Great staff, specially Jake. Jake is wonderful!!! Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He answered all the questions I had and gave me suggestions and advice, always with a great attitude. Coconut creek location, great group helped with Diamonds large breed puppy food, not only did I call and they set them aside for me, they helped me bring it to my car in the rain.truly appreciated 9/29/23 evening team. Younger group 3 boys and 1 lady. Customer service was a 10 something you dont find these days. Thank you.😊

Clean, happy service employees, great prices and high end quality food for pets and a fish Dept as well... Very clean tanks and great prices! I like that the store is owned by a non corporate entity & that I'm helping a local establishment versus a Conglomerate pet chain! Also, the email ads are Great & discounts are fabulous! Love this store.! Has everything you need for your pets and great fish for your tank! I use my pet supplies plus bar code card and sometimes via emails get discounts and ads which I like, so I'm aware of sale items I may need....!!! Very happy with this store and recommend it to everyone. At least give it a try & see how wonderful it truly is... All your pets needs.... And thensome! Dwarf frogs they have for $4.95. Love it.. Fully stocked shelves and great email discounts! It's a One-Stop shopping place for your fish tank needs your cat dog guinea pig hamster snakes they have it all! Summary: I don’t recommend this pet store for anything. Their prices are higher, their grooming facilities are dirty, staff is scarce and half of them are rude or completely disinterested. Tons more details below.So this is an update to my previous review unfortunately it seems like there’s new management there or some thing but the one thing I used to recommend this store for was the self wash plus the few amazing staff members that I have dealt with a lot.. with the management change or whatever they have taken away any of the parts of the south wash that made this location better than others like pet supermarket, or Petco. Their facilities are dirty and you have to clean the bath yourself a lot of the time, the supplies they give, you are mediocre or just really dirty a lot of the time, the water is sometimes freezing, sometimes so burning hot you can’t even have your hand in it and there is no way for you to control it, you just have to wait it out. Their prices on almost everything are more expensive than other places, sometimes they have good sales, but rarely. Back to the self wash, they don’t give treats like pet supermarket, and the towels are in a super inconvenient bin, most of their aprons are damage, and they only have one bath that doesn’t hurt your back. They give a shorter time limit than any other self wash I have ever used for my three dogs, only 20 minutes which if you get their pet wash card their prices are lower than other places, but it’s still not worth the hassle of trying to get an employees attention which are sparse they are to have the water turned back on. I’ll plan on using the rest of my self wash, punch cards, and then I will not be back at this location. I love you mama.

This place is terrible. Seems like all the workers hide from customers. Very poor management. I’m not ever gonna shop there. I go to aquarium fish societies and I will definitely let them know that customer service is really bad. Especially the managers.Look in them aquariums. Just to remove dead fish doesn’t take long. Seems like no one want to help you need to go and look for them.I will make sure everyone in the fish hobby I know not to shop there.

This is the best pet supply store. You have a I get fussy, cat, wet, food and dry food. There’s always a lot of sales in this brand. I’ve been to a lot of other stores, but they don’t have this quantity a fussy cat food. I’ve been in the store twice but I do mines online. Dwayne is so humble and kind always making sure that I get my delivery. Thank you so much Dwayne.

They wrote my order for next delivery. The lady lost my paper. Another woman took my order and called me when shipment arrived. Again it was the wrong order. Went to the store and they proceeded to argue with me about what I had ordered. R u kidding me. Arguing with me in the store. I know what I ordered. This place is ridiculous!!!!!! Never ever will I shop there and I will let everyone know.

This was my first time visiting and I was pleasantly surprised to find your store. I got some great deals on some good quality treats and toys for our new puppy. The store was very clean and organized. Staff was very pleasant at check out. I will definitely be visiting again for our pet’s needs!

Christian greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was engaging, friendly, and informative. My senior Bichon mix can’t do much chewing anymore. I brought back the remainder of the last case of science diet. He was genuinely concerned about her and told me about his chihuahua with similar issues. Christian offered and suggested Primal Freeze. I was initially skeptical, but I agreed to give it a shot. Christian is a fantastic asset and I will be sure to recommend him and this location.

Used to shop at the Weston store, it was a hidden gem. Great and friendly staff, the best selection of products, always helpful in finding another store to locate the products. Awesome store. The staff are all very helpful especially Sophie. She knows everything about the fish, turtles 🐢 🐠 🐚 and hermit crabs. She’s also very well versed on puppies and dogs and what they need. But like I said, everyone, including Mgt is so helpful and ALWAYS with a smile! My dog 🐕 and I love going in there.

ok selection and sales, sometimes you can get big fish tanks for 50% off. but if you want actual help, i do not recommend. was scolded by a maintenance worker for grabbing crickets after standing around for a while with no one to help. I said as much and was told “we’re really busy” even though there was only one couple in the store besides me. on a sunday morning. and they were being helped by someone else. look, i’m the first to sympathize with retail workers. and maybe whoever closed the previous night left a huge mess. i’m just trying to grab some overpriced crickets bc underground reptiles is closed on sundays and this place is close to my house. but every time I come here instead of my local reptile shop, I regret it. it’ll do in a pinch but you can do better.

Guided us through the process of picking out a different puppy food for our puppy, based on our needs.Super friendly and answered many questions, very helpful.We have since been back multiple times, and they are always very friendly and knowledgeable.I also received great coupons through my email, which saved us 20% off of our last purchase.Everything we look for is always in stock, and my puppy always gets free treats, which is always a bonus. Great service and experience each time!
