My sister and I went to get some Sod for gardening purposes. The staff was very helpful, they helped to put the Sod (which I might say is very heavy) in the cart. I have no complaints regarding this visit.

The store really needs a double thumbs up if you want to go to a clean orderly store this is where you need to shop. And most importantly the customer service is amazing they actually call you back they actually help you with your needs special mansion Julie N I rented a truck by the way which ran great I left my keys in the truck for my BMW. I called up in the morning talk to Julie not only did she look for them in the lost and found but she went out to the truck and found them they were stuck between the seats.Remey deserves another mention I called to rent a truck he said there was none in stock right now but I asked him if I could have him call me back if one would come in and he did. These are two find examples of what customer service is all about I also included a picture of the management team. Because without a good management team your workers are not going to care about their job either thanks again Home Depot. You have found a customer

First I went to customer service and they couldn't help me with the report of what I had spent last year in the store. But then I told Christine what was happening and she really helped me with more than what I needed. He was very friendly and helpful, 100% attention. Thank you Christine for making my life so much easier. They should hire more people like that.

This is an om store. It is kind of cluttered due to its size so it is understandable. For some reason things in this store are never where it says it is in the app. The staff greets you upon arrival however never seem to assist when you are confused about finding something. I mean they could right next to you hearing you have a fit because you can't find something and absolutely no help. They have their Christmas decorations up so that is a plus. The grills are kept inside at this store which us also good because the one in Coconut Creek puts theirs outside and the bottoms are all rusty. I will visit again just to see if anything has changed but not until about mid November.

Have been shopping here for years and like always once you know what you need easy to find items. Just recently found out they do kids crafting classes on the first Saturday of the month. Attended our first one and cant wait for the next. I recommend getting to the store early as it does get busy and if you are in a rush you can pick up the crafts and do it at home.

excellent place to buy everything you want for your house 👌especially when it is not so much your house construction but anything you want to build find woods hardware you find plants the garden has a lot of plants for both your home and the garden outside you also find all kinds of lamps lights Decorations for your bathroom for your kitchen you find all kinds of wood at very good prices also the former the service is excellent the store very organized I love coming to Home Depor!

Terrible! My sister in law and I were walking through the store-keeping to the right of the aisle and one of the two employees clapped her hands at us and not very politely said “excuse me”. Mind you my sister in law is 8 months pregnant. Incredibly rude employees at least one of them.

Great Service at the Garden department. We have an excellent devise choosing our plants for this season and the difficult conditions in Florida. Update July 2020: When you pickup your .com order they do not check you out, you will continue to get texts and emails to pick up the goods you already picked up. Also phoned and it rings till they hang up. Imagine the $ losses!!!!Older review: Excellent fastest check out help from Miles today. This place finally has great help in store and garden center too!

There needs to be better communication from the employees towards the customer/client. To be more attentive. I get that most times the employee is already assisting a customer, but if another person calls to you for information at least respond back with if you can answer my question or if you can get back to me in 2 mins to finish with the other customer. In my experience, the employee was walking towards me and I asked her if they had pressure cleaners and rudely responded “one minute” with her finger pointed. It was cutthroat and not professional the way it came off as. Like making it okay to show that she was annoyed. Employees need to be more self aware of how they come off. She could have easily stopped real quick, listen and let me know if she was able to help or not, neutrally. Simple as that.

Today a gentleman named M.D. helped me load 16 bags of mulch and rocks into my car. He was so kind and eager to help. I really appreciated how much he helped me, I had no idea how I was going to do that alone and then felt terrible asking someone to help. But he made me feel he was happy to help. Thank you MD!

This is the BEST Home Depot I have ever been to. From the moment I walk in I feel so welcome. Today I had to get an insanely large order of paint and everyone made it so easy. D'Andre was a huge help in the paint department and gave us insight into the Pro program and delivery features. At Customer Service we were helped by Yvette who walked us through the process of getting our materials delivered and gave great advice. Leo & Jen also helped us and went above and beyond. We are so grateful to everyone at this Home Depot.

Sorry Home Depot, your delivery vendor just made you look like an oil spill. well, you look at how my street looks after my neighbor had a dish washer delivered. The top half of the pics show how poorly my street was cleaned. The bottom half shows the oil the delivery truck dropped from Coral springs drive all the way to my block. Oh and the cleaning crew showed up in a sweet Mercedes with a broom and cat litter. I think C.S. code enforcement should get a call on this one.

Terrible service. I came in looking for play sand. The play sand was not in the gardening section, despite the insistence from two employees who said it was. After going to customer service, they called for an associate to help me look for the play sand. Not one associate showed up after ten minutes of waiting, and only thanks to a stranger did I discover the play sand was in Aisle 20, not the gardening section.A waste of time and a terrible lack of knowledge from the store and its employees.

I want to give a shout out to Cynthia in the kitchen and cabinet department. She helped me so much finding a pantry even calling other stores for me then following up with me.
