Please bring back the Remedy Organic Smoothie drinks. Why would you stop selling something that continuously sells out? Nothing else in that section sells out like those drinks and no there's no spot for it on the shelf. It was literally my only reason for walking in the store and now after two weeks of it being not in stock I've lost all hope of ever coming back to this Walmart. Reply once you have it in stock please

I deliver for spark and have been for almost two years. Recently this Walmart decided to stop letting people pickup curbside orders “with children under 4”. Walmarts own website says children are fine to have along with you on SPARK pickups as long as they are not left alone in the car (which my child is not)- and SPARK customer service told me the SAME when I first encountered discrimination a year and a half ago. So the managers at Cocoa Walmart decided to discriminate against mothers taking care of their children and paying their bills who work from legitimate Spark accounts….. but continue to let people who use multiple stolen and fraudulent accounts do curbside pickups back to back- people who have not been background checked and are actively participating in identity theft with every account that they use, operating off of 2-5 phones at a time. Blows my mind the managers at this Walmart want to keep people with legitimate accounts from taking care of their children and paying their bills but are fine with endangering customers because nobody really knows the identity of the people who use fake and stolen accounts to bring orders to your home. Look it up- lots of news stories recently about Walmart customers being attacked by spark drivers who use stolen illegitimate accounts to deliver.

Well its a big store, but the staff is very helpful and willing to take the time to help you find something. I do wish that there were more checkout registers as opposed to the "scan and go" thing. They were out of fresh garlic cloves (probably a post-holiday thing) but I have no problem substituting green onion in the recipe I'm making. I usually get my meats elsewhere but they had some good-looking cuts at a nice price. All-in-all, I'd recommend this store.

This broken glass on 3rd shelf from bottom worst part is the unbroken ones are sold near the top shelf yet this broken one was left at the exact height where toddlers LOVE grabbing everything! Thanking God I found this so at the very least a child wasn't injured.

Another awful experience! Cocoa Walmart consistently hires employees that do not want to work. Viera , Merritt Island and most other Walmarts leave at LEAST one lane open.No cashier's available at all in Cocoa however PLENTY of employees and managers clearly visible to the working customers. I was forced to self check out while at least 5 employees were watching me work!So you have staff to supervise me doing my own checkout but NONE to perform service?Asked for a cashier and was told they had no staff available? How are you a retail store with no cashier's at ALL. Not a single option to have an employee paid by the store to ring up my order.Walmart you really need to hire some cashiers it is absolutely shameful .Self check out is supposed to offer a convenience to customers not be an answer to intentional staff cuts.The manager was also just standing around and telling me they had no staff? You work here right? I guess you should ring up groceries then?Poor behavior, poor service, understaffed , bad company morale....It starts with management and then keeps going with the associates.What am I missing? Are you still in business to sell goods? Customer's are why you have a job to work at. I'm sorry you ladies didn't want to actually ring up a customer, open a cashier's lane... Or do anything. I loved all they eye rolling and complaining about customers. I loved the complete lack of work for you personally,but as a customer I can tell you this is not a great look for an on the clock employee.

Holy cow! The greeter spoke no English. Luckily I speak Spanish, and I'm all for diversity, but come on Walmart!!! Also, your restroom is also the break room apparently. The employees hide in there instead of working. The store was clean, too many self checkout aisles. Maybe some of the staff from the bathroom could go work one of the registers so I don't have to do it?

I took my car to Walmart for a oil change. After inspection, it became evident that my mechanic stripped the oil plug when attempting to remove it, land coated it with sealant. They then told me they could not fix the damage they caused, and instructed me to go somewhere else.They also tightened my old oil filter so tight I could not remove it. Overall, I was offered a 160 dollar claim on a 500 dollar loss on my end. DO NOT GO HERE.

This Walmart in Cocoa FL is by far the cleanest and most organized not just in Brevard County but in any Walmart I’ve even been to. This puts the closest Walmart in Merritt Island to shame which is the opposite, pretty messy and sometimes lacks of professional personnel (let’s just leave it at that). All together management rocks, they will straighten things out in a jiffy, they’re always on the floor making sure customers are taking care of. Their customer service desk is always full of unhappy ppl because there’s times when there’s nobody there to help anyone or simply refuse to help customers. I tend to ‘run’ in and out, mainly grab the 1-2 items I came fore specifically and bolt right outta there. All together I think I’ll frequent the Cocoa location from now on. Luckily Walmart still have the best prices, most times much better than Amazon even with the business discount. Anyhow? Anywho! Thx Walmart in Cocoa for a pleasant experience, surprised and extremely willing to go outta my way to your store from now on.

Oh Happy Day!!! I was shopping here, passed by the deli counter and saw that they are selling Ol' Farmers Ham again! I wrote them and Walmart to request it to come back after they got rid of it!I am so glad it is back. If you have never tried it, it is really good. Just like someone baked a ham, and you slice it (extra thin) for sandwiches. Please buy it, so it sells and they keep it! This is one of the better Walmarts. I do the grocery delivery and pick up on a regular basis and will only use this store, or the one in Viera. They get my orders correct 99% of the time, and on time.Publix prices on most things are insane!

Rating is keeping in mind comparison to my walmarts at home. Store was mostly clean, and staff was mostly friendly... while some staff tried to dodge you while you needed help, others were very helpful.

