I just had the best experience from ABS! I was up against a tight window to get an important business document professionally bound and ABS stepped up big time. Box stores in Tallahassee told me it would be after 2 the next day and ABS was able to take my request (late the night before I’ll add) and produce it before their regular business hours. They made my poor planing their emergency and got me taken care of well before I needed to leave town and it looks great! Thank you very much Amazing Business Solutions! I’ll be back and others should too!

I have been dealing here with mail and packages for over 2 years. The staff is absolutely amazing! They are BUSY and you have to understand, you can't snap your fingers and expect them to jump. Things are done in order and your lack of planning doesn't constitute their emergency, ALTHOUGH they are willing to do their best to get you through whatever you need, but they are human too and being rude because you have to wait a minute is totally uncalled for and helps no one. Good things are worth waiting for!It seems the complaints here are from people with a little lack of planning...This staff will go above and beyond to help. I cannot rave enough at their professionalism and helpfulness. It's family owned, and they CARE. Actually CARE- unlike the commercial places that hire clerks for min wage that just don't give a hoot about your needs, only their breaks and punch out time. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Amazing Mail Solutions. (NOT to be confused with the UPS store down the road)...Try them, you will find they are willing to offer solutions and alternatives to help. WELL WORTH THE WAIT ! Love these gals!Noreen

As much as I want to support a small business, the staff needs better customer service skills and the quality of the laser engraving we got done was just sad. When my family member went to pick the cups up after trying to get them fixed (the first time it washed right off) he was quite rudely informed that they would no longer be doing Ozark Trail brand cups and people would have to buy the cups from them and then pay to have them engraved? After all that the engraving on the cups is uneven and we are essentially out $100 because I’m ashamed to give them to the people they were intended for.

Terrible over the phone. Couldn’t answer a simple yes or no question.Edited to add: WOW your rudeness just continues… I asked if you had 14.5x19” poly mailers and you WOULD NOT answer. You kept replying with questions, asking what I was putting in it, etc. All I needed to know was if you had that size, VERY simple. Please work on your customer service skills because they are awful.

They always take care of my printing and mailing needs and are very pleasant to work with. I've even had them do a canvas picture for Christmas one year and it was beautiful!

Great business! I didn't know their closing time and of course walked in 15 minutes before, needing packets copied. I was made to feel like I was the only customer they had and my order was taken care of in no time. I still had time to browse their awesome selection of greeting cards and am now stocked up for the next 6 months of birthdays.

Love coming in here. That’s the truth! Made the mistake of going to the new UPS store this morning to see it and walked straight out due to price gouging and zero knowledge. Straight to ABS. I can't say enough GOOD about this place. Let me start by saying I mail off THOUSANDS of packages a year with multiple carriers. It is so convenient for me to drop everything off at one place rather than going to multiple places to do that which no other business in crawfordville offers that service. One thing people don't think about when owning a business is overhead and operating expense. When you have a name like UPS, FedEx, or even the United postal service that means you have the backing of unlimited funds. But when you are a hometown mom and pop business every penny must be accounted for so I understand as a fellow business owner what it is to have to charge for things like paper and printing ink. They are not the ones that are shipping items I have to remember I am. And I have integrated those costs into my business. Miss Shawna and Miss Shannon are two of the most honest and loving people I have met and that is why I will continue to support them no matter what. They treat me like family and not just care about making money. They care about my well-being and the well being of my family.

So many people can have so many opinions and experiences. Some bad and some good and what’s unfortunate is it seems the negatives get highlighted more unfortunately. I don’t do a lot of reviews but I have had great experiences at Amazing Mail. There have been many times that I needed something at the last second because I waited till the last second lol. None the less they were able to get what I needed done. Just recently I was in the store and an older lady was trying to send a package that contained almost $3000 worth of phones to a scammer and had no clue. After doing her due diligence Shawna was able to stop this poor lady from getting scammed. This isn’t something I heard, I was there. Again I know people have different experiences but mine has always be pleasant. Thank you AMS🙌🏻

They have a notary ,Business Cards,Courier Service ,Printing Services,ect pretty much Full service . Very friendly and sweet family and the biggest one is their super HONEST! Needed a check to be mailed from abroad, so I mailed a blank envelope to the location of the check. There was difficulty delivering the blank envelope abroad. The staff at Amazing Mail WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to assure that eventually the blank envelope was received (abroad), so the check could be mailed back to me here. Can't say enough good things.

I am ashamed that I have to post my first negative review on Google. My last trip to Amazing (not at all) I was treated like I was very unwelcome. Today’s visit was way worse when I met the rudest person I have met in a long time.This employee is hurting your business!I see this store has a 2.9 rating on Google and I hope the owner can fix this.I live in Crawfordville and always try to do business in Crawfordville. For the most part everyone here is very kind and willing to help.Rant over but please let me know when this lady no longer works there so I can continue to support your business. If it was a one time thing I get it - we can all have a bad day - but not every time. Please fix your employee problem.

These two gals run a first rate operation and absolutely go above and beyond to help and offer alternative mailing solutions to save me money. Granted you may have to wait because they are so popular, but they are definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend them.
