I never write reviews, but when service is this good, I need to tell the world! I had an exceptional experience at petnmind. Jonathan went above and beyond, providing invaluable assistance and expert advice during a stressful time when my dog was dealing with allergies. His extensive knowledge of various products led to fantastic recommendations. Beyond that, his warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like part of the family despite it being our first meeting. I cannot speak highly enough of this place and will undoubtedly be a returning customer. Outstanding service all around!

What a great store with a great employe!! They have a nice selection of dog and cat food that you don’t find in the big box and are even willing to order foods they do not carry. Jonathan couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

I’ve been going to PetNmind for a few years now to get basically everything for my dog Luna. Service is amazing, the bath station is super clean. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and in my case Jonathan has helped us tremendously with Luna’s allergies, he listened to my concerns and even followed up. If you are in the area give them a visit. Highly recommend them!

Jonathan at PetNmind is the best! I live in another city and called searching for my dog’s food that was on back order. He called the company and found the next best speciality diet variety and helped track down a store that had it in stock. He is professional and caring and consistently checks in and places reorders for me. He delivers the food which is a huge help. He’s so polite and helpful, and will make recommendations for my pets. I honestly thought he was the owner and was surprised to hear he hadn’t actually been working there that long. They are lucky to have staff like this, who make you feel like an honored patron. My first visit to PetMind based on a recommendation by Andrea Cohen, a fellow shopper with a doodle, Lily. We were not disappointed with the level of knowledge provided by Corey Collins! I bought our first bag of Fromm dog food (dry) to try out and see if our two-year old Goldendoodle will like it! Based on a 1/2 cup offered, it was gobbled up! Turkey, turkey broth, and Goose with fruit and vegetables! Let’s see how our doodle processes it in the next few tries! Thank you Corey for spending the time showing me around the shop, and explaining the differences of the products (all high quality) food for our pets! This store was exactly what we were looking for. I went to petMinds yesterday seeking an opinion regarding a descent kibble to feed my labradors. My girls are fed a home made diet, but needed a descent kibble as backup. Corey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. While there, I noticed there washing stations. I took my 2 yr old lab there today for a bath and found it a much more enjoyable experience rather than the backyard. They provide the shampoo and conditioner along with an extra pair of helping hands. Jonathan helped me with my girl, Ashley Quinn. I will be going back to petMind because you can tell their priority is your pet.

We used the self wash and dry and had an AMAZING experience!! We will never try and struggle to wash our dog at home again this was too easy and so affordable it’s a no brainer to go here. Not only are the super educated on the products they carry, they really take the time to understand your pet, and how to make sure that you are giving your furry friend only the best but also what they need. nothing I hate worse than giving my 110 pound shepherd a bath. Found this place and don’t mind it one bit. Stalls have powerful water and air and the staff is great and helpful. The woman who gave this place a bad review and told you to go elsewhere was obviously a plant or something because this is what you want to see in a small business. Recommend highly

Excellent selection of holistic pet products...Adrian the owner is awesome & helps you make the right selection for your pet ....this type of one on o e service is not what you receive at the big chain stores....& I hear he is going to carring new products from locally owned company that make natural treats for your pets.....& he is the only one in this area that will have them available. My girls love to go there....so glad I found his establishment

Save your money and go to Luke’s all Natural in Coral Springs. Much better stock and they know their products. I have been going to this store since I moved to Deerfield beach but I am always disappointed. Will be going to Luke’s from now on.

I have been there many times with Sugar to take a bath with the self service dog wash machine, which works great. Adrian is really helpful and has some great brands. Definitely stop by! The dog washing machine works for small or large dogs. I should also add they have a great line of specialized pet foods and medicines

I’m rating solely on the self-wash station and the staff that was present.The positive:a cute place and was calm so fewer distractions for my dog and the soap comes out with the water you don’t have to lather yourself from a bottle.The negatives:They only have one tub, no towels, and a broken tether for the tub.The staff member was immediately negative when I brought my dog in because she has allergies, the staff member talked nasty to the cats as well which she chalked up to being because of her allergies.The staff member made me feel very rushed and like a burden due to my dogs hair. She even mentioned me just taking her to get groomed but it’s a bonding thing for my dog and I and I prefer doing it myself.I’ll probably return during a weekday with my other dog since she needs a calmer environment for a self-wash but will go back to pet supermarket for the grooming of my husky.

This is a great animal supply store and they have a really cool dog washing machine where you can wash your dog, condition, rinse and dry quickly for only $10. It's great! I highly recommend this place

Very, very happy to have found this great quaint pet food store and more about a mile away from home. From the beginning Adrian special ordered Ziwi Peak food products for our Maltese Cuddles. Adrian is great and very customer facing. Recommend any and all visit him and his store as you stop in at Publix just a few doors away from PetnMind.

After seeing the high reviews for this location, I walked in for a nail trimming for a Rottweiler puppy. The owner handled my dog very well and had his nails trimmed within in a few minutes. The owner inquired about my dogs food and offered a food to try based on the dogs needs without being pushy. A great experience with this black owned, family business.

Adrian is so knowledgeable when it comes to pet nutrition, willing to hear/listen to your concerns and always recommends a solution to the problem you are having with your loving companion. Owner is super helpful and kind! Shows that he loves his establishment and all animals. Place is super clean. 20/10 in my book !!! Definitely will come again to use the self dog wash!The self dog wash was only 10 bucks. Provides shampoo, conditioner, and a blow dryer too!! Best place to wash your dog on your own like a professional. Only needed to bring my own towel if needed to remove excess water which is perfect !! Can’t beat this !

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I went because I was having trouble getting my dog to eat. I tried every kibble of every quality and she just wasn't eating. Finally, my friend told me about Petnmind so I visited. The man who owns the shop really knows what he's talking about and it was absolutely wonderful talking to him. I got a food he recommended and since switching, I have no problem getting her to eat! It's really simple too, all I have to do is thaw her food and feed! It's a wonderful business that I wish was more well known :)

Best pet store I have ever been to! Adrian and Tianna were so helpful and compassionate while I have been trying to help my sick kitty recover, they offered more kindness and caring than I have received from the multiple vets we have been to in the last few days. The time they took to listen and thoughtfully offer products has been so comforting. The products have dramatically helped my kitty feel more comfortable. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone looking for quality products for their pet.
