I chose to have my prescription sent to this pharmacy because it was a little closer to where I am staying on vacation. BIG MISTAKE! The prescription was sent electronically yesterday but the pharmacy tech said it wasn’t there. I called the doctor twice and they assured me that it was sent and resent. The people working at the Winn Dixie Pharmacy do not seem to care at all. I finally called the doctor AGAIN and asked for my prescription to be sent to another pharmacy and now have my medication. My advice to you is to get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Clean store, staff is nice. The bakery is amazing they do a great job with cake decorating. I gave the decorator an idea of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations.

Busy Saturday afternoon-one register being manned by a human. The lady was upbeat and efficient but obviously overworked. This is unfair to the customers and employees. Poor management and planning. It almost appears that they are trying to drive customers away.Almost worthwhile to drive to Publix in Deland or Palatka.I am being overcharged for everything a nd I refuse to do all the work. The price gouging is not the fault of anyone in this store. The fault lies with Biden and his fellow travelers at 1600 PaAve NW, Wash DC.

Clean store and restrooms. Nice variety and organization of products. Very friendly and helpful manager, Larry. Very friendly and helpful produce manager I believe, Amy. Usually a pleasant experience besides the prices and seeing or hearing the total at checkout. I don't understand why no one helps bag anymore or put stuff in the cart even when they are standing around doing nothing, chatting with a friend or coworker, or on their phone. I have to load some, stop and go unload the carousel into the cart when cashier fills it, and then go back and load some more while watching this last time it was 4 employees doing nothing and all saw it and one even came over and asked the cashier a question and walked off.

The store remodel is amazing, staff is friendly but the restrooms are some of the nastiest I have ever seen. Every stall is covered in toilet paper, doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years. They definitely should have redone the restrooms as well.

I have used Winn Dixie’s pharmacy for years and found them to be very efficient. The staff is always courteous, helpful and caring. Perhaps I’m treated well in part because I try to take the lead and be kind and courteous.

Honestly this place is depressing.. And just a fair warning who ever applies to this job, be careful with the employees and management. One of the liquor employees came in to another store and started bad mouthing about an employee there to a customer. do not know her name but i know she works at the liquor store. And i think that is very unprofessional. I do not what were her intentions but honestly acting like a high school girl with a gossip.

If I could give management a zero I would, I went in for a interview and it was going well, so he was letting on. Well it comes to the end he tells me not to look for another job and that He'd give a call cause he was busy, so I steady called. I was informed he hired someone else. Who the hell tells someone to not look for another job just to not hire me!! HORRIBLE

Sad this place isn’t as good as Winn-Dixie should be. I’ve had staff tell me how they don’t like the place cause they are treated poorly. I personally know someone who worked here and they aren’t nice to their employees. It shows when I’ve seen different faces several times since moving up here. I have to shop here cause it’s 10 minutes from my home but I try to wait it out when I’m in Palatka to go to that Winn-Dixie. Corporate should look into this. Sad.

The store is great. I am extremely disappointed that the pharmacy is closing. It is the only one close to my house. I will now have to drive 30 to 45 minutes to get to a pharmacy. The store just finished updating the pharmacy and added a liquor store. Very disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Ive been trying to get my prescription filled for over a week back and forth between the doctor and pharmacy. Stay on hold for over 30 mins. At a time. It's like they could care less. And ALL of them seem to absolutely hate their jobs. I wouldn't recommend this place of they paide to!

This is the worst pharmacy we've ever dealt with in our whole life. Every time my wife needs her medications, including her heart meds that she cannot live without, it is a total joke getting it. This last time we have been trying for a week. They always have excuses like they didn't get the prescription from the doctor, which we know the doctor has sent it three times this time, or some other excuse. She has been on this medication for years. Even simple drugs such as simvastatin that everybody has they are constantly out of it. It's no wonder that they're being closed down.

Go any where else if possible. Pharmacy takes forever. Check produce thoroughly before you buy. Sometimes they leave old sales tags on and when you get to checkout price is not the same price. Manager walks around like a robot. He has said to me "hello how are you today" 6 times in less than 10 minutes. Store is better after reno but still needs some overhaul.

The pharmacy at Winn Dixie ("WD") in Crescent City is horrible. My doctor called in a prescription and I called to make sure it was received. It was received and said it would be ready the next day. My husband went to pick it up and was told that they did not have the prescription and were unable to obtain. Their advice was to call another pharmacy and they would transfer. On my 3rd pharmacy I found the product, however, that pharmacy said that they needed another "new" prescription order from the doctor. Found a pharmacy that worked with my doctor's office and they were going to fill, however, WD had processed the prescription and had already been paid and I had not received anything. Miraculously they were able to obtain the prescription (5 days after initially called in) and I did pick up from WD, but again had to call to verify that the scrip was there. They were just working on it and I had to wait another hour. I will never ever get another scrip from this store. They can keep the overpriced grocery store too!

I must say, this is THE BEST Winn-Dixie I’ve ever been to. The customer service is immaculate!!! I was in a pickle just before thanksgiving and Becky (Customer Service Manager) helped me with no questions asked and faster than you can say Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! All of the cashiers are so friendly! If you’re having a bad day take a trip to this Winn-Dixie Larry and his staff will make you feel right at home!

The pharmacy operation could not be worse. I stopped by the pharmacy 5 times to get refills. No one actually called my pharmacy to request the transfer. 9 days after the initial request, I was told they did not accept my insurance. The staff could not be more irresponsible or inept. Do not waste your time here.

This pharmacy is without doubt the worst in the state of Florida. They are ALWAYS so far behind on filling prescriptions and can also be extremely rude. The grocery store itself is no problem, but stay away from the pharmacy unless you want your blood pressure to go up !

They really came through. The girls in the bakery did a beautiful last minute birthday cake for my granddaughter . It was just what she wanted.
