I was traveling to Tallahassee and stopped into this Walgreens to grab a couple of things. The employees were so helpful which is hard to find in retail these days. Kudos to the manager of this store for hiring such amazing employees!

Walgreen’s Crawfordville store is the best! I have not ever received 5 star treatment at any other pharmacy. I am impressed with the professionalism of every staff member I came in contact with. I have used Walgreens for many years and found myself very happy w the service. Recently the pharmacist has changed and when I went to fill she argued w me that generic and brand r exactly the same. Im def not in her position but do know that brand and generic r somehow different. I felt as if I were her target when I walked to the counter. Time to clean house and get back some caring people. For now I will no longer use Walgreens pharmacy.

I requested a refill on August 29th. I was initially told my Rx would be ready in two hours. When I called to see if it was ready I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I do not mind holding, however, a live person never asked me to hold... someone kept lifting the receiver and reinititating the hold. When I finally spoke with someone they explained they were short staffed and busy: completely understandable, but also best practice is to initiate the call with a live person so that the caller can expect to hold. I called today September 19, because I have not received any notification to pick up the Rx. I was told that notification had been sent, and I'd failed to retrieve in a timely manner causing the medication to be put back... after this call, I received the first notification of a refill request🤔. My husband went to pick up my Rx and was quoted $180. The last time I paid $150. He asked why it was more and no rationale was given. He asked if he could apply a coupon and was told he could only use insurance or a coupon- not both. He was asked to move his vehicle so other customers could be assisted. I sent a link to a manufacturer coupon and my medication cost was reduced to $50. Then he was told that the medication disappeared🤯. He persisted and the meds miraculously reappeared. Had we not been persistent, done research,, and advocated, I likely would still be going without required medication and would also still be overpaying. My heart goes out to the staff at Walgreens because I know all too well the impacts of working under those conditions. My only request is if you showed up (and thank you for showing up❤), please try your best to impart as much quality as you can muster into customer service. You are essentially vital and your customers need your best. To the young lady that got floated to C-ville location and all staff: Thank you. Walgreens HQ, please help them get staff🙏🏽.

I love Walgreens, but I'm disappointed in the hours for this one. I've needed to run in and grab something from this Walgreens on more than one occasion when this location want even open until nine am, what in the world? I feel 8 would make more sense. Also been here when they didn't close for another 45 minutes, but had all the lights turned off, made it pretty difficult to shop cosmetics in the dark. This is my neighborhood drug store, and I love it but they have the hours of a retirement community.

Today was my first experience. After years with CVS, their customer service has gone down hill fast. CVS gave me the run around for two days on a medication i needed before they admitted they'd be out of stock for the next month. I went to Walgreens. The pharmacist worked with CVS to get the prescription and insurance information and filled it very quick. I am now a new Walgreens customer.

Good luck using this pharmacy! If Macedonia is waiting on you, your best bet is to leave or ask for the pharmacist directly. She is rude, nasty, unfriendly and can't do her job. I would give Macedonia zero stars if that was possible. More concerned with leaning on the counter, eating and talking with guys. On a good note, Pharmacist Nicholas, is there to do her job.
