Was horrible!! The cashier is literally placing my coupons on someone else's purchase! They had the audacity to say that it didn't take out any coupons. -3/10 it's better if you stay away immediately.

Theres an older male who works there, consistently says out-loud “i hate it here, this is stupid” “are you stupid” curses like a sailor. Has like a jersey or NY accent and i know he gets along with the other coworkers but its just a distasteful experience every time i shop here. EVERY-TIME. i literally left, its THAT uncomfortable. We need to do something about this gentleman, retire him, give him an incentive or something. Always states the same thing like. How he hates his life. i been going here for 3 years. now i gotta drive further cause this guy hates his job. this is unprofessional and disturbing.

Where can I start. in a few words it is a rip off place. I have been shopping here for over 10 years but the last year something has changed for worse. Prices at the cashier never match the price displayed. Always is more. The attitude of the workers is even worse. It has become a not to go place. Better stop at 7 eleven. Not sure if the owner care or has no time to watch his store but this place needs a lots of work to become a regular store.

I have to say I visit this particular store only because of the current Manager , she is kind , professional and very helpful , the store is always well stocked and neat and clean. I have visited other stores and must say she is the best, I know that it is not easy to run a store like that and she seems to do it well and of course with the help of her staff. As for her staff some are exceptional and others not too friendly with the customers . I would say if you don’t like your job then look another one , this job deals with ppl all day so you have to have to know how to deal with the public.

This is the second time I was checked out by a woman who I did not catch her name... The first encounter was about two weeks ago and a bad one as she had an attitude and was rude and really just unhappy to be there but I decided to chalk it up to a bad day because those happen.... Well, today same woman checked me out and was extremely rude and clearly unhappy with that job and seemingly her life. It creates a bad feeling for the customer and honestly, it makes me not want to shop there. Having said that, they do have a lot of choices in all departments and it would be more enjoyable shopping there if people that worked there were a little nicer.

This is a very organized dollar store. And they have everything that I needed and it was easy to find and they had plenty of stuff available. It was easy to get in and out of as the parking lot was fairly large. They do have ample parking as well and it is conveniently located on a major road. I would recommend coming here for various items. The customer service appeared friendly. The only one drawback is that they only had one checkout line open and there was a lot of people waiting to check out.

Cleaner & better stocked than I expected, but understandably so, as this one on Atlantic Blvd is in a nicer area than most. The cashier was nice, polite & efficient. Was aware that no one should be allowed to look over to see cards being used. Wasn't a problem for me, but she protected another customer, (very politely).

Haven't been to a Dollar General in over fourteen years, mostly because they have all closed down. I took my son to the Orthodontist and was surprised to find one in the same plaza. I found so many great things there, they have a customer for life. It was awesome!

I arrived to this location at 930pm. I saw two employees in the store. One of the employees closed the door and turned off the automatic door opener as I was approaching the entrance and walked away. I looked through the glass to see if I could see him. He was nowhere to be seen. I called the store’s number. The phone just rung. Eventually, the call stopped ringing and hung up. As I continued to look through the door, I could see the man who closed the door while I was approaching; briskly walk to the back of the store. Another employee was midway down the isle either not paying attention or just ignored the fact that I was standing there. This type of behavior from your employee is unacceptable. Had the employee informed me that despite what’s posted for the the stores hours, he made an executive decision to close the store 30 mins prior to corporate’s recommendation, I would have accepted that. However, this was not the case.

My shopping experience was fine like always. It wasn't until I got to the counter where the shift manager was cashiering and caught attitude when I gave her 2 items that I decided not to get. Well hell, isn't that part of the job? It had only been 5 hours since the store opened and I understand that they have to get there way before, but still that's no excuse! So you mean to tell me that you had every customer for those 5 hours to give you items to put back? GET OFF THE REGISTER AND GO BACK HOME cause clearly you don't wanna deal with people today!

So I say a lady just walk in store I’ve been there about 12-15 I pass her open double pack febreze for coupon deal I report it to Courtney and she flat out say I’m lying, what a shocker. She ask me who I point right at lady in-front of her. Then Courtney the worker say I’m lying. I ask Courtney if there’s any single gain febreze she told me no and how they are waiting on truck. So how come? Who’s the lier here? How dare you say I’m lying, then they both start talking about me her and costumer. Either she’s know her or something. My daughter and I walk out the store. If I could give 0 zero star I would.

Hello my experience at this dollar general approximately 4:15 pm 10/26/2021 was horrible. The ladies working there she was white with black short hair, she was kicking kids out. She said if your not shopping get out with an aditude. She also was like to one kid don't tell me how to do my job. I will not be coming back here again.

8/23/2020 checkout time: approximately 2:14pm. First and last time going to this location. Cashier and manager had customer wait in line while they discussed their schedules. Was not told when to approach counter, was not greeted or even thanked for my purchase. Customer service was totally nonexistent at this location. Will advice anyone i know not to shop here and i definitely will not be back.

Wish I could give 0 stars worst experience ever. I was going to buy some items here and needed to use the restroom but they're locked. I go to ask an associate for the key but she refuses because they are too busy to hand out the restroom key. I understand having a long line but that's no excuse to refuse a restroom to a paying customer

Terrible experience. 3-5-19 at 7:15pm. Older Hispanic woman was at the counter and she had the WORST attitude I have EVER encountered at a Dollar General or any store I have ever shopped at! I am completely sickened by the level of rudeness she conducted. Worst part is I believe she is a manager at this location. Please Please Please think twice before visiting the Dollar general on Atlantic and Ramblewood Drive. (near Mobil station and Ramblewoox Middle in Coral Springs)

I give this location 2 stars because they were in stock and the store was clean. If their merch wasn't in stock I would have given 1 star because the customer service absolutely blew. The cashier/manager wasn't pleasant at all and all she seemed to care about was getting the line down.

The worst customer service ever! The manager didn’t want to accept my coupons inviting to buy the expensive items when I rejected she voided all my digital coupons so I loose all my deals, the worst part she kicked my out of the store as a delinquent asking me to never come back! that’s the most humiliating experience in my whole life! P.S. I used my MQ with no issues in other Dollar General store so she wasn’t right, Hallandale Beach Store such a nice people there!

Great for some quick shopping... They have over 2,000 items priced at dollar but if you are looking for exclusively dollar items you're better off at the Dollar tree... The nice thing about this store is they have more expensive items available as well where's the Dollar tree is limited to Dollar items

No deals here! Stopped in to grab some hotdog buns. Walked out and went to Wal-Mart. Same brand buns were $2.45 here. At Wal-Mart they were $2.18! No fan of this store. Same items here are always higher than exact items At the Dollar Tree.
