This place is fantastic, I was very impressed from talking to Camila over the phone till the end when I came to pick up Alaska. Can’t remember last time I had this kind of customer service in any business. The front desk girls were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Made my Husky feel very comfortable. Not to mention how affordable it is. I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Great job grooming my two Golden Retrievers!! I asked for a “show” cut and I got it-the groomer did a lovely job!! The owners & staff are so kind & caring! I joined the unlimited club so the bolts can get bathed whenever needed.

Wonderful services! They did an excellent job with both or my large, senior dogs and they look beautiful. So much more budget friendly than a boutique groomer and just amazing, friendly service!

I had my two dogs groomed here, one was a puppy getting his first groom and one was my four year old who hates getting his nails done. Both of my dogs left happy and smelling like coconuts! We got frequent updates(even pictures), they went over everything that was going to be done and they were easy to talk to! I will be coming back and supporting these kind people!

I recently took my dog to a grooming service, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and most importantly, my dog looked fantastic afterwards. All of the employees and the owner were very nice. They took my dog in, treated him with care, and he was ready by the promised time. We usually bathe him at home, but have tried to use the bath at the pet store. He gets very anxious doing both. They reported that he did great and didn’t seem anxious. We will be bringing him back for sure.

Jennie and Hector are very friendly and professional, they know very well the services they provide to your pet and they give you suggestions of what service is best for your dog. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve had this level of excellent Customer service. The owner is incredibly understanding and helpful. They treat my fur baby with so much care. I’m incredibly impressed. I live in Miramar and I’ll gladly drive the 40 minutes just to bring Cody there.

Ayanami did a great job with our dog Delilah she’s a white dog and she made her as white as a cloud how clean she was, she officially is Delilah’s groomer. And all the other staff was very friendly as well

Brand new shop! Beautiful, warm owners. My dogs needed baths and they did an amazing job’ already made another appointment.
