Curious If the cashier name Christine is racist or has issues with black people. There was a white woman in front of me who was offered a speech on a survey from this cashier and she went above and beyond for her. When it was my turn to be rung up, her demeanor changed and she just gave me a dry bye. Lol. Please don't assume all POC live in the area and are low income. I'm going to notify corporate of this issue.

Have never been to this Big Lots, so stopped by on a Saturday. They have a large selection of stuff, kind of like a Dollar General and Ollie's. They also have some nice looking reasonably priced furniture. But the average price on all the other items I found to be quite high priced. No bargain outlet here. The employees were nice, and I might come back around the holidays just to see if they have anything fun. Also this shopping Plaza is Yuk- old, creepy and apocalyptic, beware of your surroundings and lock your car.

Jackie was awesome. My husband and I got an awesome patio set and rug on sale. Jackie went to the back and went on a hunt to find the rug in the size I wanted and found it! She also helped load the huge patio set into the back our car and was extremely friendly the whole time and never looked annoyed once having to go to the back a few times to look for the rug. She even said it was her mission to find the one I wanted lol! It was our first time at big lots and not our last

They've done quite a bit to update this location so I fault the plaza owner for not caring enough for its business tenants. There are huge leaks from the ceiling- they've been dealing with leaks for YEARS now.Big Lots offers many great deals.It's always best to walk down each aisle so that you don't miss a thing!Perfect little store to snoop around and see what goodies can be bought. Join their free club and get discounts with purchases and on certain days. Their furniture is good, too. We bought some a few years ago and it's beautiful, holding up well.

While every Big Lots is different from the others, this one is adequate for basic supplies and some seasonal things. The store is clean and laid out conveniently. The staff is always friendly and helpful if you can't find something. I especially like the coupons offered as part of the loyalty program.

Yesterday my daughter and I went here and we found a pool for 99.99 with 35% off. Well my husband and I went back today to get it. It was no longer 35% off. It was 25% off, which is fine but the store tool a sticker and covered the original price of 99.99 up with a price sticker of 129.99. That is not right. Especially when you look on the website for the exact same pool and it's 90 dollars and some change. Shame on you for doing your customer's this way.

I bought a 7.5ft Big Bear Pre-Lit Christmas tree a few days ago and when I opened the box it was the wrong tree. Needless to say I was extremely upset because this is for Christmas. I called the store manager, Scott and told him what happened. I still had the receipt so I returned the tree and he was able to help me with the return and a replacement. There was no tree identical to the one I purchased but he found me a similar tree. It wasn’t the one I originally purchased but he did give me some additional items to replace what was on the tree and reduced the price for those as well. I think he went out of his was to help me and I am very thankful and pleased with what I got in return.

Went to look for a pantry cabinet. When we noticed they didn’t have any we looked around for other things. They didn’t have great prices. A lot of the items you can find a lot cheaper else where. But I still like the $1.00 spices even though those have gone up too.

I was extremely satisfy with the awesome costumer service. Everyone greeted me with courtesy and was willing to help the minute I walked in. Prices are very reasonable and competitive, you can always find a go bargain in the store. Special thanks to Nicole, she went above and beyond to satisfy my shopping needs. The store is clean and well organized, and again everyone was very helpful.

Large. Well organized. Carried a product my local one didn’t have. They held it for me and when we came for pick up they were expecting us. Helped load and gave us rope etc. Very polite and helpful. Very engaged in the sale front beginning to end.

I went there to buy a small 20 dollars Christmas tree that was in their add. I walked around the store looking for someone to help me for over 10 minutes. Waited my turn I the check out line ask the sale girl at the register about the tree, she spoke to someone on her ear buds and got response from anyone. She told me to go look at the same place I was just at. I went and looked once again and I still could not find it. I had a ful cart of other things I went to check out and had to face another long king line. I left my shopping cart with over a hundred dollars worth of stuff in the middle of the store and I will never go back. I will go to Michaels and spend 30 dollars for the same tree.

I used to work at this Big lots when I was a kid in my early twenties things haven't changed much in the same location in the same run down building and pretty much the employees just her there because it's a paycheck in a Joe I went there to buy an outdoor gazebo with mosquito netting cuz they advertised it I got there they had won the gentleman at the service desk was talking to somebody on the phone about the same exact thing after standing there for 10 minutes. The lady at the cash register told the guy that okay then he got off the phone that she would take care of me as a customer and I told him flat out no I've been standing here for 10 minutes somebody who has been standing there waiting for somebody else could have already helped me and I had one question about what he was just discussing on the phone now I need to know everything where it's at how much you want for it and everything but because you sit here and made me wait and couldn't say I'll be with you in a minute or can I help you you stood there and watched me you didn't help me you didn't help another customer you just stood there and she was offended so I told her boss that and show them the video on my phone of me standing there for 10 minutes while she stood there and talked to nobody in 3 customer stood in line waiting the only reason she did anything is because he walked out the door I do not recommend this Dollar General at all

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Big Lots! They always have such AMAZING deals. I live about 20 to 30 minutes away from here, but every chance I get I come here. They have amazing prices on their rugs and furniture...yes Big Lots sells furniture. You definitely won't regret coming here to get all your needs for a new home or even to replace old items in your current home. They also have amazing items for your out door patio and gareden. This is definitely one of my favorite stores of all times!!! Their clearance section is the best place to shop as well, so don't forget to look there when going into Big Lots.

Used to be a great place, not anymore!Have been shopping here for many years, its in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, but the management and staff always WERE helpful and knowledgeable, but not anymore.Yesterday we went in to make a large purchase (over $700) and new store manager and department manager were extremely apathetic. Their couldn't care less attitude caused us to leave without buying anything (we had a cart full of items and were trying to purchase a large ticket item). We felt bad because the associate that was originally helping us was nice and helpful, he even apologized for the managers attitude.We went elsewhere and ended up purchasing a more expensive item from someone who valued our business.We will not shop here anymore, we now go the New Smyrna Beach Big Lots, its a bit further for us, but seems to still have management that cares.
