This is the 3rd and last groomer I have taken my Goldendoodle to. Their service and cut quality/look is by far the best. Also brought my other dog for a nail cut as she makes it almost impossible for me. They had here nails cut in less than 5 minutes.

I can tell the staff have a passion for dogs because of the patience they exhibit for one of my pups that has a little attitude.

I am very very pleased with my experience at this location. I brought in my 15 pound dog to get his nails trimmed. And within a matter of five minutes the staff had his nails trimmed and had him back to me. I will definitely be coming back.

I gave this place a one star because I couldn’t do a zero. I had been going to Miss Maria’s for three years. Taking our Huskies every month For grooming. They normally kept our huskies in one of the center cubbies. Today they put Elsa, a large husky in a medium size cage. She barely had room to turn around. The thought of her being in that cage all day just breaks my heart. Her sister is a six month old husky that we have been taking there for the past four months. The last two times apparently they’ve been having problems with her. So they’re wanting me to put her on drugs. I did as They asked And went to the vet to get something to help calm her down. But apparently it wasn’t strong enough and they want me to keep giving her more and more. I tried to talk to Miss Maria about this. Because I’m very uncomfortable with sedating my fur babies. But she was very rude to me. So not only did they put a large husky in a medium size cage all day long, apparently they didn’t give them any water, because when we got home both my fur babies are drinking like they haven’t had any water all day! I don’t know what’s happened to this place but it has gone way downhill. I normally don’t write reviews. But I could not in good conscience not tell you what my babies went through today. I would hate for your fur babies to be treated as harsh as mine were today. I will be looking for a new groomer suggestions would be appreciated.

Will never return. Not sure what happened to this place but it is no longer somewhere I would recommend to others. Took our Yorkie puppy there 1st time a few months ago and all was good. We were told he was so well behaved and he even did great posing for the $5.00 portrait package. Note that I only encountered Ms. Maria during first visit and no other staff. 2nd visit last week for an in-between hygiene cut and everything went wrong. I should have followed my gut instinct when we first walked in and left as soon as we got there. You could tell there was tension in the air, and the lady who assisted us seemed very flustered. (I believe her name is Brittany) Our boy sensed the tension too and was acting very nervous - even with having a composure calming chew beforehand. (Again, listen to and pay attention to how your pets are acting.) We left him, and about an hour or so later we got the call from Brittany our boy was done. I asked how he did and she made it a point to tell me they had “lots of problems with him”. In shock after questioning what type of ‘problems’ they had with him I was told he would not sit still and they had to enlist the help of 2 other people to “hold him down”. I have had dogs for over 35 years and have never had a groomer tell me they had to hold any of our pets down - especially a tiny 4 lb Yorkie. I have also never had a groomer tell me to medicate my dog MORE than what we had already given him m. For reference, he weighs 4 lbs. and we give him composure chews any time we take him to vet or groomer and have never had any issues. These people are not veterinarian’s and I would caution them to stop telling pet owners to medicate their animals to compensate for their lack of training and abilities when to comes to pet anxiety that just may be caused by their uptight staff. When we got there to pick up our dog, our little guy was in a cage panting like crazy! We do not cage him and did not want him caged (which I made clear on first visit when I asked if they caged the dogs). Those “open blue rooms” in the center are deceiving. Our concerns were met with the most unprofessional disdain and defensive attitude from Ms. Maria herself, as well as Brittany. They even had the audacity to try and charge us a $10.00 “FEE” for having to ask for the help of 2 other employees to hold him down! When we expressed our disappointment and concerns to Ms. Maria she argued with me and literally walked away while I was trying to talk to her. I would not recommend this extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and uptight place of business to anyone I know. And if anyone asks us where “not” to take their fur babies, we will share our horrible experience we had here without hesitstion. Like my husband said, if you are having to hold down a tiny 4 lb Yorkie YOU are the problem.

Bee did an excellent job with both of our large breed, thick, long haired dogs, they got short cuts for the summer and they look great! They still smell good after a few days, too! Such a great experience.

Absolutely love dropping our pets off with Ms.Maria. They're always comfortable and safe with her and her staff. Her facility is clean and cute and she has a loyalty program. My dogs got bathed over a week ago and still smell so good! I wouldn't take them any where else.

We love Ms. Maria, she has taken such great care of my giant schnauzer, Odin. She is more than patient with him when he was not used to being groomed and therefore rowdy and distrustful of groomers. She communicated with me through any situation and was wonderful to work with. with her help Odin is superbly behaved and not afraid while being groomed now.She is highly qualified and knowledgeble about her craft. We highly recommend her services.

We took our two rather large furchildren in for a bath, nail trim and deshedding. I hate that I waited so long to try this place out. We have 2 medium length haired dogs and they shed like crazy. The staff removed most of their under coat and I haven't had to sweep in 4 days! (Normally its a daily thing with my two rascals). Most of the undercoat was gone, they smelled great, their coats were the softest I've ever felt in 8 years, and they didn't seem stressed or uncomfortable by the experience. Prices were great too. I will definitely be a returning customer!

We always take our frenchie here to get pampered (bath, facial, ears and teeth cleaned, de-shedding). We also love the nail caps they offer. The staff are friendly to both people and dogs 😉. Highly recommend!
