Went to minute clinic for ear infection. Perfect service. I waited for 45 minutes in the parking lot for my text that my prescriptions were ready…. I pull up to the pick up window and wait for the car in front of me. A little girl got out of car and was vomiting, I was patient and waited for her mother to get her back in the car. They pull off and I pull up to the window and the person behind the glass closed the blinds because they were going to lunch. ALL OF THE PHARMACY WAS CLOSED, inside and out. The rudest thing I have ever experienced at a pharmacy that just told me my scripts were ready. So here I am, 4th hour since I saw the clinic and still waiting. Last time to EVER WALK INTO A CVS AND HAVING MY SCRIPTS TRANSFERRED TO PUBLIX.

I have NEVER had such Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WAS IN 3 weeks back over 6 people working in pharmacy doing ??? I called to refill 12 rx's was on hold over 45 minutes, called back talked with floor employee they tried to help without success!!! I have TRANSFERRED all my prescriptions,plus my husband's to WALGREENS!!!

Pharmacy staff are beyond incompetent. No customer service skills at all. Filled a prescription using the phone they said it will be ready by noon, we went at noon still wasn't ready guy said at the window they just received it after calling it in hours prior., now it's 2:30pm. They WILL NOT DO ANYTHING THEY SUPPOSED TO. Switch to publix hope this dump closes.

I've been waiting to get my antibiotics for a week! Unacceptable! They told me every day to come tomorrow, it's still not ready. Nobody answers the phone. Me and my family will use another pharmacy from now now. This pharmacy should be inspected! Sick people, including babies and elderly don't get the medication they need!!

Continually disappointed with the quality of customer service at the CVS pharmacy in Crawfordville. They never answer the phone in a timely manner, they screw up my prescriptions consistently, and most (not all) of the staff are unhelpful and some are rude. After 2 years I’ve had enough and won’t be using this pharmacy again.

Very disappointed with the pharmacy. I will not be back. Never can talk to anyone without having to wait on the phone over an hour. Then when you do finally get someone and your calling to find out if they have recieved your prescriptions, they tell you they haven't and they hangup on you with an attitude. I was not being rude to this lady for her to do that so now they have lost my business and after I pick up a different prescription, I will be moving pharmacies.

Older African American man with accent, I think the pharmacist- in the pharmacy helped 3 cars in front of me that took FOREVER but when it was my turn, he said he didn’t have time to check my discount pharmacy card for a cheaper price because he would have to re-enter my billing info and there were cars behind me. But had no issue helping the other individuals with their questions, concerns, and conversation. He told me to come inside while he could see (window was down in the car back seat) I had a sleeping toddler and 9 year old blind disabled child in the vehicle. I even explained that to him, and he still refused to help me. I will be contacting upper management further.

I got the flu vaccine from here recently and it was the worst shot experience I've had in memory. The pharmacist was in a rush and was rough with the injection, then he acted almost dismissive when it started bleeding (pretty heavily, I might add, which has never happened to me before). I won't be coming back here for the covid vaccine, that's for sure. Go to Walmart or Publix instead.

I’ve called the pharmacy 4 times within a 2 week timeframe, 3 of the 4 my call was not answered after 30-45 minutes of being on hold. I had a minute clinic appt, which called the stat script over and I was told it was a 2 hour wait. I transferred the script to the pharmacy next door, while I was walking there, approx 5 min later, they called to say they could fill it faster. It was stat and no one was there, I feel that the pharm tech just tells everyone it’s 2 hours. It was a pre-packaged script, no pills to even count.

First time coming here and last. I dropped off two very important prescriptions. Told me it would take a few hours for one the other would be available next day. I waited 5 hours had to go up there an hr before close and they still hadn’t filled it. Next day I’ve waited 5 hrs for second prescription and still no response. Not sure if e transfers are better but drop offs seem to feel like it goes in the forget pile.

I hope someone at CVS corporate see’s these reviews and does something to help. You can never get anyone to answer the question the phone in the pharmacy, and the wait at the store is outrageous. I just sat in the drive through for 45 minutes, only cars were ahead of me. The equipment in the drive through is broken and they are chronically understaffed. Never experienced anything quite like this

Pharmacy never answers the phone. Prescriptions are late to be filled. Common prescription medications out of stock for days at a time. They also linked my account with my dads when I signed up and now I can't manage my prescriptions without my dad that lives 8 hours away. How can it be this bad??

I always have a good experience going to CVS. The customer care has always been friendly, helpful, pleasant and sweet people. The pharmacy is just the same for me as I have a few prescriptions, too many nasty, people in there sometimes for no reason I could ever tell...

Unless Jennifer is there you can expect absolutely terrible service. They never have a clue what’s going on. They create lie on top of lie to get out of handling situations appropriately. So lazy. Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I just recently made a transfer to them to make it simple when visiting the minute clinic however even with the minute clinic being 2 seconds apart they have lack of communication and never have anything prepared on time. They will tell you one hour, then 30 min, then 15 min, just to make you feel better when in fact they haven’t got a clue, they will tell you about your account and not even have it open?!?! More lies, just to be lazy! After an hour and a half waiting still don’t have anything prepared. Dealing with them just about takes the Jesus out of me.

