We have used Pet Stop boarding services a number of times for our dog. Our Champ is a senior dog, who requires some specialized attention. The owner has been wonderful and caring each & every time. She will also post pictures, so we feel assured that he is doing well. We definitely know that he is in the best place receiving the best care while we are away!

Just took 5 month old service dog in training there and she did a wonderful job and treated him like he was her own baby! She wasn’t shy about giving me updates or taking me the day off, and other groomers had straight up told me no because he’s a doodle mix. Thank you so much. ❤️

Fabulous experience. I have 3 pups and had a family trip i interviewed 4 kennels in the area and landed at the Pet Stop. Her personalized service and daily videos gave me peace of mind. Truly a peaceful animal lover.They had indoor and outdoor time. In past places they didn’t want to eat and were thin when I got back not Here they were content and ate just fine. Thank you for caring so well for my fur babies. Top notch!!

I don't write reviews let alone a bad one but I have to on Pet Stop and the owner. I paid $45 dollars for my dog to be groomed which usually consist of shaving, but today was different I wanted him bright an fluffy for family pictures tomorrow. So today his grooming consist of a bath, defurminator and nail trimming. A couple minutes after picking him up I noticed that he was shedding more than normal after a service like defurminator and then I looked at his nails and noticed they weren't trimmed. Me being a business owner I know how it is to make mistakes so I called to ask if she trimmed bc if she forgot it would of been okay I would of easily taken him back in. But she said she did trim his nails, then hung up on me and decided to call me back and tell me that she didn't appreciate me questioning her and my dogs no longer welcome at her place of business. So now I'm here! And will never recommend this place again!

I left Mateo my Schnauzer for one week While we were traveling. The treatment of the staff was very kind, Mateo was happy with new friends.. Nice and very clean areas. I left him in a green yard to play and hangout area. It’s worth to mention the well communication from the manager with updates about his well being.When I came back for him, complete service , nice grooming. I was told that he felt nice during the grooming session. He looked so happy and relaxed when I picked him up. Strongly recommend for all travelers, travel happy because their fur boys are in good hands

I don't generally write reviews but I will make an exception. My experience with Pet Stop Grooming and Boarding has been 100% wonderful. My dog, JopLin, has stayed for daycare and boarding and has been groomed many times. The owners and staff are kind and attentive to all my dogs needs. I highly recommend Pet Stop Grooming and Boarding to anyone that needs there services.

Very clean facility and they clearly love animals. We travel regularly and never leave our two dogs anywhere else. They love Gladys and Caroline and I know I don't have to worry when I leave them there. Caroline posts regular photos and videos on Facebook so I can see that my babies are ok and having fun. Gladys is also an amazing groomer! We picked our boys up today after a long stay and they look great. I highly recommend Pet Stop.

I brought my Calico Mongoose to stay a short time with Pet Stop Grooming with Glades and Gale. They took excellent Tuareg of her even though it took longer than I anticipated to find another place to live that allowed pets. However, they were patient with us because it took about five months before I could fine us a place we could be together again. Thanks to them. The greatest outside pet care in Cocoa!

Patch is a 13 year old Jack Russell and he loves people but not other dogs so much. Caroline texted us and sent pictures to let us know how Patch was adapting. It was the first time he boarded with Pet Stop and we will certainly use them again

This was our 2nd time using Pet Stop to board our dogs. They are so caring and love that my dogs get to roam free and play with other dogs. I felt very relaxed on my vacation knowing my dogs were in wonderful hands! They also did a great job grooming my dogs while they were there for a week. We love about an hour and half away and would rather drive my dogs here then most places by me. Highly recommend!

Our dog stayed at Pet Stop and it was the first overnight trip he had. What a great place for him to be for his first sleep over. The place was clean and attentive to all of the pets. We went to visit twice before he was dropped off. When I left for my trip I felt so relieved because I knew my Goomba would be taken good care of during his stay.I highly recommend Pet Stop!

Love this place! I have a pit bull and they take such good care of her. I have a special request to not put her in the population and they are always accommodating. I don’t stress or worry!! They also groomed her so she was fresh and clean with nails cut when we picked her up. The staff is so friendly and the online app works great for scheduling whatever your needs. This is just a wonderful place for pets!

We have boarded our small dogs here several times per year for about three years. They have always treated our boys like family. They come home clean and happy. When our old dog passed away they were so sweet with words of condolence and spoke so kindly of their time with him. They truly love dogs. The location is clean and prices are affordable. I highly recommend them!

Love this place and so does my dog Koto! Carolina goes out of her way to accommodate him and to assure that he is comfortable. He is always returned clean but is usually worn out and has to nap. 😁🐶

Best Experience We've Had!Was a refreshing experience. The staff was polite and the facility was clean and we could tell it had been newly remodeled. My dogs came home clean and as happy as they were when I left them there.Will absolutely be using Pet Stop for boarding my dogs and cat again in the very near future. It is a refreshing change in the right direction from the recent local boarding facilities!

Our dog and cat loved staying at Pet Stop. The owners are so nice and just raved about our pets during their stay. It was the first time we've used a boarding facility. It was so clean. The owner's are so mindful of how to handle the transition of making sure all pets are safe. We will definitely take our pets there again.

I love Pet Stop boarding. I can not say enough how much I love pet stop. They took such good care of my dogs and when I picked them up they were clean and happy. My dogs were nervous being with the group so they had a private room and run out for them to use. I saw video and pictures of my dogs daily which I love. I had questions and they responded immediately which is super important to me. I love how they communicate and how happy my dogs were when they came home.

I love this place. I have a jack russell terrier/chihuahua mix named Roxy that I take for grooming here. They always do a wonderful job with her. The staff are kind, professional, and do amazing work. I would definitely recommend them for grooming!!

Me and my husband were going on a cruise and not being from the area it was hard to pick a boarding place for my two boys (Yorkies) which one of the have never been boarded before. I was please to hear the rate and glad they did have a spot open for them. Once I arrived I was still anxious but after we spoke for a period of time and hearing how my boys would be cared for I was relieved they could be together. The first stop on our cruise I called to check up one them. They were doing great and she told me to go on face book to see videos of them. I could not believe they were playing and mingling with all the others dogs too. I was totally surprised they were so happy. This was a great choice for my boys. When we picked them up they were washed and looked great. I would highly recommended this place! And hope to be able to see them again myself on our next cruise.

We have brought our dachshund here for years, and she loves it! The owners love her, and it shows. When we get there, Penny's tail is wagging, and she quickly goes in and doesn't hesitate....like she owns the place.

We have been bringing our dogs to Pet Stop for over 3 years. Gladys and Caroline genuinely love the animals and take excellent care of them. It took us a long time to find a reliable, caring, trustworthy establishment for our Luna, Rico and Beba. We're so happy we found them. Highly recommended.
