We were able to get everything we needed. There were some nice cards, cleaning supplies, wall decor that we looked at. The one store associate who handled many customers at once in the line was very calm and patient. Located in a relatively good plaza.

It's not the best dollar tree store I have visited. It has sufficient variety of items. The inventory they have is not well organised. If you are looking for something specific, it can be difficult. Cleanliness is not the best and it's mainly due to haphazard stacking of items. Staff is helpful and polite

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE AND IF YOU DO CHECK THE CARD FIRST. There is a scam going on with Visa gift cards and I am a victim of it. My christmas present was a $50 visa gift card but the scammers got to it first, sucked the card dry of money before i even opened the package on christmas to figure out it was tampered with.

This store was FILTHY! Things were scattered all over the floor from the moment you walked in! I literally walked in and back out! The lines were ridiculously long, and I expected such being the day before Valentine's Day. However, why weren't they staffed on THIS day? Shows poor leadership in my eyes. Personally, I'll never go back. This was like a swap meet! Pay for convenience and go next door to Michael's. Their V-Day balloons were very unique, and you can use the coupons.

This store is a mess!!! The corporate office should be ashamed. Merchandise all over the place, no organization on the shelves, and can't find anything. Customers rummaging through stuff doesn't help. Boxes piled up! I WALKED OUT! They don't deserve even one star!!

This Dollar Tree on University and Royal Palm sucks. They take forever to re-stock on supplies. Lines are always ridiculously long. The new manager with the big red hair never greets or says hello just rude and unprofessional. Two thumbs down for them👎🏽👎🏽 Won't be coming back to this location.The staff at the Sample & Coral Ridge location and Westview locations are much friendlier.

This dollar tree is one of the most filthiest an unorganized places I’ve ever seen. The shelves are never stoked the merchandise is thrown all over the place, and you have to dig through piles of stuff to find what you need. There is also a staff member there who looks as if he hasn’t showered in months, which is quite of putting.

Well stocked Dollar Tree, better straightening than some. You can get through the aisles without difficulty. 1st week of August & they're putting out Halloween decor! Plenty of free parking.

KENYA the newly promoted assistant manager is a straight FEMALE DOG ! She’s totally unprofessional, and desperately lacks an education . Her customer service skills left a lot to be desired on a scale of 1–0 it’s a ZERO! She can’t speak properly , as though she didn’t finish elementary school , how she became an assistant manager is beyond me. Apparently the dollar tree hires illiterate hood rats . I should expect that . Not only does this nasty little girl has people follow me as though I’m a criminal , she throws my change at me !! I have reported her to corporate and I am following up with them.

Small store packed with tons of useful stuff. Friendly staff lead by a great manager who works hard to maintain cleanliness and keeps shelves stocked. Great place to buy balloons and party supplies. Unfortunately this store attracts shady customers and the elderly. Plus low life thieves! Seriously I've seen them steal from Dollar tree and its pathetic and sad. Restrooms are clean but at times nasty people who don't know how to use toilet destroys them. (Hint) they old people. Here's the scary part the women's restroom just as bad. A/C must not be working. The store feels warm. Manager says it working. Well 30 customers may say differently. Shopping carts ..well some work and alot dont.

Rude workers!!!!Visited this morning I was looking for an organizer and sought assistance from floor stay. The floor staff ignored my question/didn’t acknowledge I was speaking to her although I was standing next to her and we both were the only ones on that aisle.Went to register and cashier wasn’t pleasant to the customer before me or me.Customer service training needed.My first negative experience at this location.

Not much to find... This place is like a coin toss at one day you can find a plethora of things that you might find useful the next there is a bunch of garbage, I know is a dollar $ but some of the things are not even worth .20¢ on Wish. It used to be organized and that was excuse enough to come and shop a few detergents but now is always full of garbage things all over the floor. Don't even think about using the bathrooms in there. Better off going somewhere else. :/

I like shopping at this store, but there is an Employee by the name of Olga, she acts like it’s her store, if you are not hispanic she refuses to help. She just walk by you if are asking her questions if you are from any other race. She is very rude and lack customer service.

It's the holiday season and people are getting last minute items. You would think extra help and cashiers would be available. My experiencpe, just 1 cashier open and at least 15 people waiting to check out. I left! The staff is of NO help, rude at best..

This is the dirtiest and most unorganized Dollar Tree I have ever seen. Filthy trash covered floors and merchandise strewn all over the place. I can't imagine what the restroom looks like. The staff and the clientele leave a lot to be desired. What a dump.

Over the past several months, this store's appearance has become quite a MESS! Shelves are always messy - merchandise still in boxes in the aisles during the height of business hours not to mention the merchandise thrown all over the floor by unsupervised matrons & children. Other Dollar Tree stores I have visited in Pennsylvania recently puts this store to SHAME! It was quite a welcoming relief to visit the store in PA that was CLEAN & ORGANIZED with pleasant personnel and a large variety of merchandise. If I could give it a lower rating I would.Shame on you Dollar Tree for allowing this store to get in such deplorable condition - it use to be a nice store to visit.

Because it is extremely short staffed everywhere I've been working a lot of doubles and I was not able to celebrate Mother's Day with my mom however I called this Dollar Tree and Leslie took good care of me she said she had a few Mother's Day balloons left and that she was selling to me so I'm just saying thank you so much less for making my mother happy and making me happy I truly appreciate it kudos to Leslie she is what customer service is all about..... Leslie works at the Dollar Tree on University Avenue and Royal Palm right next to the Michaels in Coral Springs

Awesome prices, great things to buy, but the assistant manager ruined my experience, I was w my dad and we were buying a couple things and we needed a plain box to clean up so we asked an associate if they sold boxes and she said no but you can have any box of ours you see if it's empty. I'm thinking perfect, my dad (who is an older gentlemen) is moving the empty box he sees from other boxes that contain items out of a cart and the assistant manager yells out loud that we can't take that and causes a scene without just asking us what's going on. Literally everyone is frozen thinking wth is up with this woman. So I get upset and say the associate said we could have on as long as it's empty. The way she reacted was playing dumb because I guess she thought we were just trying to take it without asking anyone. So i laughed out loud and responded sarcastically but at the same time trying my hardest not to yell at this woman since I'm with my dad but I'm 21 years old so I get insanely upset if anyone disrespects anyone I love clearly like anyone else. She just went back to attending someone and murmuring something under her lips. Point is she 100% lacks customer service, I honestly don't know how she got to such a position, she should have just stayed as an associate or nothing at all because she stayed being loud and disrespectful talking to herself afterwards that everyone felt uncomfortable. That's not right. Totally ruined my experience. Pisses me off. I don't know her name but since I'm moving to Coral Springs and I will DEFINITELY be going back in that store lol I will find out her name and let you guys know

Rude staff!!! Rarely get help when needed. There's this one employees (Richard, i think is his name) is always friendly, helpful and courteous. He's the highlight of this store. However, when he's not there it's a place you dont want to be.
