I've shopped at Gulf Coast Pet Supplies for a few years now. My cats are healthier now they have better quality food. Gulf Coast carries the high quality foods they need as well as anything else they could use. The staff is great and I've never been disappointed in quality of service or products. Highly recommend to pet owners!

Absolutely LOVE this place. The owner Tricia is amazing. She goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. Her work ethic is outstanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else for ANY of your pet needs. Especially when she offers free delivery within the USA on all online orders over $50.Highly recommend Gulf Coast Pet supplies.

Tricia and the rest of the staff at Gulf Coast Pet Supplies are wonderful! I was so excited to find a store that sells all of the best dog and cat food brands in such a convenient location. They have, by far, the best prices in the area for all of my dogs' and cat's food and supplements. If I'm looking for a product that they don't typically carry, Tricia has always gone out of her way to get it for me quickly, and at the best price. While everything ships quickly when ordered from their website, it's so easy to just drop by their store...plus, it gives me a chance to hang out with my new fur-buddies, Dexter and Delilah 😻

Hands-down Tricia is the best as far as working with me with three finicky cats in order to find the right food since they are not only finicky but one was always having digestion issues everyday. Since Tricia let me try many wet food samples, we found the answer to be Farmina ocean flavor and we have had no further digestion issues.Besides samples she also conveys suggestions in order to find the best food results. I appreciate that so much! I couldn’t have ask for a more qualified person than Tricia. She also helped with find the proper fit for my dog also.Friendly great atmosphere and I highly recommend Gulf Coast Supplies especially to those who may have problems finding the the proper food fit for their fur animals. Lastly Kai our 3 1/2 yrs old Vizsla loves receiving a few special treats from Tricia during each visit. Even when I’m having a not so good day, Tricia brightens the day with her great personality and charm.

The owner, Tricia, is incredibly knowledgeable about the quality products she sells. I have been able to have lengthy conversations about what is best for my dog and we are able to put a healthy plan in place which is also affordable. If there is a product she does not have she can get it. Its all about your fur baby and not price gouging.

I recently had an amazing experience at Gulf Coast Pet Supplies. One of my dogs has had stomach issues since he was a puppy. He is a 5 year old golden doodle. The breeder had him on a particular budget dog food and when we tried switching to a better one due to his issues we couldn't because of severe diarrhea soon after changing it. We have tried switching his food several times over the past five years and nothing has worked.I was told by a friend about Tricia and her expertise in animal nutrition. After one phone call lets just say I got an education on it. I was blown away by how much she knew about dog foods and also how certain budget foods (like my dogs) are filled with fillers and serve little nutritional value. I went to the store that same day and Tricia set me up with some raw food and other samples to give my dog to see which one would work best. I was skeptical that he wouldn't have diarrhea as every food I have ever tried switching him to has ended up a disaster. She told me the raw food had whole ingredients and no fillers and that he shouldn't have an issue. So, I started with sojos raw food and before when I fed my dog he would smell it and just sit there and not eat. Sometimes we would have to put other food in it to get him to eat it. The first morning of the raw food he ate it in literally 45 seconds. The next morning and every morning since, he sees the packet and jumps up on the counter and can't wait to eat. And.....no diarrhea at all!!! It has changed his life.I highly recommend this company. It is very hard to find anyone these days that goes above and beyond like Tricia does. She was super patient, very knowledgeable, and interested in finding the right food for my pet, not just making a sale.

Fantastic pet supply store. The owner Tricia is absolutely the best! She is beyond accommodating with helping me place orders for my needs with my Bengal Cattery. She has gone above and beyond to ensure I got the food I needed even if it meant asking the business neighbor next door to hold it for me to pick up after her business hours.They have an awesome assortment of healthy pet foods, trees/cat condos, window cubbies, treats and more and can usually get something you need within a couple days if they don't have it on hand.They also offer food delivery right to your home on a regular basis. If you have a pet and have not at least checked them out once, you're honestly doing yourself a disservice. Get in there and say hello to the nicest people you'll ever meet and the don't forget to pet the security cats ;)

The CEO Tricia provided me with AMAZING customer service! Although the website suggested they were out of stock for a couple of items I needed (I have a cat with IBD and has a VERY limited diet), she assured me that they did have the items in stock and worked with me to order/and ship the product promptly! Our dog had ear and allergy issues (chewing paws, shaking head, ect) and since being on Valor suggested by Trishia he is doing Great!! We have tried everything under the sun and are grateful that we found this premium food! Our dog devours the food within minutes and it smells great too! I was very upset when I received LIFE ESSENTIALS by Cat-Man-Do Freeze Dried Wild Alaskan Salmon & discovered that the product was on the cusp of its expiration date. That means this company does not care that my pet will be eating something gone bad & may even get sick or worse by consuming a degraded product for the next 6 months or I would be forced to throw away the product and lost my entire investment. This I believe was a deliberate act to get rid of old stock to an unwitting customer!

Whomever runs this online business is just plain rude. Not only do they refuse refunds to deceased family members, but the lack of sane, and POLITE communication with customers is totally lacking. If you attempt to challenge this person, the response is one of blaming the customer and continued mind games! A game of getting the last word. Truly pathetic! That is NO way to handle issues with customers. Apparently many others have left with similar and horrible experiences considering the bad reviews online. Buy elsewhere and do not subject yourself to this abuse! In the real world, they would not do well!