I worked here for 16 and a quarter of my 21 and a quarter years please everyone who shops here always have fun getting your items and have patience with the associates sometimes the items you really want to take home are buried by boxes in the back room . Happy New Year 2024 to those I used to work with and all the customers at Walmart !

The store is dirty, the prices are never updated, and trying to ask a employee anything ends up with a whole bunch of entitled answers. I saw Alot of produce that was turning and to top this wonderful trip off they don't know what rotating the stock means. Go to Aldi's it's a better experience all around.

Been very pleased lately by this Wal mart! Please order loreal tanning wipes (medium) always gotten here in the past...never have anymore..ordered on line. Please get them in stock again!! The wipes are the best..don't care for the foams. Thanks!

This is the worst Walmart I've ever dealt with. I got tired of going there because almost every employee has a bad attitude or is having a bad day and knows nothing about customer service. I joined Walmart Plus to get what I need home delivered when my car broke down. I ordered my normal delivery earlier today, hours ago. 15 minutes before it's scheduled to be delivered, I get an email that the bread I ordered is not available and there are no substitutions! I call the home delivery department and they disconnected me 3 times. Finally got a girl who stated they don't substitute bread and if I have a problem with it, I can call the 1-800 number! What a joke! Rude, too! She said a manager would call me but they never did. I'm cancelling my Walmart Plus membership. It's not worth it. It makes no sense if they can't deliver items I need. And I called the 1 800 number and after telling me there's nothing he can do for me, he disconnected me. I'm spending my money now at Kroger home delivery. Not that anyone at this Walmart store will care.

I embarked on what I thought would be a simple journey to Walmart, but alas, it turned into an epic worthy of Homer. First, the parking lot. Navigating it felt like a game of Mario Kart minus the fun power-ups. After dodging a few rogue carts and a family of raccoons who've taken up residence in aisle 7, I ventured inside.The store layout must have been designed by a labyrinth enthusiast. I wandered for what felt like hours, seeking the mythical "in stock" item I saw online. The quest led me through mysterious realms: a mountain of discount DVDs (do people still use these?), a forest of mismatched socks, and a mirage of a clearance section.I finally found the item, but alas, it was guarded by a dragon – sorry, I mean, an overworked employee who informed me it was actually out of stock. Disheartened, I retreated to the checkout, where the lines were a marvel of inefficiency, almost an art form in how slowly they moved.As I left, I realized I had forgotten to buy half the things on my list. But fear not, I shall not return to the fray anytime soon. Instead, I'll regale my friends with tales of my Walmart odyssey – a journey of patience, confusion, and raccoons.Would I recommend Walmart? Only if you're in need of a good story and a test of your navigation skills!

They messed up 3 of my orders, all in the SAME WEEK! Not only that, when customer care called them they ignored their phone calls 3 separate times. This place is the definition of ghetto and needs to have the staff cleaned out and hire a whole new team. This is pathetic that a “super center” is this disorganized. Eat a bag of di$&! Walmart!!!!!!

One of the best in the area, Beautiful garden section, very well-maintained. They even had music playing and made it a very enjoyable experience and I felt like I was an add an actual garden store. If in the area I would recommend stopping just to enjoy that section of the store. Really can’t vouch for the rest since I never made it out of this area 😂

Had to wait over half an hour and ask 3 different employees for help before someone finally came to help me get my propane. Not a soul in the garden center to be found for the few hours we were there. I had to use the one checkout line with a person so I could buy propane and he was so slow and miserable.

Don't shop here if you value your life. Last week there was a pitbull in the store, today it was a German shepherd. Two of the most dangerous breeds, no service vests, obviously just pets. When I asked customer service they basically said there's nothing they can do about it. You all sell food and there's elderly people, people in wheelchairs, children and babies. Apparently public safety and food safety are not important. I hope this company comes to their senses before someone gets hurt!

Always to hectic and crowded at this location. Seems to always be a mess in the aisles and the self checkout lines seem to be the only way to actually cash out unless you want to wait 20 mins for an employee to check you out .

Walmart is Walmart and has most everything I need ..The food deli is totally a waste. They need to do better. The food sits under the heat lamp so long that it tastes old. Idk what the cheese curds are made of but it ain't cheese. The chicken has so much breading that it is almost impossible to bite. I'm so disappointed. Edit.. Tammy the self service cashier is an obvious racist and stands and watches all the minorities while wishing the "majority" a good day. She didn't say a positive word to us at all... But felt inclined to stay at our check out machine to watch us PAY for our stuff. Tammy needs to learn people skills!

My husband was recently in an accident and requires a wheelchair to go shopping and this place NEVER has any working wheelchairs. Most literally need to be plugged in, but no workers check them. Or they have error codes on them.don't claim to be ADA accessible and have wheelchairs if you are not going to maintain them&& Yes he can bring his own, but when he goes to the store by himself it is not easy to get his own wheelchair out of the car without assistance

A great example of a well run Walmart store location, nearly everything is in stock and food items are almost always fresh, this location is also kept pretty clean which makes my visits even better since the store is well kept.

I love Walmart!!! They have everything you could possibly need and then some that's for sure they are always very helpful I just wish they were open 24 hours again