The staff here couldn't be nicer or more helpful. They are wonderful, caring folks. However, the site is woefully understaffed. Sometimes the front counter is unattended and there are only 1-2 clerks in the pharmacy on average, splitting time between counter and drive thru window. It's not uncommon to have seven cars lined up at the drive thru window, each taking 3-5 minutes to serve. If you're anything more than third in line, it's faster to go inside, instead.

This is a very busy pharmacy, but the staff are incredibly professional and considerate - I think they are EXCEPTIONAL and should be recognized for their outstanding efforts to accommodate customer service requests. This is a pharmacy staffed by people who care about their customers and care about doing a good job. This pharmacy exerted great effort to correct prescriptions errors and get them filled for me and my family. If one would consider the number prescriptions this pharmacy fills, It is little wonder that there is usually a line at the pharmacy. I don't mind waiting when people are trying to do their best. I rate them OUTSTANDING!

Unfortunately, due to insurance changes I had to switch my prescription to this pharmacy. I've struggled for a week to get one prescription filled. Challenges are to be expected as a new customer, but the level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and incompetence of some of the staff has driven my business elsewhere. One of the ladies at the consult desk lacks patience and does not allow the customer to even speak to understand how to solve an issue. She continues to bark orders even though it's not applicable to the situation. I was told on three different days my medication had not yet been shipped. When I told the young lady this last time it was promised to arrive on today's truck, that's when she actually stopped and checked the availability (so they are prolonging dispense unnecessarily).Thinking everything was finally resolved we attempted to pick up my prescription after being told it would be ready in an hour. Understanding how busy it has been, we went three hours later and was told that they had been backed up and to come back tomorrow. The medication already comes packaged. It's a matter of printing and applying the label. This is another dose of medicine that I have to miss and there is a total lack of compassion. As a health care provider, this service is disheartening. CVS will be happy to know when I mentioned going back to previous pharmacy, there was no concern of lost business. Very unfortunate. Every other staff member from the ARNP's to cashiers are amazing. Not sure where the issue lies in the pharmacy. Spoke to one very pleasant and helpful gentleman in the pharmacy on Sunday but unfortunately overall experience has been terrible.

HORRIBLE DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE. Went through drive through to pick up prescriptions, "Jessica" was rude and just nasty. They shorted my Lantus insulin prescription, as I explained I get 5 boxes usually and she then told me i had to come inside for a refund. Wouldnt explain why. I asked why I had to come inside for it when I did it online and there was a reason I came through the drive through and not inside. She said I could take the 10 day supply of insulin or come inside for a refund. So i push the prescription back in and i pull to the front and walk in. After recovering from covid and getting short of breath and headaches from it, as I reach the pharmacy, she tells per coworker that he can refund t cause she doesn't want to deal with me. I have not been rude to her until this point, I simply asked why I had to come in for a refund as i only had to sign a 3" piece of paper and it really couldn't be done through the drive through if she was going to fix the issue? I told them to refund it and fix the prescription and it has not changed and has been the same for years. This pharmacy constantly screws prescriptions up, changes employees, and attitudes are horrible. CVS, you really need to fix this. I did cal and make a complaint to the district manager telling them to pull video and voice if they could. she really needs to be fired.

I was on vacation and had 3 written prescriptions that needed filled. I was told it would be about 2 hours and so I made the trip in the next day, over 24 hours later. The pharmacist said they had no record of my order. I showed them my proof that I had ordered the scripts...next day, same thing. So I went to Wal-mart and they got it done in about 20 minutes and were a lot nicer about it.

They have a great selection of just about everything. Picked up some photos and got charged for one that wasn't in the envelop. Emailed customer service and they gave me two free 8x10s. That's customer service. Great way to make this ole country boy come back. Awesome and wonderful.

Placed an order for a canvas in the photo department. I was told 7-10 business days that was over two weeks ago ! I called just to simply check on the status of my order and spoke to the manager Gavin . He was very unprofessional a to be transparent quite rude. He lacked knowledge regarding my order and didn’t even take the time to ask my name to verify if I in fact even ordered. Super arrogant and again just all around unprofessional. Super shocked he would be in a management position to say the very least . I will not be coming back into this location !

This pharmacy is the pits since Mrs. Rhonda left. Annette is friendly but needs HELP. The drop off lady is rude. The drive thru is NEVER open anymore. Will be changing to the new phact for my future needs. Wait time was over 20 minutes for a script that was ready. Others waited longer and theirs was not even ready. SMH!

Always leaves the phone alone for 10 or 15 minutes then just hangs up on you. Gave me someone eles prescription 2 months ago. Didn't realize it till the next day. I'm done with them.

Went to the minute clinic. The doctor ,Brandon Foutch,was wonderful. He listened to everything I had to say, answered all questions in easy to understand language, no doctor speak goobildy goo that goes completely over your head like a lot of doctors do.Got to the heart of the problem and instituted a treatment and I was picking up my prescriptions and headed out the door ,all within about half an hour. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience as long as I take my medical problem out of the equation.

Don't expect the pharmacy to answer any calls. I wouldn't drop off any medication you need soon, that is vital because you won't get it for days. Literally one of the worst pharmacies in the area.
