From out of town. Went in to get a few things for dinner and a single stamp. Clerk at customer service was busy with lotto machine. Saw me there and ask what I needed. Told him a single stamp. In a very loud voice told me to go see a clerk at the check out. Waited my turn, told the clerk what I needed was told in a very loud voice again they did not sell single stamps, needed to go to customer service. Pretty much one and done in that store.

I'd give it a 5 if the self-checkout wasn't completely useless and aggravating. Definitely my go-to store, much better deals than pretentious Publix for the same quality. The employees are wonderful though and the store is always pretty clean when I go there.

It seems the blonde at self check is unstable, when try to talk or have some issues she either does not hear u but to compensate she laughs like it somehow funny to her, weird behavior.SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE OR JUST NUTSspoke to management she said there is nothing she can do useless. IF ANYBODY ELSE HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS WOMEN HIT THE LIKE BOTTOMHERE IS SUGGESTIONS FOR MANAGEMENTMOVE HER Away from the publicOR ARE YOU NUTS TOO

Those people are real bad, iam disabled and live on a fixed income went to use my u card benefits and they have taken out real food items and set there system where real food not cakes and cooking or chip out but real food where when you think you've shopped right half of what you get isn't covered, because they don't want there items that they pick and decide with there system, in there store to be cover for our items but all others store do , so I will not be shopping at that store again, no matter what that why winn Dixie will not make it, pulse they had no supply

We bought couple steaks earlier today, around 11:45 amWent to prepare them for grill at 3:30 pm. Open package and it stunk. Flipped them over both were ROTTEN. WASTE OF MONEY. Food to expensive today buy at store and trash it there expired product ( which date was good).Toss it out if not good. Don’t flip it rewrap it with new date

I’d like to say a big thank you to Andrea & Bob in the Fish Dept. On Wed, I had 9 people coming for dinner & wanted to do a seafood boil. Andrea explained how much shrimp & crab legs I would need & when I could have them cooked.She alerted Bob that I would call 10 mins before picking them up. Bob did an excellent job of seasoning & steaming the seafood. I served it immediately when I got home & everyone enjoyed dinner.It is so refreshing to see teamwork, along with happy attitudes.Theses two employees represented Winn Dixie in an exemplary way - hats off to them.

Wow, my wife and I just went into this store because we were close by and never again. Bonnie at customer service waited on us at the lottery ticket counter, she is beyond rude. She was argumentative when my wife said that she wanted two tickets separately. She said it’s too late, should’ve spoke up, and then proceeded to argue when my wife said we are always asked. Very nasty and unprofessional. WowShe also seemed very annoyed that she had to come over to even wait on us.

The prices here are better than Publix. The store is older, but it's clean and well maintained. The produce is fresh. They have more selections that I'm used to from the central U.S. Oddly enough everytime I was unsure where to look for something, there was a staff member ASKING ME if they could help me! I haven't had staff ask me that in awhile! Usually at other stores the employees run, or tell me that is not their department when I try to get help. I'll be a regular at this Winn-Dixie just because of the awesome service, but the selection and prices are definitely perks that I will enjoy!! Word to the wise, avoid the Walmart pickup here (AT ALL COSTS)!

Watch out for big scam going on at this place. Parked our RV Van way out front in EMPTY parking lot and was planning to stop in and buy snacks to take back to campground when leaving Ron Jons. Get a call from police that my van was in process of being towed. They took my van to back of store building where was secluded and wanted $250 in cash to release. Had they taken the van it would of been $468 and my 2 dogs would of died to heat exhausted. My ac was on lithium batteries and would not of lasted. Winn Dixie should welcome visitors for more business than scoping parking lot all day on their cameras. Big scam going on here for money in their pockets. They should reimburse me for endangering my pets life. Should be ashamed of what they are doing to people.

Mostly good clean store with plenty of stock. Only complaint would be the hot food runs out fast. Yesterday went for pulled pork at around 3 pm and it was all gone and no more made. Lady said kitchen was basically closedNo chicken and minimal sandwiches. For a Sunday with multiple cruise ships in the area you'd think there would be more food readily avail, for beach going tourists who dont want to go to restaurants

I parked my van in the parking lot with the intention of going to Ron Jons & Winn Dixie on the way out. 5 minutes after shopping @ Ron Jons, I was informed my van was towed.My two dogs were inside the vehicle, which I made sure would be visible for any passerby to see from the outside.Regardless, my van was towed WITH the two dogs inside.The tow truck driver displayed negligence the minute he towed my van, while Winn Dixie displayed carelessness when requesting my van to be towed, as if wanting a quick buck or to create a great pointless inconvenience where the experience was unpleasant.Nonetheless, I was given an ultimatum WHICH was witnessed by Cocoa Beach PD to be okay. I was given the choices of either paying $250 CASH or if I did not have enough cash, they would have my van towed to their yard, where I would pay $468 with a credit card. UNFAIR!I feel like I was hustled & taken advantage of. This store created a terrible experience to, what was supposed to be, a fun family trip.
