This was my first time coming to a Publix since I visited from out of state, and got helped very quickly by Nathan B who not only got me checked out quickly, but helped me with any issues or questions I had!! He is the best, and the gift area was very unique and had a variety of items most others don't. I highly recommend this store!

Nice, clean store. They had several cashiers available and well as self checkout. We went thru a manned checkout counter. The person assisting us was friendly. Would go there again.

We spend a lot of time Carrabelle Fl. It has been so nice to shop via Instacart and have groceries available for pick up. Publix staff at this location is always prompt and friendly. The store also stocks some of the more hard to find items.

Overall super clean and decently stocked. Some items I wanted were priced $2/$3 more than most places I’ve bought before. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff when looking for items. Publix price tags could use some innovation. Hard to compare and save.

Deli employees need better training. Online orders are constantly wrong, never ready close to on-time, and in store they act as though you’re inconveniencing them. They are much better in the Tallahassee locations.Everything else is great. They just need to work on their Deli staff.

Coaching employees on how to fill out leadership evaluations to influence favorable outcomes in regional recognition is ethically reprehensible! But, not for the group of morons running this store. They have run off nearly all tier one prospects from their ranks now. Pray for staff here who must endure the abysmally poor leadership.

Today I came into the store to pick up meals for our Annual Christmas Party/Dinner. We pre-ordered the Holiday meals but didn't realize it wasn't going to be hot and ready to serve. I was panicking at this point because our party was an hour later and I had a 45 minute drive. The Manager, Keira Major and his staff were so amazing. They were able to exchange the order we had previously placed for hot and ready food. Thank you so much for everything you did, all your hard work and the dedication you have for your jobs. We drive approximately 120 miles to this Publix store, from St George Island. We do this every 2 weeks to stock up on produce and meat, that we can't get locally. I got this ground Sirloin, with a sell by date of today...frankly, I won't eat this...we tossed it out. Butchers spray the outside of the meat with nitrogen to make it look fresh, but the inside looks brown Yuck. Wish I could post pics but Google doesn't give me the option.

So glad we have a Publix in Crawfordville. I just can't do the Walmart thing anymore. Especially since I saw that video on TicToc about the Great Value brand. Expired moldy sandwich meat marked down. Ughhhh! Thank you Publix

Publix had all of the herbal teas, fruits, and whole grain wraps that my wife needed for her trip. It's so wonderful to be able to fill a complex grocery order at one place!

I love having a more convenient Publix now that this one is in Crawfordville. There is an abundance of staff on most days, which is nice. I absolutely love the self checkout lanes — no more mishandled bananas and avocados.

Place was packed on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, yet the checkout lines were quick and painless. Employees and management (who bagged my groceries) couldn't have been more pleasant. Well done!

Very disappointed with the side dishes provided with the thanksgiving turkey dinner package. Precooked Stuffing and mashed potatoes had an old freezer burned taste and not flavorful at all. Had to throw those side dishes away. Ambrosia salad was not freshly made and had an expiration date of 11/23 day of Thanksgiving. Gravy was okay but also lacked flavor. Had to add additional seasonings to make it tasty. Turkey however was very flavorful and tender but needed to be cooked for at least 2 hours to ensure it was done. Not a good value at all and too expensive overall. Will not option this in the future for any meals especially for a holiday meal.

I love everything about this store except there deli. Those people have no idea what they are doing and we have given them a few try's just in case they were just trying to get it all panned out. They are on their phones and talking to each other. Making food for themselves before assisting PAYING customers. They don't know what's on the "sub of the week". I use to love getting subs from Publix but, NOT this location! I've had 3 experiences with this locations deli and ALL 3 have been bad! This is NOT the Publix standards! Stay away.... they are horrible!

Expensive expensive expensive. But worth every penny, especially the deli and bakery.I am retracting my statement about the deli. Bought a sub there Friday night and it was not good. It was about 8:30 pm so closing time was near. Makes a difference.Today 01/31/31 I was at Publix for the BOGOS. $91.00 spent. To me it just didn't seem enough but my Mother likes it. It's still a clean store and has a great variety.

This store has been a blessing to our community. Buying groceries at a supercenter is an exercise in patience. Too many rude people in one place. The atmosphere in Publix is contrary to being in a foul mood. Staff seems happy to help, are most always smiling and the selection of quality products perfectly matches my family's tastes. Having this refuge so close to home makes us happy.

A great place to stop before hitting the beach or on a long drive to Destin or Pensacola. Everyone there goes the extra mile and keeps the charm of the area by being as southern hospital able as it gets. A good addition to the growing Wakulla area.
