Do not use this company. I have attempted to purchase a crate with this company and it entirely fell through. I was not communicated with on the status of the crate. I left them two voice mails and their response was that "we don't have a voice mail service". Using the same number that I used the first two times (saved in my phone) I called back and they finally answered. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and acted as if it was my fault that I left a voicemail. It was clear that customer service was well beyond his skill set level. After asking him to "not cancel" the order he said he would cancel the order and then hung up on me. My credit card was already processed so now I am in the process of disputing.Unless you truly are a masochist I recommend staying away from this place. Much more qualified places out there.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. They tried to steal my money by sending me only part of my very expensive order (the part they sent me was probably worth $20 total of the over $300 I paid). Thankfully I purchased through Amazon & filed a claim - K9 Vitamins e-mailed me back with a simple "Your item arrives to you tomorrow". Not an apology, no explanation of any sort. Absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully my items actually come tomorrow or else I'll be filing a second claim.

This company has been absolutely terrible to work with. The manager mike is rude and disrespectful! One of the sleeves I purchased fell apart after one training session and he told me I was using it wrong and I didn’t know what I was doing! Horrible customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
