactly what we discussed and he was so sweet to my littles. My baby is a mommas boy and he went with them and came out with them perfectly fine. I have so many groomers closer to me but I will definitely be taking my 25 minute drive to them every time he needs groomed. High recommend them! Thank you so much! 😊-Amanda

I love love love this place! Always happy to see the pets, gives them a warm welcome. Usually only has my dog for an hour instead of the whole day like most places. If you can't come in, he has mobile grooming service too! How awesome is that?! Oh by the way, does great hair cuts too! Prices very affordable

Most awesome experience! My dog is very difficult when it comes to nail cutting. They took their time making friends with her and talked to her the entire time and rewarded her with a treat. Will be returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We just put our fur baby to sleep on Friday. We had Elmo there on Thursday to be groomed and Scott was in tears trying to tell us he was near the end. They both were so compassionate and wonderful caring people. Elmo was an old dog with bumps and unable to stand for a long time. Scott took his time to groom him. Elmo used to give him kisses and they were great together. We want to personally thank them for observing the change in him which made us take him to the Lecanto Animal Hospital the next day where we were also showed compassion and showed xrays and explained what was going on. We will be picking up his ashes tomorrow and bringing him home. I would definitely recommend Yappy Tails to anyone. This couple shows they care about our furry pets. Thank you ❤.

This is the second time we brought our little shih Tzu to Scott. On the latest visit our pup's ears were quite matted & I was concerned that they might have to be shaved. He has such beautiful long ears and I asked Scott to do whatever he could. I was so happy when we picked him up---Scott saved his long ears. Also did a great job of grooming. Scott is an excellent groomer and we will definitely continue to use his salon.

It has been difficult to clip my puppies nails. However, I took Angus for a nail trim and they had it done in a matter of minutes with no fuss. My puppy was very comfortable and happy. Me too. Thank you!
