I don't shop at Whole Foods for two reasons: expensive and horrible quality of fruits/vegetables. I received a gift card and decided to do store pickup. This is the second time I have received bad vegetables. Celery has dirt, it's normal coming from the ground. However, it should not be semi soft and look the way it does in the photos. Everything else was fine, but unless I receive another gift card, I'll pass shopping here.

So very happy with Jessie from Produce/Floral Dept.‼️ I searched all over for a Corsage and boutonniere for my son's Prom. Jessie selected the flowers and customized them both to Match their outfits . She Far exceeded our expectations.We are all so very happy. Absolutely Beautiful. Thanks so much Jessie ‼️

Customer service was extremely helpful working with me after I had an issue with a recent cake order. They went above and beyond to resolve it, and I am confident to shop at this Whole Foods location again, in the future. The only reason for my 4/5 rating is the cost of the items that I come here for, which is mostly the vegan cheese. While the variety on offer is wonderful, I am missing the days when my favorite products were $3.50 or $3.99. Now, even the tiniest pack is $5.49 and up. And some of the packages are still the same size as before but contain 7oz instead of the former 8oz. Health-conscious consumers are being ripped off left and right, and unfortunately, Whole Foods is part of this.

I've been getting the refillable gallons of water from the machine from whole foods for about 3 years now. I've never had any bad experience with the water. The last two times I've been there though I have been smelling a very strong odor of chlorine. I think it's time that they change the filters out or something because I go to other whole foods in different cities and this is one of the few that has that odor. I hope they can do something about it because the quality of the water is definitely not goodUpdate May 1st,2024. I made this post a few months ago and I came in today to see if anything has changed to my surprise because I got a reply I thought that by now they would have fixed it but I guess they really don't care. The water still smells and tastes like chlorine. I guess I will just have to keep on getting my water from sprouts because they are machine has never given me any issues

This is the WORST run Whole Foods Market in all of Florida. There is never anyone at Customer Service. They have a TERRIBLE Salad Bar and Hot Dinner Bar. There are always tons of empty silver trays where there should be food. They are so cheap, they stopped carrying any type of seafood, fish, salmon, shrimp, nothing. Today, even the salad trays were empty. You can go to any Whole Foods in South Florida and have a nice dinner or salad, but this store is a joke. Consumer Beware. Stay away from this Coral Springs location.

The best pizza ever! Especially when fresh out of the oven. It gets me every time I tell so much of my friends and family about Whole Foods pizza. Wash it down with a cold olipop. Thank me later!!

This is the worst whole foods market in Florida. The salad bar always has empty trays and horrible selections, the hot dinner area is always mostly empty trays, you can't even get a fork at this location. Brand new gym next door and no one comes here because it's so so bad. I have pictures to send to you. The store manager is never around. You can ask any store employee and they can't even reach her or him in the radio

Whole Foods Market provides an option for anyone who is looking to lead a healthy lifestyle. Although their products are expensive in comparison to other supermarkets such as Public, it is worth it if you are looking for fresh, and organic food. This store is well located and provides an example of good quality customer service.

The only reason why I go to Whole Foods is to pick up a specific juice that I drink in the morning. I find that they're prices are much more expensive than going to trader. Joe's, and I'm not saying that 1 has different things than the other. Because that is true however, I enjoy shopping at trader. Joe's then Whole Foods. It is just my opinion.

Store is always clean, the employees are knolegeable about their products. Parking it's always a breeze, there is almost never a long line at the cashiers. The only one bad thing about the store is their pizza and hot foods are always dry, over cooked or not very taste. You need to step up your game whole foods Coral Springs. Went in looking for a quick bite and was so disappointed with how bad the food looked in the hot bar. The food was dry and looked like it had been sitting for quite some time. The pizza looked like it was taken out of a box and thrown on the counter. The employee behind the counter was on her phone, looked up, and didn't bother to acknowledge me. Regardless, I was there for the food and was very disappointed.

The staff working behind the meat counter(especially Kendrick) are amazing. They kindly asked me what I was looking for. I said I was in the mood for turkey burger sliders but it seems no one carries them. Kendrick, offered to turn some ground turkey thighs into sliders for me. I didn't even know that was an option. That is above and beyond service.

Produce was horrible. Went in for tomatoes, broccoli and a few other fresh items. Walked out Empty handed. Tomatoes were soft, discolored and ice cold as if they had been frozen. Drove to the Sprouts and found much better produce. Far drive, but well worth it.

Had not been here since it first opened years ago, and I was super impressed. I don't know if it is the Amazon touch, but it seemed much better organized, the prices were competitive and the check out process was very quick and personable.

I love coming here honestly the environment is so friendly , and the hot bar may not have many selections but the food is still great! The young kids at the hot bar I asked for help were very respectful great hospitality. The older man working the hot bar wasn’t so he was kind of ignoring which was very disrespectful. And told me to come back in 48 hours.

My first time coming to this location i made a pit stop for some food I heard Whole Foods has a hot bar I’m a truck driver on the road all day and all I can say is the food was great!! If I ever drive this route again I know where im going! Looking at these negative reviews people must think this is suppose to be a 5 star restaurant get a grip come on the food is great! May not have a full hot bar but if they did let Me say this it would make a difference

I love WFM for all the vegan items they offer but the parking lot is a disaster. No cart corrals. Seriously? Other Whole Foods Markets I've been to have neatly organized parking lots. The parking area here is a disaster. Please invest in some cart Corrals.

This location is always busy whenever I've visited! The staff are helpful despite the crowd, and keep the lines moving. I've visited for Amazon return dropoffs (huge benefit!) and for the meal stations. The selection and quality are both amazing on both the hot and cold bar, at a very reasonable price. There is ample parking and the store is large and well organized.

Absolutely no difference in the set up compared to other Wholefoods locations.However, I feel it a bit smaller in area and hence the variety of products. Been there many times and it's always a good stop for quick organic shopping.I was very surprised to see most of the important Homeopathic medicines in one of the aisles. It was a great feeling to have them handy.

Food, produce, and specials are great. Be careful of the free samples however, they will actually make you want to by them. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The variety and quality of the Hot Bar has gone down however.

I went a little bit too early for the hot food to be available, but it's one of the things I like the best, along with the chocolate chunk and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.This time, I was disappointed that Whole Foods has apparently discontinued whole wheat hot dog buns, which will soon be as rare as hen's teeth, but I later found some at a neighborhood market.
