I love this doctor and her staff very welcoming and quick appointments. She’s very knowledgeable and she’s always taken good care of my cats. One of my cats had a dental appointment for a cleaning. Cleaning was superb and 4 teeth pulled, and it was a a quarter of the price of another local vet clinic. I would highly recommend them!!

My family and I love Dr. McCormick and staff. They are caring and compassionate. Dr. McCormick is patient and answers all our questions. I never feel rushed like a few vets I dealt with in the past. She was fantastic with my Russian Blue kitty. I think even my two chihuahuas love her. I highly recommend Dr. McCormick.

All of my fur babies are regular patients here. The office staff is always extremely nice and helpful. The doctor is amazing and I could tell from our first visit that she genuinely cares about the wellness of the animals. Prices are fair and they are always upfront about cost. Never a surprise there, which I love!

I absolutely love it here! The prices are excellent! I found a kitten in the road. He had a suspected brain tumor. I brought him here for a follow-up after an emergency vet visit. The visit here was quick. The vet was so sweet. She took time to answer all of my questions. My kitten didn't survive his ailment. They called and checked up on him. I relayed the info. A couple of days later, we got a card in the mail. It is still prominently displayed on my fridge. Just that little gesture was loving and calming. It made me feel like we weren't the only ones suffering. They understood too how it feels to lose a pet. They will be my vet of choice while I'm in Florida. They will be yours too, if you give them a chance.

Amazing and very compassionate dr. She takes the time to talk to you and explain everything that’s going on and the treatment she recommends and will answer all the questions you may have. The staff is always super nice and supportive!

I was putting flea medication on my kitten for the first time and didn't put it far enough up her neck and underestimated her flexibility. She was able to lick it and started foaming at the mouth which proceeded to send me into a panic. I called this office after calling my normal vet and getting no response. The lady who answer the phone was amazing even though I've never been there and they don't sell the particular product I was using she still took the time to get me a 1-800 number to called just to make sure and was able to clam me down. Just wanted to say thank u. I am happy it turned out to be no big deal

On my way to Mexico, I realized my cat needed a rabies shot, pronto. CAH found me an appointment within 2 days. Everything was efficient, except me. I forgot his paperwork. They called the pound where I got the cat to get the proof they needed to give him the 3 year shot. Highly recommend.

My dog had went there for many years. Last time she was visited there was probably in 2020 and I asked them please check her teeth. I think her teeth are bad. They swore to me that they checked her teeth which they did not when I moved in Pocatello Idaho I took her to a new vet vet said she had nine rotten teeth. She almost died from the infection. This animal Hospital lied to me. They never looked at her teeth because if they would’ve they would’ve seen she had an infection in almost all her teeth. I would never recommend anybody to go there. They charge me $100 or more and lied to me saying that they looked at her teeth they should be locked up. I would never take my pet here ever again if it was up to them my pet would have died.

I made a same day appointment at the Clearlake Animal Hospital to bring my cat by mistake thinking I had made my appointment elsewhere. The clinic is simple but the staff and the doctor are very caring. My cat had been vomiting after meals for a while and I could tell she was in pain. The doctor examined her and referred me to the Emergency Animal Clinic for a stomach scan. The referral was well timed and was also a very good experience for me and my cat. Unfortunately it was too late for my pet as I had not seen the signs leading to her condition but my experience with Clearlake, the Doctor and the staff was very pleasant. They are very compassionate, caring and their prices are very reasonable.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am to have Dr McCormick and staff caring for my pets. The doctor seems to know exactly what my cats need and we address them accordingly without any unnecessary diagnostics or treatments. If she says something is needed IT IS ! No nonsense … just addresses the true needs and truly cares about the pet.Just recently I had a bad experience with a faulty pet carrier that could have ended in disaster for my scared kitty and me. Because of COVID precautions I had to call when in the parking lot so they were aware I arrived. As I took the pet and carrier from the car I only took a few steps when the bottom of the carrier fell apart from the top. My cat immediately ran to the right of the building and hid under a car. I stayed with him trying to coax him out to no avail but soon the office girl came out to see why I had not come inside yet after the COVID call precaution. The next thing I knew Dr McCormick and 3 of her staff were out there to help surround the car and try to get my baby to safety. With everyone surrounding the car he went up inside the engine area to hide and then the car owner opened the hood. Dr McCormick acted quickly to secure him by the scruff of his neck and then to safely remove him from the tight area he had himself in. I was so very very relieved and thankful to her and her staff for their quick action and teamwork to literally save his life. Had they not helped me I feel the situation could have likely ended badly given the proximity to Clearlake Rd and the fact that he behaves very unpredictably when afraid.Besides the great care and professional expertise they give….this was above and beyond and the kind of veterinary caring I want for my pets. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!! Hard to find in today’s world so when you find it stay with it.The carrier was fairly new, has three rivets on each side and 2 sliders for added security….no idea how all of these things failed but it’s now in the trash!!!! I also don’t like how the door is secured because those 2 little holes top and bottom where the prongs have to fit into is just lame and in my opinion the entire design is cheaply made. If you own one I’d advise a bungee, 2 or 3, around top and bottom as well as one to secure the door. I’m going to use my dogs soft sided carrier that’s all one piece and zipped closure that locks from now on.

I love this place the vet actually listen to the needs of my animal and they have a polite staff courteous and they did not cost me an arm and leg. The same thing that they did there another vet on 524 by Publix in Cocoa charged me almost $700. This place I walked out of there about $160 if that tells you anything. So as far as I'm concerned, I love the place and that's where I will be taking my cat from now on.

We called this morning to get our cat bootstrap looked at for his mouth. They told us to come in at 2pm, the whole thing took less than an hour and we’re already back home with our cat. They are super affordable as well, the place is clean and the staff is wonderful.

I take my dog Roxy to see Dr. McCormick. She is excellent! She really cares about giving the best treatment to her. She takes the time to explain what is going on and answers all questions. Roxy had a period where she was throwing up her food. Dr McCormick and her staff were attentive and caring. I would definitely take your pet there! Great job!

I can’t say enough about DV McCormick she has been taking care of my fur children for over a year now. I use to go to the SPCA and honestly I would rather go here. She is honest about everything and goes over everything with you. Her candor is something I value even when it’s about the quality of life with your animal. She is compassionate and cares about her patients and family. Her staff goes above and beyond and is always so professional and caring as well. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts.

Only 1 person with the dog can enter. Not going back there. I get the need to protect from Covid, but there are things that needed to be discussed by both owners. Why go if you can't see the doctor and tell them your concerns?!? If they didn't take a deposit I'd have left.
