GET SOME CASHIERS! Customers shouldn’t have to ring themselves up or learn how to run cash registers. I don’t work for Windixie. It was almost 9am and not a single cashier was there. Customers were struggling to use the self checkout and after waiting for a bit someone finally came and told us she would teach us how it use it. Um… do I get paid for my cashier training? Either give people who use self checkouts discounts or GET SOME D@MNED CASHIERS! A grocery store cannot function properly unless they have people working the registers. I posted photos to prove that there were NO CASHIERS on 10/11/21 from about 8-9am. This is not the first time this has happened either. I can’t wait for Publix to finish being built! I bet they’ll have CASHIERS!

Enjoy shopping at Winn Dixie. The staff is pretty friendly. The only con is the produce section. I wish they had a little more variety as far as salads and vegetables are concerned. The shelves are always full. They have a great variety of wine.

A very clean store but the only thing I came for was for the Martin's Bread we don't get this bread in my state and not everywhere in Florida has it so needless to say I stocked up and I recommend you stopping here and getting some yourself!

Winn Dixie is the best. Great customer service, bakery, seafood and more. Their strawberry pies are so good! They are actually strawberry rhubarb. They cure that craving. And shout out to the seafood department! Such great quality, clean, good prices, informative and more. They keep it so clean you cant smell seafood at all. Definitely get the reward card or opt to use phone number for rewards.

I looked all over for a Winnie The Pooh birthday cake for my daughters birthday and no one would help me till I called Winn Dixie in Crawfordville. Carrie did not have a design for it but hand made a beautiful Winnie The Pooh cake and smash cake. Thank you so much for everything she enjoyed it.

Winn Dixie in Crawfordville Fla is courageously trying to run with the compaction. They have updated their store and it looks beautiful! I must say it's lighter, brighter and cleaner than it's ever been. Competition is a great motivator!

The store was clean. The prices aren't all that great on some things but they do have good bogos. The self-checkout cashier I suppose I don't know what the word is nowadays his name was Kyle very very helpful so thank you to him. The pharmacy a whole other story... Dixie is still Winn-Dixie

Let me start by saying, everyone is really nice and they do their best. There are a lot of prices that do not match shelf pricing when ringing up. I have been told that there are so many price changes that their people cannot keep up or get them all. More times than not, there is always something that rings up more than the shelf price. I also read a review about the self check out, I completely agree, we do not work for Winn Dixie, why should we have to ring and bag our own groceries? Now the pharmacy, they are all nice as well and I do like getting my prescriptions there, however sometimes discounts, that are not really discounts, are put on my medication, so when trying to use an actual discount it will not do it. I was on my lunch break and did not have time to stand there until someone figured it out. Then I tried to call to get the issue resolved and you cannot get anyone to answer. I have tried to call on a few occasions and only once after several hours and calls, did I get someone on the phone. But then I have been told to call to apply a discount, like good rx, before picking up, so it will all be correct. Well someone would need to answer right? LOL anyways have had an issue for two days trying to get medicine and still nothing.

Store is very slow right now (since Publix opened) and it's got to be hard working in a slow environment but they are clean, organized and offer quality food and products. Actually, it's a pleasure to shop there ... and you have tons of help if/when needed.

Store was clean. Staff attentive. Lines moving quickly. However we all understand during this time that supply chain garbage is disrupting many products on shelves but unfortunately that means stores needs to more frequently stock shelves. Everything we needed was slowly trickling from the back.

Store stocked neat and clean they have a butcher so you can ask for certain cuts of meats that they cut fresh. All the meat is fresh. Employees are very nice and helpful. Their liquor store has a wide variety of products.

Unfortunately I will NOT be going back to Winn-Dixie anymore after my experience. I only had 4 items in my hand, and walked up to a register where this young lady was finishing up ringing a customer in front of me. Her lane light was still on, and I had waited for about 5 minutes while they were finishing up, just for her to turn her light off and refuse me service. It was super unprofessional of her, and she should have honestly told me she was closed before I sat there waiting when she was clearly open with her lane light still on. It is the unprofessionalism that is going to run the store into the ground.

Prices have been a lot better here (with your Winn Dixie card). Such as chicken breasts, it'll list it for 22 dollars which is as pricey as our Publix but with your card you'll pay 16-18 which is the same low price of Walmart but a way better stocked and cleaner store! They have bogo deals and discounts alot. They are also always clean and well stocked here and the workers are very friendly.

What a great store! Even for as late in the day as I got here, they had a great meat selection and even my Boathouse salad dressing! And a very special thank you to Dan for allowing me to stay the night in your parking lot in my RV. It was late and I have sore ribs, I was so grateful for the respite. Highly recommend this store, everything is great about it, especially the people. Thank you again!

They have revamped our Winn Dixie, more varieties, wine section, new shopping carts with drink holders and loop to hold purse or bag outside the cart, store is always clean and decent meat selection. If they don't have what you want they can order it for you. They did re-arrange where a lot of stuff was so I am slowly getting used to the new set up. *Someone had asked a question recently wanting to know if the one in Crawfordville had a liquor store. I stand corrected, they do have a liquor store at this location. It has a separate entrance.

Since their recent Remodeling and decorations it has looked so much better. The food is always at a good BOGO. Also the aisles are never too crowded, and the customer service is always nice and ready to help when needed but not too pushy. Also their Bakery is amazing!
