Just stopped by to purchase some treats for my pup and happy to say, it was a good experience.Steven was very helpful in locating those treats and as a bonus, genuinely kind to my dog. After shopping there for 15 yrs and on occasion, the Pet Supermarket in Midway plaza, I’ve seen some wonderful, personable employees and some who act like they’re bored and rather be anywhere else. I bought food for my dog here that was on sale. When i opened the bag to feed my dog there were maggots, cobwebs, and bugs. It’s one thing to put food that’s not selling on clearance, it’s another to put inedible food on clearance.

I’ve gotten 2 bunnies here now! One brown Rex I’m pretty sure and one black and white broken holland lop! The first one was $150 and the holland lop was $250 but I just had to get her at that moment! Very cute bunnies and nice workers

Excellent help today from Jennifer, Amanda and Leana. Jenn really was knowledgeable about Dog Browning's food. Took the time and showed me the newest Hill's Science for the big boy. I highly recommend this location after disappointed at the competition brought me here!

Really sad and disgusting the way they keep their animals , they don’t even have enough space to move in those little cages , you can see their stress behavior, that’s cruel just to make a few hundred dollars.

This is my absolute favorite pet store ever. The employees are amazingly kind, they seem to all be animal lovers. But I wanted to give a special thank you note to Cami, Izzy and Giny, who have helped us on so many occasions with finding pet items we are looking for or who have also gone out of their way to help us create the pet tags or to find something particularly tailored to the needs of our multiple pets. Thank you so much Cami, Izzy and Giny for the hard work you do and for helping customers with dedication and smile.

Every dog owner needs to go to a dog training class!!! The dog trainer instructor at pet supermarket is amazing, funny, honest, punctual and knowledgable. He is very helpful in training the socially awkward and undisciplined dog. He teaches every Monday at 6:00 pm.

I went to Pet Supermarket in Coral Springs in search of sweaters for my 🐕. The staff member was very helpful in finding the right style and sizes for my dogs. She then cashed me out at the register quickly. Store was remodeled since the last time I was there and was clean and well kept. Will try them again in the future. :)

The best Pet Supermarket I have visited. The team at the Coral Springs location is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The location is stocked full of great toy and treats, clean and well organized! I love coming in to get ghost shrimp and worms for our pets.

My husband bought 4 guppy fishes 3 days ago two of them died. On the back of the receipt states fish are guaranteed for 7 days , when we took the fish back to do an exchange not even a return cause we really want our fishes back in our tank the cashier person came up with the excuse I needed to bring the water to be tested in a separated container they will not take the one I brought the fishes . This is ridiculous cause on the receipt it does not mention any of this rules in order for you to get your money back or do an exchange.they sell sick fishes and do not take the responsibility for it . Very disappointed will never come back to this place

Both Michael’s in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. Extremely respectful as well regarding the current situation we are in with social distancing. They are phenomenal employees and deserve everything that pet supermarket can offer them. I wish every store I went to had employees like this, the world would be a much better place.

Our favorite grocery location for all our non-human family members . We've adopted a cat, bought our reptile baby (bearded dragon), and 3 tanks of fish over the past 6 years. The employees are very friendly, experienced, and extremely helpful.

Many items for a variety of pets. Store is a good choice if your shopping for fish, reptiles, rodents, bunnies, etc, and also for cats and dogs. I liked that the self serve grooming area had a handicap accessible stall. Very helpful staff :)

This store regularly doesn’t have my pets food and the manger has no knowledge of when it will be arriving to store nor can take to take the time to see if the stores nearby have the food that they don’t have available! I’ll take my business to Petco

I bought my pet some nail clippers. When I came in I was immediately greeted and died it to the right section. The nice lady signed me up for reward points the customer service was excellent. The whole transaction and process took less than 10 minutes. What makes this place special are the workers, and they're very knowledgeable. But in all honesty, they really care about your animals. And that's what separates them from their competitors.

Looking for Budgies. Apparently, none of the Pet Supermarket staff knows that’s what many of us call “parakeets”. The parakeet enclosure had one very filthy bowl of water. Disgusting.
