**Update** Things may be turning around for the better, and I hope so. Have started using Walgreens for an RX or two, but CVS Crawfordville did text me and promply fill most recently....Hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel compelled to. Useless text messages that result in nothing happening when confirmed. Will be out of a med and will continue to say "come back tomorrow" and still nothing for days and days... I have been calling into the Southwood CVS just to get good service, and a guarantee refills will be ready, so it's not all CVS's.I've used various CVS locations for years. This one is everything all the bad reviews are telling you. Switching pharmacies tomorrow.

Had 4 prescriptions called from the hospital at 8 am. Received a text from CVS that they received them and had a promise time of 11am. I received a text that 2 of the prescriptions were ready at 10ish. I get to the pharmacy to pick all 4 up, and what do you know... they are still filling the other 2. I told the lady they were supposed to be ready at 11 am, and she said well its only 11:05! 30-minutes later, they were ready. We don't use CVS for this very reason (the hospital called it into the place)... they don't ever seem to have it together.

Don't go there. They don't have most common prescriptions, you have to wait WEEKS just to get your antibiotics. And nobody answers the phone, EVER

Often my much needed prescriptions are out of stock and takes days or longer to be refilled. This is not only dangerous but inexcusable!

Going to be switching pharmacies.. every time I go in there I'm told there closed or like today they were on lunch and refused to help me... I just wanted to see if I had a refill available not pay or pick up or anything.... And PS there's multiple people working you can shift lunches... Since when does CVS pharmacies close for lunch cause the hours are different on here... Says open..
