DO NOT SHOP HERE!!I went to buy a litter box for my 2 cats, I grabbed the first one I saw and when I got home and opened it, it was already used, covered in cat poop and broken. When I went back to show the manager the pictures, she told me that I had to bring it back to return it. I threw it away because it had cat poop on it and she wanted me to return it??I came back with the box and broken product and she kept accusing me of taking it home and replacing the new product with an old one (I bought a self cleaning litter box because I had a normal one and wanted to upgrade) and then she kept refusing the refund and insisting I just exchange but I didn’t want anymore business with them after the attitude and accusations. She finally gave me the refund after so many times of saying that I literally bought this from their shelves. I told her to check the security cameras for proof and she refused to do so.I don’t know what her name was, but she’s a Hispanic lady with black hair and a thick accent. PetSmart really need to reevaluate the kind of people they hire.

Incredible big shop with all goodies you can imagine for your furry friends. Hospital and pet hotel as well. Treats, toys, food, and lots of more fun stuff for the friendly friends and the hoomans as well. Truly paradise for pet lovers.

Extremely happy with the grooming services! We’ve had our golden retriever groomed multiple times at this location and I’ve always been happy. They do a great job and he seems happy after. Carl is fantastic but we love every groomer at this location!

This review is for the grooming department in particular. Told me one price over the phone, charged me $15 more when I came in. I have a long-haired golden retriever that they chopped in about a thousand different lengths. It took them over THREE HOURS for them to be done with her, it was almost 10 pm by the time they were done. It looks like someone was blindfolded and started chopping my dog any which way. She doesnt feel clean, and she barely looks any different than before the groom (mind you, it was the cut and bath, which means they cut everything). Her ears weren't even trimmed. They told me they were going to have to charge me $10 more because "my dog "had a lot of hair" which they could have told me before the grooming. Over the phone, they had asked for her weight and breed and so I said 70 lb Golden Retriever, OBVIOUSLY they have a lot of hair! I was told it will be $62 total for what I wanted done (I was very specific) and ended up paying almost $80. Absolutely horrible first experience, and will not be going back.

I took my Goldendoodle for the first time to get a bath and groomed. Chelsey did a wonderful job and was very good in communicating his behavior during the visit. Will definitely come again and request Chelsey

Went to this Petsmart yesterday to get a little tank for my toddler. Overall the store was ok with the tank selection and accessories. The actual fish selection could me a little bit better. We sometimes go to Petco and they have way more variety of Tropical fish. But anyways the person that helped us was very helful explaining everything I dont remember his name.I gave it 3 stars because one the parking in this mall is crazy. You cannot come here and do a run quickly because just by trying to find parking is about 15 min going up parking and then the elevator takes a long time etc. so is not a practical location I rather go to another Petsmart like the one in Flagler. And another thing is that the actual store wasn’t that busy and it took a while until a person was able to help us.

Carl is an exceptional manager and groomer. Super professional and my Frenchie(Luna) adores him. Definitely recommend booking an appointment with Carl. The other grooming salon staff is so friendly. Thanks uncle Carl! 😂❤️

I give them 2 stars because I took my aussie to get groomed and specifically ask for a sanitary trim only. I don't know if they thought it was funny but they shaved a whole entire crop circle on my aussies butt. So now he has all his fluff around his butt and right in the middle there's a huge shaved circle that it's hard to ignore.

We normally board at our vet when we travel, but they were full, so we boarded our beloved felines for a couple of weeks with PetSmart while on vacation. One is older & on meds. The other young & in need of constant play & attention. The care takers at the Coral Way PetSmart could not have been kinder or more attentive to their needs (and ours!). We received regular text updates & photos. And with an experienced vet in-house, we were never worried. When we picked them up, both were happy, healthy & had clearly formed bonds with their new PetSmart family. We couldn't be happier with the experience.

I went into PetSmart today and bought over $50 of items, including three $12 bully sticks. When I got home the bully sticks were not in my bag. I called pet smart and they refused to give me a refund for the item or replace the three bully sticks. DO NOT HO HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOIR MONEY

The staff were very pleasant and professional, my dogs groomer was Maria. She took care of my little Louie & made sure to clip his nails, clean his ears, and left him super super fresh.. Great place to go!

While booking online was easy, you won't get an actual confirmation of availability right away. To do so, you should call the line directly. The confirmation email that is sent to you only contains the check-in/drop-off date. Be sure to call the store directly to confirm the length of the stay. We got there and the associates told us the "check-out" day was a fully day earlier than what we had booked. Luckily, they had availability to extend the stay. The confirmation email also lacks the services you book over the phone. We had booked a haircut/bath/nail grind and rounding but were disappointed to find out he was only given a bath and nail rounding the day before we had picked up our dog. We had called the day before pick up and were told we were going to get $10 off but no such discount was applied at checkout. The associates were thorough at check in and I appreciated that. They went into serving size and feeding schedule with us. They were also helpful in providing daily progress reports (you'd have to call for that). Overall, great value.

Drove 2 hours to get my dog groomed with Carl. Carl is literally the only person she will let go near her. Palmetto bay location is closer for me if Carl ever moves there as manager would be great.
