Rude sales associate, asked if they had the small American flags, she said they were out , but she would check, said she had other work to do and hadn't had a lunch break yet, then we found an entire box of the small flags.

I have worked for this store since mid March 2018, and though I have my days where I just don't want to adult, I actually enjoy my job and have grown a lot in the time I have been with this company, as a person as well as an employee, and hope to continue to grow, I believe I got lucky to have such a great manager and an awesome team! I've been to (many) other stores, even out of state, and I have to say our store is very well kept and we as a team work really hard to do anything to help our customers save money and enjoy their local shopping experience, thank you loyal guest and DG Team! Sell out of date product. And the assistance manager Ki m so she say. She is really very rude and when asking to speak to a general manager became even more rude and threaten me with being able to shop there. How can you ban someone for voicing their opinion. I've been shopping here almost my whole life since this store move from it original locations and got built here and never had i had this problem before or had to complain about an unhappy purchase and never been so disrespect in my life

They do have what you need most of the time. Main problems are, only one register, so there is always a line and quite a wait. They have a check yourself out register when it's working. But, I refuse to do all the work without getting paid for it.

Couldn't find things. Store is a mess! Every time ask asked a question to cashier. She told me don't know... just got here. On questions she should have known anyways. Maybe a bad day? Not sure.

They get their brand of wheat bread on Saturday and on Sunday morning they're out. Why can't they put in more wheat? It seems to sell a lot better and faster than the white bread. They give the white bread three times as much room as the wheat bread. Try reversing them.

staff is mostly very helpful, with maybe a couple exceptions. one particular assistant mgr was disgusted by the fact i asked her to show me the speakers behind the counter. Anything that is electrical, speaker, over $15 is kept behind counter and if you wish to look at it, staff would have to assist, and if you ask them to let you hold it, so it can be looked at closer, it can be time consuming, i could see on her face she was not happy in assisting me looking at the various speakers...it was christmas time...i told her to forget it and left without purchasing a $30 speaker, which i then went and purchased at Dollar General in Fanning Springs. Thus is my only complaint at this particular Dollar General, alll the others, in old Town and Fanning, they keep all electronics least NEARBY back counter, but customers can easily assist themselves

This store is always so shortstaffed! However, the employees are super helpful and do the best they can to get to the counter when someone is ready to check out. Maybe if they weren't expected to do so much in addition to running the registers...

In two visits too the store.......I have been disappointed of the assistant manager.......amberBeen in customer service for thirty years.....Need to pay more attention to the lines in the store......One night the fifteen minutes call was made..........my friend decided it was easier to leave the carts there and run and get his extra items......Cart disappeaed......With two customers in the store she should have personally found the owners or the carts..........carts were about 178$ of store salesI had already paid for my order 86$Since I had paid for my order and up front waiting....He was the only one shoppingSo it's a no brainier cart and one person shopping...cart was unloaded after a hour of serious collecting from a list.......One crippled in a wheelchair and one just passed....Caretaker of the household....shoppingGetting home with over charges...cause not correct soda count....Instead of bitching and staying this is my store.....She should have helped him collect the items back.....Week later. Different circumstances.......he had left his cart....I told him to hold onto his cart.....I was not talking to her.....While customers waited she is standing there watchingCustomers at the register would and should have had a cashier attending....With this attitude her days are numbered.....

This was one of the most organized dollar general stores I've ever been in and Inventory them so I've seen a lot. They are also very friendly.

Stuff scared all over and one person working and a mile long line. Took 20 mins to get out. Costomers putting stuff down and walking out. Need more workers

Need to hire someone to stock the beer cooler. Usually empty, unless the beer distributor stocks it and that's not often enough. Friendly staff, but some make up excuses why it is not stocked.

You can't even walk to the Isles they have a real issue stocking the shelves the Isles are filled with carts you can't even access the products you want
