I'm a coffee hound and really like 7-11 coffee. My son picked me up at the airport and of course he was almost on empty. We stopped in to get gas which was reasonably priced, I spoke to the clerk who was nice and we struck up a conversation. The owner walked over and we had an enjoyable conversation. The place is very clean, open and easy to move around to get whatever one needs. I fixed a coffee spoke further with the owner and he told the clerk that the coffee for me was free. I can't remember the last time someone did something nice like that, he didn't have to bc I had my money out and I did not expect it. So I will pay it forward. You give a little, get a little and pay it forward to the next person. Great place for gas and convenience items.

Missing the lady they had in the early AMs. She always had the donuts out. The new lady, told my bf this morning that she didn't have to put donuts out until 3am. Which SUCKS since we are heading to work at 1:30am.

I don't know what the problem with this store is, but the fuel pumps are always broken. Also, the employees make you wait at the counter until they are done with their texting and talking on their personal phone.

Everytime I go here they have a problem with their gas pumps. Today it took over 10 minutes to fill up and the pump didn't stop automatically, spilling onto my vehicle and the ground.

I don't think the owners understand. You stop for fuel then grab your munchies or needs. Been months with junk gas pumps only 1/3 work.

Figured I'd use the restroom while waiting for a friend to get stuff.No toilet paper in the bathroom. Who does this?? Thankfully I bring my own wipes in case this happens, which is rare..Note: I'm not going to repeat myself..Put toilet paper I'm the bathrooms! There wasn't any. Duh!

I work behind this store. We walk over daily to get coffee and snacks. As everyone knows Cocoa and Cocoa Commons has had no power since Irma. I needed to send a quick email pertaining too work, so I politely asked and they refused to let me use their plug, which in all appearance was a customer based docking counter. I Will personality make sure too tell others about this situation and to not support support this store! To make things worse I offer their employees discount, I've even had the manager in my store using given discount. Nope, Once were back up, We, all the staff will start talking. Keep your stuff 7Eleven. The Chevron around the corner was awesome, and polite. Not outside with a group of employees smoking and acting high and mighty not only to me, but those who stop by asking questions In their cars. Trashy place! Fact not gossip! This community doesn't need that when we're already down!

I am 9 months pregnant and went in with my husband to buy some gas. While he was paying I was scanning the store to see if I wanted anything to snack on. If you ever been pregnant you know how it is, you don't really know what you want until you see it. The lady at the register really asked me if I needed help... like I'm not allowed to look at their snacks or I'm going to steal something. Meanwhile I got an EBT food stamp card in my hand. I don't need to steal any food booboo the government is paying for everything. Her nasty attitude towards me made me lose my appetite. I don't know what her issue is maybe she needs some dang a lang or just need to retire but she definitely gives me nasty Karen vibes.

The manager at this store never helps when there's a long line. This morning for example she sat on the phone chkn taquitos while there was ab 6-8 of us in line waiting n she's on the phone n adding more taquitos when there's taquitos already on there a couple of each n she's just steady talking on the phone n every once in a while looking over at us but definitely not offering assistance or any help when like i said 6-7 ppl in line n n she wouldn't even assist the 1 cashier. I am very disappointed in this 7-11s customer service. Whenever there is 2 or more customers in line I kno proper 7-11 protocol is for the other employee to stop doing extra stuff n come help the cashier but I've bit my tongue each time I've came here for months. Plus if ubask her to help she's very rude. Thank u for ur time.

Found pumpkin coffee! Everyone is nice & coffee was hot & fresh. The grill was loaded with lot's of hot edibles. The females are friendlier than the guys!

Ridiculous. I specifically asked if the store was able to do credit. & to run my card as credit. The clerk says ok & runs my card debit anyways. I know I shouldn't expect competence from people that typically don't have a College education but this is pathetic customer service.

I went in to buy a single lighter. I am 21 years old. I was asked if I had an I.d. I did not. Annoying as hell, but fine. Whatever. I go out to the car and tell my boyfriend he'll have to go in with his i.d. he goes in, come back and says he wasnt asked for an i.d.If this is a 7-11 policy then they simply need to get rid of it. Lighters are not a tobacco product. No matter how much you try to tell me it is. I can go to walmart and buy a five pack of lighters WITHOUT getting asked for an i.d.

Terrible customer service, they have propane for sale, but “can’t leave the counter to go to the propane cage and unlock one “ that’s like trying to buy a mower from Lowe’s but the employees saying they can’t sell it to you because they can’t leave the counter.
