This is without doubt one of the best hardware stores in Florida. I have been shopping there for over 10 years. Always greeted by helpful and friendly staff. They maintain a huge inventory and almost always have what I need. Good prices, too. At least three times they have helped me assemble or disassemble items, some of which I didn't even buy there. Each time, they refused to take payment. Unbelievable service! This is an example of a business that truly serves their community. Employees are FANTASTIC!

Great places! I'm not too great at swallowing long pieces of string like everyone else is, due to being born without nostrils, but one day I walked into ace hardware and was trying my hardest to swallow a 3 inch piece of string and then all of a sudden I couldn't.

We stopped to get some copies made of our house keys and ended up grabbing a few other things. Super friendly staff throughout the store were very attentive but not annoying in their willingness to help us find anything or answer any questions. Really pleased with our experience and staff should be commended for the superb levels of customer service!

Tried doing some DIY plumbing and it did not turn out very well. I walked into ace hardware. Bobby greeted me right away. Knew exactly what I needed to do and got me all set up with the parts that I needed. I always have a good experience at the store.

This is out local hardware store. Everyone here is always very friendly and helpful. They carry about everything u need which is nice to keep from having to go all the way to Tallahassee. They also have a car parts store inside which adds to the variety of things u can get under one roof.

If you can, go to the one in Woodville instead. I've never had a bad experience here really, but the Ace in Woodville has much better customer service.

This might be the best customer service hardware store I’ve ever been to!!! Great knowledgeable staff who if they don’t know an answer, they’ll find someone who does! Huge selection of just about everything you could need, and more! I was very impressed with how clean, organized and stocked everything was.

I have limited mobility, and was pleased the young gentleman who assisted me was super helpful in loading items in to my vehicle.I don't like asking for help, and this young man seemed to understand that and took pride in being of assistance without my feeling awkward or imposing.Give him a raise!I think (but can't remember for sure) his name is Josh.

Been shopping here for some time now, great place, friendly staff. I feels like everyone knows your name. It's nice that I don't have to go into town for home DIY projects. They have just what I need. Ace is the place!

I like looking around the store but I try to avoid purchasing anything from here because their prices are a little higher than Home Depot and Lowes. I'd rather enjoy the drive to Tallahassee and stock up on material than pay 4 - 5 dollars extra for one 2 x 4. Who buys one 2 x 4? Anyway it's cool place to visit and I will support them if I really need something.

The NAPA has a machine shop inside the Ace home center and my girl and I dropped off a cylinder head off of a 6 cylinder engine block to be checked and cleaned and some minor work if necessary it was Friday and the manager said on the day after turkey day noone hardly work except the people who have bills to pay I digress sometimes next week we should have the head back and on the engine block and driving turn in next week for the conclusion on (HOW THE ENGINE TURN 🤣😜

There are times I can walk in & find just what I need. There have been other times when I couldn't find what I needed & no one around to ask about it. Then there have been several times when I have clearly told someone what I was trying to build & they couldn't understand what I was saying &sold me the wrong parts & had to take them back.
