Me and my wife have been trying for weeks to get the staff to stock the shelves of an item we like that they have ( jumex , strawberry banana ) but they are constantly saying they can't get to them and in the back and there for they can't stock those items , how long does it take to stock items from a delivery you got weeks ago my god. Lol worst customer service ever.

Yes it's changed some. They have a bigger selection of frozen foods, with larger portions & brand names. The prices have gone up of course. A few things in that department are $5. A great selection of greeting cards, some are 2 for $1. It's a good place to shop, most things are still $1.25. Such a deal!

This store had saved my life practically. In 2016 there was a hurricane heading right towards us I was in the store about 5:30pm they were getting ready to close early at 6pm because of the severity and closeness of the storm. As you can imagine, the phone was ringing off the hook people asking what time they close, there were long lines and not enough sales associates to process the customers. It was an absolute zoo people were yelling and screaming and throwing things. I was standing in line and the one thing that I came into to get I could not find on the shelf(of course I had a basket full of things I did not intend to buy but needed) and I knew they didn't have any time to look in the back that would have been unreaonable of me to expect them to go look. I saw Stacey, one of the managers and I yelled in severe desperation, do you have any c batteries left?? While ringing up a customer on the register and answering the phone she put up her hand with the only package of c batteries in her hand. The exact ones I needed for my radio in case we lost power what a lifesaver she was of course for the longest time I would call her battery lady. Every time I go in there I look for her first because we have that special bond. I was so amazed and impressed by her calmness and ability to do three things successfully at one time in a circus-like environment. I saw her last night when I was shopping and thought I really do need to give five star review because it is really warranted and I rarely give out five star reviews but this girl has a big future ahead of her ! Thank you Stacey you are the most loyal employee I have ever seen to a company you are always there always helping always leading new people and teaching them, they are extremely lucky and blessed to have you as an employee

Customer Service was fine.My problem is: ALL DOLLAR TREE stores mean ONE DOLLAR. I bought several items and one of them was over a dollar. Disappointed. New name is the DOLLAR TREE PLUS. I will think twice if they are going to be misleading on prices.

I'm a big fan of Dollar Tree stores. Always something to see and definitely a wide assortment of items. Cashiers are always polite and are very good at opening up another cash register when they need to.

For a Sunday afternoon, wasn't that busy. I went in there found what I wanted n of course got a few other things. Lol. Was No line at register. Was EZ n Painless. 🙂Yes, I will always GO Back, it's The Dollar Tree!!

The ladies we're very helpful today. I needed 10 balloons & when I walked in I alerted her of the occasion & she had them ready when I finished my shopping. Something is always needed here, so it's my go too store.

I love my local Dollar tree I have maybe two in my town but I patronize both but the one on clear Lake in Cocoa Florida and the manager name is Mis Stacy the customer service that she give that she also give to her employees is awesome I commend that store and Miss Stacy. This the best store in the world the only thing that only bothers me all the time is when somebody says excuse me ma'am how much is this and I want to hit them with a umbrella over their head you're in the Dollar tree and I yell out it's a dollar outside of that I love the Dollar tree it's my favorite you can't get much better and let me tell you something when you can get a bag of pot stickers for a dollar you're living life you're living the dream there's some good stuff up in there.and now its 1.25 bothersome

The toilet was broke and I wish they had more freezer food selections like the Port St John location which by the way I would say is a five-star location but my cashier was Zack and he did a wonderful job. Great place to save money! Shop smart everyone!

It is smaller than most Dollar Tree Stores I've shopped at. But having said that everything on my shopping list was there and at a great price too! Nice staff... Very helpful and upbeat.

Store was dirty, employees were not knowledgeable and let me stand in line till he was done with customer in front of me and looked at me and said this lane is closed, I'm going on break, this was my first and last trip here, and btw, I hope they had fun putting my couple of items back, I dropped them on the counter and left.

This Dollar Tree is one of the worst stock ones in the area. the one on Highway 50 in Titusville is always better stock than this one and cleaner. But if you need stuff s you can't beat the dollar for most things. Right across from Walmart next to all these gas stations location is excellent

This store treats their employees like garbage. They have an assistant manager named jaki that swears at employees and leaves the stock room a mess and dangerous. The district manager cheryl is aware of this and does nothing to alleviate the situation. They have an assistant manager Stacy there that treats customers like garbage and it has been reported and nothing has been done. Corporate needs to clean house in this store but they won't because it's too much qorkfor them. I have talked to all all my friends and family about their opinions of this store and we have all decided that we will never return to this store. I will drive to another city if I ever decide to be a patron of dollar tree again before ever returning to this rat hole of a store.

Thieves. I got one item. Paid with a $20 bill. I got $9 bucks in change! She argued and said I gave her a $10 when I know it was a $20 and refused to check. Guess my ten bucks went in her pocket. Be careful they steal from their customers here!!!
