Absolutely fantastic neighborhood pharmacy. I I I find prices to be far less than big box pharmacies. Whether it's covered by insurance or not. They're great to work with you when you're in need. None of that corporate garbage.

Went in to transfer my Rx to here and they were very helpful and polite. They couldnt take my insurance plan because they would lose money which is unfortunate but understandable. I wish my insurance was better because i would use this pharmacy no doubt.

I was looking for a new Compounding Pharmacy to get my dog his medication. He has a heart condition and we had just recently moved so I was trying to find a new pharmacy and thinking as I came upon this place. They’re so wonderful Sarah is just great. They are so caring and They always get the medication ready even if I call at the last minute. They are so friendly and nice which really helps when you’re going through these hard times with your pet. I definitely recommend this place and I have to family and friends. Couldn’t ask for more. Even when I couldn’t come in to pick up my medication, they sent it to me and I received it within two days. They are just really good people, and that can be hard to come by these days. 😊

The lady at the front was very welcoming and friendly and was able to have my prescription filled immediately. It’s a harder to find medication for my dog and not only did they have it, they were $40 cheaper for a monthly supply than another local pharmacy. I highly recommend and will be back!

Very fast to fill prescriptions. It usually takes Publix a week to get them filled, this pharmacy had everything done the same day my doctor called it in! Farewell to Publix pharmacy!

Extremely rude staff and pharmacist. Put me on hold twice and then the pharmacist hung up on me after she yelled at me insisting I was being rude. Port Saint John pharmacy now has my prescription. They were very kind and polite on the phone providing customer service that well exceeds West Cocoa. I will never use them again.

We have been using them for over a year. They're great! Friendly and helpful. I enjoy going into their store bc I can by other cute items such as something for my dog, candles, card, lotions, tea, and even t-shirts. Right before our huge hurricane I needed my medicine but didn't have a car and they kindly filled my medicine at the last minute and delivered it to me at no charge.

This is the best pharmacy I have been to. Everything from pricing, customer service, to how quick a script is filled is top notch!!! I've had family and friends switch to them from bigger pharmacies where you have to wait an hour and you're a number not a person. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Extremely helpful employees and owner go above and beyond to help you even if they don't have it in stock THEY WILL GET YOU IT... This will be my pharmacy forever! Also friendly atmosphere makes you feel like at home not in some waiting room or HUGE line like at corporate pharmacy's. And to top it off my prescriptions are filled within 1min... I have never had pharmacy that can top that.

Wouldn’t even give one star. Place was a mess, an appointment online, filled out a long questionnaire, then I walked in and was treated like I was unwelcome. No one was wearing a mask, and they were eating while behind the counter. They had no idea I was coming, and they were very rude in general from start to finish. Do not recommend. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

No one plays God, which I've experienced at many other pharmacy's.I'm a cash patient and they have worked with me tremendously.Highly favored and recommend.Oh and they compound which means generic Viagra. $6 a 100 mg dose instead of $40 a pill. So if you're someone who suffers from Ed. They have a great price saving solution many aren't aware of.

I call in dozens of scripts. One of the few pharmacies where a caring, competent person actually answers the phone. Staff are extremely patient-oriented and waste no time with eternal phone trees. The big box pharmacies should give them a call.

You cannot find a better pharmacy than West Cocoa Pharmacy and Compounding. Their prices for prescription drugs cannot be rivaled. From the first time I visited them to this very day they made me feel like family. I love Sarah & Brandy they're genuine and very knowledgeable about medications. They carry some medications that Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart don't have in stock most of the time. I don't worry about that anymore with this pharmacy. I'm a Subutex patient and they don't make me feel bad or like a junkie when I get my meds filled. Thank you West Cocoa Pharmacy and Compounding for making me feel like family and not just another dollar.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I have experienced consistent excellence in all my dealings, in every aspect. I do have some health challenges; given the numerous medications and multiple diagnoses, it is critical I have a “partnership” with my pharmacy and open clea communication. Furthermore, in order to maintain my health, as best possible, I have to have a diligent pharmacist, who can navigate the many factors in RX these days. Which requires a working relationship with my “Primary and case manager Dr.” . Equally as critical is experience, intricate knowledge of billing, formularies, medication alternatives and balancing RX / individual medications cost to pharmacy and insurance % coverage; with the objectives equally to ensure I can afford my medications, while maximizing my insurance coverage. Simultaneously, the pharmacy must be able to procure and recover from ‘Sales” at a profit.If they cannot (which is becoming the issue more and more) then they go out of business. For small (non corporate chains) this is reaching a critical point. For me, I prefer to have a good working relationship with pharmacist and the staff at a private pharmacy, where I am confident in their objectives being my best interest regarding my medications, as well as making a profit. That is how they are able to provide customer service, have technicians who are highly skilled and motivated, as well as overall diligence through all stages of their business.The staff remains consistent, operations run smoothly, delivery is a necessary service for me, I drive infrequently. I have always found the staff pleasant, helpful, patient with me - when needed, trustworthy.The only reason I will change my pharmacy (go back through my insurance mail service) is because I have to move over 100 miles away, as my illness and general health deteriorates, I can no longer live alone.Highest praise and recommendation.

Not even a pt but HIGHLY recommend. Work for a doc and call meds in alot, this place has CUSTOMERS in mind! They are amazing, constantly fighting the insurance companies to get their pts the best deals on scripts, etc. I have never once talked to someone there that was not warm and empathetic. If I didn't live in Eau Gallie i would absolutely go here!!
