I truly cannot express the relief of finding these angles , they took on a baby orphaned kitten with a severe eye infection, got her food , found her a foster and she was able to go to the vet the next day. I truly hope the little black and white kitten recovers and finds her forever home. This place also has dogs and cats for adoptions, they also take donations and volunteers .

I had a great experience with them when the shelters in my own town of Palm Coast weren't great. They were kind of talking down to me when I was there but not at the ark. The adoption fee concludes puppy shots and neuter spay which is great and they've been wonderful and flexible about when I can be there to get these things done

Very pleasant and good!!! I am new to the area and will be coming here again! Called on a Saturday morning to have my dogs nails done. They were able to accommodate. We arrived while they were preparing for a storm. Very busy but still made us feel welcome and impressed in all they were doing to protect the animals in thier care. They did a wonderful job on his nails. Thank You.

The adoption lady was not friendly she wanted to dominate how you felt and what you wanted to do. We introduced our dog, she didn’t growl or show her teeth or anything and they didn’t want us to adopt a dog because she thought it wasn’t meant. They put her our dog in a high stress situation with meeting the other dog with a cat and bird and just wanted to dominate everything you did. They made us even come back in after only see the pups for a few minutes. We will adopt from somewhere else and I will not recommend adopting from here. Puff your chest at someone else and make them feel weird adopting another dog. Super unprofessional telling us what we need to do and what not to do.

This was our first time going away in 4 years and leaving our dogs behind. My one dog is a rescue and we could not leave her in a kennel. Called and told them this would be her first time since we rescued her and that she did not like being in a kennel when I got her she had serious anxiety to leave me. Set up a few play dates before we left and they did great my dogs and the staff at the kennel. My dogs were happy when I picked them up not stressed out like I was worried about. We adopted a kitten. They were thorough in making certain he was going to a good home. He had his shots and I took him back a month later to be neutered at no expense to us. I have heard nothing but good remarks from others about this place. Seems very clean and the staff are very compassionate.

Y'all, if you live near Crescent City Kennel and you have a dog, take them!! They are the most compassionate, animated and friendliest group of ladies around! I used to get my dog groomed by a mobile groomer because I didn't trust anyone with my dog. But I moved nearby and started taking her to CCK, and I regret not taking her sooner. They make my dog smell amazing, her fur feels soft and I don't have to worry about her while she's in their care <3

I absolutely love this KennelThey have always taken care of my babies. Maggie and Tucker love going there for the grooming. Beth is wonderful, always takes such good care of them. The owner Jeanie is awesome also. Great folks!!

The staff at the Kennel always take such great care of our baby Daisy. Knowing your baby is loved and taken care of while you're , makes for a peaceful trip. The ladies at the kennel are just AMAZING 👏

I used their grooming service. I wasn’t allowed in the building for some reason. They kept the door locked. I thought that was strange. The people that would come outside to me never introduced themselves which I thought to be unprofessional. I am use to seeing who handles my pet but here you never see anything - not the inside or the groomer.

My fur babies have been there 3xs and I love the experience every time. The staff is sweet, knows my dogs by name and they even took my dog in while on her period. They are amazing and always work with you. Wonderful place. My dogs never look scared to enter or fight me on going and at minimum your dogs is taken out 4 xs a day. I trust and definitely recommend keeping your dog here.Update 04.2022:My dogs still go to this kennel. Really love how nice everyone is. Prices have gone up a bit since my last review but still worth it and I'd say it's still a great price per day for a kennel.

Very rude people, they never answer their phone and when they do extremely non helpful, a few weeks back took my fur babie for a bath 15 lbs $30 no smellOf bath at all! Go to Jessie's grooming in Palaka $30 for full grooming, I will never go back I highly recommend Jessie's and stay far away from this smelly place

My dogs stayed Monday- Saturday and came home healthy and happy! We have kennelled them at Pet Paradise and with another local kennel. Crescent City Kennel is hands down the best. Our pets were not anxious when we picked them up, they hadn't lost weight and didn't seem to have minded staying. Huge difference and we are very happy to have found a kennel we feel comfortable sending them back to.

My fur babies tell me they love all the ladies at the kennel. They're so excited to see everyone there and they truly are fawned over at Crescent City Kennel. Anytime I leave town, they stay here and, get big love. Price of stays include food but, you are encouraged to bring your own. Wonderful services can be had here also because there is grooming, too. My little one has major anxiety problems when it comes to her nails but, she doesn't stress here at all...❤

Ok I worked there for 3 weeks and a few days. I love it loved the dogs, all though I felt horrible because they only get two potty breaks.Their feed once a day and treats at 5pm before they leave.Also say if you brought your dog in for boarding she will dump treats out of their bag into our so it looks like she has been givin them to them. Just dont seem right to me

First time I ever left dog Goldie at a kennel & for 13 days. She did so well & didn't seem upset about being left there. Only chewed up one blanket. Came home with all her toys & much of her canned food left. I love Briana who talked with me on the phone & had me come for a tour before I left. They have several play yards. She asked if Goldie is a poop eater, I wouldn't have thought to mention that she is, & said they would check the yard before they put her out there twice a day. She was having digestion issues & had been to the vet. They reduced her canned food & increased the dry, using some of theirs (same brand) when Goldie's ran out & she's doing much better. They get extensive information before you leave a dog with them & seem very caring. They also have some dogs & cats available for adoption. It's a little drive for me from Palatka, but is straight down 17, easy to find with its red roof. I don't like that they only do 8:30 am pickups on Sundays which means I have to leave her an extra night since I don't get back til dark on Sunday. But I am so relieved to have found a place I trust.

Very friendlier people. I have boarded my 2 dogs twice now and the dogs have been in great shape each time. They are happy to see me, but not from stress. The great part also is that you can have your dogs groomed while they are staying. They board other pets and have great rates.

Groomer was extremely rude. I have been a repeat customer and have had no problems until this last visit. I picked up my dog and he had literally been shaved down to the skin. She said that he had horrible mats and that was what she had to do for the health of my dog. My dog has never had a mat or even a tangle in his hair. He is brushed out daily. I was in shock over her attitude and how my dog looked. I will never return here or refer anyone to this place.

I only recently discovered this wonderful place. The lady you talk to when you come in is super warm, friendly and helpful, a delight. She was then followed by the groomer who was even more so if possible. I love them. They came highly recommended to me and those people hadn't exaggerated in the least.
