We bought a Yorkie puppy with Ashley in December 2023. She gave us all the attention explaining and answering all our questions. She came to my house a few times to assist me with the dog. After buying Hazel we kept going back for grooming and all the services they offer. Sheloves seeing everybody there. All the employees are very nice, professional and caring. I highly recommend them!

The staff at the Salon were super professional and nice to me and my dog. The salon looks super clean and I felt really welcomed. My dog looked super cute and adorable with his new haircut and bath. I will definitely recommend this place.

The manager in particular, who greeted us this morning with a great, positive attitude. Is extremely friendly, and they always do an excellent job with our doggy babies. Every Monday before 10am , there is a terrific discount. I always bring my labradoodle (Sofia), while my daughter brings her two labradoodles (Maximus and Leonidas) together with her little Shih-Tzu (Toby). They always look and smell fantastic.I still heartily recommend this location, the one on Sample Rd (Coral Springs), for grooming needs.

I love Boss pet connection, first I don't really need appointment if almost always they can accommodate me , they are kind although my fluffy is not so! and they do an amazing job exactly as I ask them to so I highly would recommend them .

Took my dog here (who is a tad aggressive), but Enrique and Lorena 😍 took good care of her. Awesome customer service and real quality work. They definitely work thru the challenges and I'm grateful for people like them in this industry. It's sorely needed and hard to come by. 🙏🏽

Highly recommend it!! I took my little chihuahua for a full grooming service and I couldn't be more happier with the results. She was a little nervous but the friendly staff was able to calm her down and get things done.

Seeing so many 5 stars on here breaks my heart due to the fact they’re not posting the other side of things and how negligent they are. Our family dog passed due to their negligence and overall unprofessionalism.. it’s with a heavy heart me and my family are writing on here because they couldn’t call us to make sure he was okay.. even when we were at the hospital the doctors had told us that if he had come as soon as they noticed any signs then our dog would still be alive. We just want justice for our dog and they seem to have no compassion about it.. all we wanna do is warn other dog parents to be careful with this place because it seems that some of the workers only care about greed and not the wellbeing of our dogs. No one should have to feel this pain

It was our first time I found this place on Groupon and it was a very nice experience I went to the location on Wiles the lady on the front was amazing very friendly make me feel confident on living my Nina there the store is very nice they have a lot cool gears for pets we will use the services again

My shihtzu had knotting and matted fur. They took good care of my boy. The Wiles location is so good with him. He doesn’t come home shaking in trauma from a haircut, unlike other groomers, and for that I say thank you Boss the Pet Connection. ☺️

We brought our family dog over and directed them to call us if something was up with him, they hadnt followed our instructions and their negligence led to the untimely death of our family dog as he had suffered a heart attack. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I dropped off my male Maltese at 10 am , at 4 pm still no sign of my dog so I decided to call and they told me to come get him in 10 minutes , I gave 30 minutes and came to pick him up and they told me “she “ still not ready and they need 30 more minutes. I came back in 40 minutes and asked for my dog and the girl told me I’m going to get “HER” and never came back.Then a stranger lady walks into the place with my dog in her hands saying that she went home with the wrong dog !!!! They gave her my MALE dog instead of her FEMALE dog and not just that they had SHAVED my long hair Maltese OFF !!! This is a unacceptable situation that should never ever happen in this places. I just found out that they shaved my friends dog also with no authorization!! I his place needs to close dawn!!!! OUT!!!! That’s a before and after picture of my dog 😡

I do not recommend it, the staff is terrible, I asked for the teddy bear cut and rs the second time, the first time they told me that the hair was very short that I had to wait for it to grow, and now that a lot of knot in both times the cut is Anyway, my dog ​​looks very ugly, it seems that he had a fight with cats, I do not recommend it, maybe the other locations will work better but this is rubbish, they only gave him the # 1 machine just steal my money the first Pic is the supposed teddy bear cut, my dog looks ugly the another two pic is when I cut and give a bath to myself. After having my baby Niko for 7 hours, they gave him to me completely differently, at 4pm they called me to ask if they could shave him…. oh really??? They received him at 9:30 am😡😡 and since they didn't have time because they close at 5, they shaved him horribly, he looked completely different, and the justification is that his hair was tangled... they realized this 6 hours later ??. Worst. Don't start taking in so many dogs if you don't have time to do a good job. This is lack of respect for the client, for the pet. The worst experience we have ever had. 100% NOT recommended
