Very good they have all i need for my pets , plus here they have a very friendly crew, place is very clean and organised, they are on home depot plaza on the side of Mac Donalds , by 441 and willes rd , i use the store for the passed 10 years, place have some history let’s support the small businesses around our area we need them and they need us , team work together we are always stronger

Michael was just terrible terrible terrible. I came in with my two little ones wanting the white bunny for Easter. He was too busy for us for twenty mins which was okay... the kids keep me busy but when it was finally our turn he put the bunny back in 25 seconds to go get a broom saying the bunny always poops. Then when he return he seemed annoyed and told us we can't see the bunny. I'm like really after waiting patiently for twenty mins for you it's a problem if my 1 and three year old see the bunny. Clearly this isn't the right place for him if he doesn't like pets or kids.

The staff are great and very informative but every time I have asked the manager for help with fish she sends someone else to do it! Throughout the time coming here i’ve been helped by Monica, Joselyn, Eli and they are great! It just really shows that their manager doesn’t know or try to know anything about fish in general. How can a pet store have a manager like this? Something needs to be fixed.

What a terrible experience I had at this place the manager is a complete moron I asked for help in the area where the Guinea pigs are and she immediately called for a different employee it seemed like she didn’t know anything about small animals Pet supermarket needs to do better and hire managers that actually care about the job and animals DO BETTER!!!

Giving it a 3 starts for the great staff and the products they carry! Deducted 2 stars because the price displayed does not match the price rang up!!! Item displayed as $2.99 rang up as $4.99, item displayed as $7.99 rang up at $31.99, item displayed at $17.99 rang up at $21.99. This is not ok. I returned the products and was told this is an ongoing issue with this store. The price display should match the item price at the register.

Bentley is my rescue rat terrier- Jack Russell mix. He ABSOLUTELY hates getting his nails cut. When we found Teresa, it was as if the Angels smiled on him. And us! No crying, no squirming- just a tail wagging. Every time we came in- once a month - Bentley was excited to be with Teresa. She is now in Davie - too far for us. BRING HER BACK. THIS IS ONE GROOMER WHO IS FABULOUS. And we have had our fair share of those who are not. You should NEVER let the good ones go. That is NOT HOW TO GROW A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS. My father, who owned supermarkets in New York said, “Your employees are your MOST important commodity. Treat them well and they in turn will have your clientele coming back.Take a lesson.

I usually have a great smooth experience at any pet supermarket. This one in particular I had the worse experience with the cashier Brooke. She was rude, did not greet anyone. I even had to ask what were we doing or waiting on and she said “your total is right here you don’t see it” and I actually had to really look for my total and ask if I had any points to use. She then applied my points and just started looking around so I asked again “are we good to go” still haven’t told me what I had to pay or what the hell we were even doing or waiting on. Almost as if she wasn’t aware she was at work or what her job consist of. Not to mention the manager who said her name was Jade was right there in fact 4 employees were there and witnessed how rude she was to the point I said “you looking at me and I’m looking at you but you’re not saying anything what are we doing” and no one said anything including the “manager”.

I don't usually write reviews, but this Pet Supermarket located at 4500 N State Rd 7 in Coconut Creek is excellent. The manager Priya is so sweet and friendly and really helped us out! She takes customer service seriously and does a great job! We just got a new fish tank and really didn't know to much so we went here for help and I'm so glad we did! Gavi helped us and he was so super knowledgeable!! He explained everything and took the extra time to make sure we understood and had patience with us explaining everything in detail!! He was awesome!! I highly recommend this Pet Supermarket! Great Job!!

Went there today to look at a possible animal for my daughter. I was very sad and disappointed at the condition of the animals. A black male claiming to be a manager said he would look into it after I expressed concerned, walked away and went outside on his cell phone. Very weird experience all together.

My two Australian Shepherds are part of my family! I only trusted them with Groomer Teresa at Coconut Creek! I recommend several people to her and they also fell in love with Teresa! She is now in Davie! You have lost a good number of customers because of that transfer! Please bring Teresa back to Coconut Creek! Floyd & Barbara

The worst place ever. Supposed manager is garbage. Have bought many fish from here. Yesterday bought 6 fish one died before we put it in the tank. It says 7 day guarantee. He would not do it. Will never step foot in there again. Don't go there. Pure trash. Nasty low life piece of trash.

If you are ever go to Pet Supermarket- come to this location!! PRIYA is literally the best person! She was extremely helpful and informative and VERY patient. Priya helped me with my cat and her bathroom issues. Jay was also so nice and helpful! They both have animals and love them very much so you can tell they love there job but also love to help people with there own pets!!

I want to say that Teresa is my favorite groomer. So much so, that when she was transferred to Davie location, I still drive from Coral Springs to have her take special care of my dog Rocky. I can only hope that she gets back to her raving fans in Coconut Creek very soon.

I hadn't been here in years and I was very impressed with everything. It has been completely remodeled, it is very clean, they have more options than the competitors across the street, and the customer service was amazing. An associate walked down all the food isles with me showing me all the great options for my puppy and to top it off you can touch the kitties in the cages.

This is your typical pet store with your typical variety of products. It is very convenient, and the staff is helpful and usually knowledgeable. I go there often for fish tank supplies, usually end up buying things I don't need, but the experience is typically good. The store seems well-run does not smell terrible as well staffed.

I had the rudest employee I've ever encountered. I returned some fish flakes that had the seal punctured. The employee never apologized and gave me a long look of suspicion. When I asked him to explain what that look was he said "just a look" and never said another word to me. I took my refund and I called the manager of the store to complain about that employees Behavior and he did say he was sorry but went on to say he was one of the best employees they had. Now what's really unusual, coincidence I think not, is that I visited a different Pet Supermarket today and found that my rewards account was no longer in existence! They couldn't find my telephone number or my name. Hmmm! The store I visited today however had wonderful employees, very helpful. This store is located on University Drive in Coral Springs.

Repeatedly out of Superworms, last week they forgot to order them, this week they blamed the supplier for not sending them. Next week they will disappear in 5 minutes after arriving to be saved for the in store for sale pets. Those who actually bought something from this store can starve. Sad, pathetically managed, this store has one excuse from week to week. Taking my biz elsewhere. This is a repetitive thing at this store.

Very happy with the self serve dog washing stations. The only annoyance that I have is that the stairs leading up tubs are to narrow & can be slippery for a larger dog to maneuver. And the price is the absolute best!We have a 120lbs Rottweiler & he loves everything about his spa days & enjoys the attention he gets while he is out, however the stairs make him nervous when getting in & out of the tub.
