1/22/24 - First time at this location and I came to find a new dog leash. I walked around and they have a few pets. They have a grooming section. Make an appointment. Location is stocked and had what people needed. The staff were very helpful. Clean and didn't smell 👃 at all. I highly recommend.

I brought my Shih Tzu in for a grooming. This is how he was left. If they cannot handle a small dog with long hair, they should say so. The “groomer” would not even bathe him after she left him like this. This boy is not aggressive and doesn’t bite. The cut she attempted with the clippers is horrible and all over the place. Do yourself and your dog a favor, do not book an appointment with them. My daughter is a local vet tech and she will make sure to let everyone know not to take their dogs to Petsense.

I called Petsense this morning to verify location and ascertain when I could get our toy poodle groomed. A young lady told me they were not busy at the moment. I told her we would be right down she said ok . When we get there, I'm pretty sure it was the same girl , tells us that they couldn't get to us today and I would have to make an appointment. When I told her / them of our conversation 30 minutes prior she denied talking to me . There was only the receptionist and 2 groomers there . They all denied speaking to me . I know I was in the right place because the girl gave me directions. Not sure if I will ever try to use them in the future. I don't like to be lied to .

Only recently found this place. We like it. They don't have a lot of animals here but they do carry a few small animals. My son recently lost his bearded dragon. They got some juveniles in and had them at a great price, cheaper than some of the other stores in the nearby big town. Also picked up a few supplies. The staff was really friendly. I saw several other people in picking up things. What impressed me most was the cats they had from our local animal shelter. The price was the normal adoption price at the animal shelter. In other words they were doing this for free, not making any money on it at all, providing the space in the care.

I took my dog to be groomed at Petsense yesterday in Crestview. I have an eight month old German Shepherd puppy. All the groomers that work there are pretty nice, but they were not able to handle my dog as he was too much for them. The groomer was not able to complete a full service. There was a discrepancy with the payment.. The manager that works there. Her name is Carly she is young girl with attitude 13-year-old?. The way she speaks to other staff members is absolutely offensive. I waited almost 30 minutes for my payment to be fixed . The other lady that works there Helen was really nice woman very helpful. She her best to try help me. Carly reason for bad service ‘ we are short staffed . Sorry Carly this is a lame excuse for your poor service and obnoxious behavior. Best staff member of the day is Helen!

Every single time we book with anyone we don't care who it is, they decline our booking so we have to call and get an appointment. We have went there now 3 times and every time has been a bad experience not just for us but we feel for our dog. We got her back this last time and she smelled like poop and they overcharged us by an extra $15. Service we were supposed to get was $35 and charged us $66 but my husband got them to "compromise" on $50...The time before they never called or messaged me when they had to cancel, so we booked again and guess what they canceled again.The workers here are so careless and I do NOT recommend taking your pets here to get a bath or anything, the pet supplies there are okay but not the grooming services at all. We will not be going back ever again.

Took my Maltese here and the young lady that did the service wasn’t helpful at all. We walked into the office and they were being super aggressive with the animals. We didn’t get the service we asked for (wash, cut, nail trim). We made an appointment for 11 o’clock, but the lady proceeds to tell us she had to rush the service because she was booked up and she didn’t have enough time to do everything. I WOULD NOT recommend taking your puppy, cat, or even your worst enemies here!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Sandia did Zivas nails and did an awesome job. The groomers are patient and help make the animal calm and less stressed. This is the only location we will bring out dog to.

The groomers and bather did an excellent job on our girls—bathing, awesome nail filing, brushing, squishing anal glands, trimming toe hair without asking, and giving them special treatments. They are pricey and the charge is more than the bath and brush charge posted. Excellent walk-in for squishing and providing squish reports.

I can not believe the price hikes I saw today. A bag that cost us $73 a week and a half ago are now $96!!! So I grab a bag same brand different flavor it says $66 on the shelf but when I get to the register she tells me my today is $80?? What the hell?? She went and checked the shelf and honored the price, but mentioned they haven’t finished putting up all the new prices. I will be using Chewy again their prices haven’t changed (yet) this is beyond ridiculous!

The groomers are never there. They always have an excuse. When they are, they’re incredibly rude. They act like they’re bothered to have to help customers, and behave in a hostile way towards them because they don’t like to have to do their job. I will never use this store ever again.

This is a sister company of Tractor Supply. It's kind of small and seems to miss allot. The dog food is overpriced and selection is strange. They don't sell Pro Plan, but the sell Gravy Train! NONE of staff offered any assistance or seemed bothered as the read their phones. Checkout was smooth and fast, because there were NO other customers inside the store. I had to asked twice if I had a reward in my TSC account. If you're in a pinch, they'll do. But I recommend waiting until you pass a PetSmart or PetCo. The store was very clean

The groomers mainly Emma need to learn customer service skills and how to talk to people. After calling me while I was out of the country and canceling my grooming appointment she rescheduled it. On the day of the appointment I was 17 minutes late to drop off the dog she informed me after 15 minutes the cannot groom the dog. I told her she's the one that canceled the original appointment. It just kept getting worse from there and I'm not going to write a book about how she's not a very good groomer and talks to people in a condescending tone and sarcasm. I'm also worried she might be mean to my dog when no one is watching cameras or not.And don't believe the great reviews corporations can hire companies to give you good reviews.

Store itself isn't bad and normally they do great grooming but this past time I took my pup in it really seems like they did minimal effort and got her out as quick as they could and the job wasn't all that great. I just needed a simple bath and brush and normally I get her nails clipped and her paw pads shaved but my husband took her so he forgot to ask for those, no big deal can't fault them for customer error. But they also had an adoption event going on that weekend so I assume they just got really busy and didn't have a lot of time. I'll still take her there to get groomed but maybe next time I'll make sure they're not having anything else going on. But regular store is always nice good selection on food, treats and fun toys!

Awesome groomer! My dog has bad hips/joints and they were extra careful with her. She also has 2-inch eyelashes that we didn't want cut and they were careful not to. They did a beautiful job! Will definitely be back!

The store wasn’t too bad until my husband and I went to checkout and the bigger lady, with short hair started checking us out and throwing a tantrum, which is embarrassing. She started cussing at the other associate because she was mad we put a heavy kennel down at the other register and not once let us know. She proceeded to cuss , and act hostile to the other works and us. It made us and the other associates uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be coming in again.

The pet groomers here at this establishment are garbage. They cancelled an appointment without as much as a phone call. Super quick to say how busy they are without trying to reschedule.
