I am a big fan of Walgreens. They are consistent store to store to store.Myself and my family members get all of our prescriptions filled here. They are fast, efficient and friendly.As a bonus, I love cashews and Walgreens puts their house brand cashes on sale at a stupidly, ridiculously Low price about once every 4 or 5 weeks. They offer really good cashews. They are hard to beat even at double the price.

I have always emailed my pictures to Walgreens and had them printed. I went in, they said that's not acceptable any longer. I had to do the kiosk. I tried to sign in and do it 3 times and then I left. And I'm going to go print my pictures and get my prescriptions from somewhere else. Zero Customer service actually they're kind of rude So after twenty four years I will find somewhere else to go I already have actually, i'm not gonna put up with thiscustomer s to this Walgreens again even though I have been going for 24 years. I just left Walgreens photos Cocoa Beach after being literally yelled at by the sales clerk, Aimee, Because their machine was down and I asked what time I my canvas would be ready since it was promised an hour and a half ago. She very directly and loudly told me she has no idea and there was a lot of people ahead of me and essentially told me I was rude for trying to get a time to come back. I asked her twice to lower her voice and not to act this way toward me, but she did not care and continued on. I will not be using Walgreens Photos ever again.

Just left CB Walgreens,you had what I needed that was great.What was not great was Amy (Not sure spelled correctly) she was rude to my daughter and I when we tried to give her correct change.She was snappy and discourteous.She told us not today.My question to that is if not today when?Her bad mood should not affect your companies customers,CVS is right next door,I prefer Walgreens but if Amy is working next time I'm going next door to CVS immediately.Noone that comes in there for meds should have to worry about a ride discourteous employee.Im sure her behaviour has nothing to do w your companies standards or policies.It was disenheartening to say the least.

Just received a delivery from Walgreens. When I opened the vitamin C gummies, I noticed the color was much darker than the previous ones I get. I took 2 and knew something was wrong. I looked at the date and it expired in August 2023. We are in November 2023. Now I have to go to the store to return this item when the whole purpose of delivery is convenience.

Rude employees at 4150 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. Went in one night and the lady seemed nervous that I was there. I shook my head and didn't think anything of it. The next morning I went in and asked the lady at the register a question about a promotion. She seemed agitated that I would bother her while she was stuffing her face at the counter with cookies or whatever else. When I came up with my stuff there was no hello, thank you, or anything else. The next guy in line got a different attitude and then it clicked on what was going on. I consider myself well traveled and have been to big cities all over the country and world. I have also been to small southern cities and never got this type of treatment. Out of all the places I would not expect it to be Walgreens. I am reaching out to Corporate on this matter. It's ridiculous.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this Walgreens today I came in in a panic needing stuff. I’m ADHD scatterbrains have a two identical twin, three-year-old girls and I needed like beach stuff that was all over the place and I just looked at Amy like a deer in the headlights and I’m like can I tell you what I need and you like Put that captain save me Capon got me everything and got me out of the door and for some reason, I kept wondering around on the vitamin isle!!! I appreciate they're open late but they really need to be 24 hours. Almost half the workforce works non-standard hours and shopping before work is unreasonable. If you work normal hours, would you wake up at 3 or 4 AM to do your shopping? They are always busy at 12am and as the only 24 hour store in Brevard, it's not like they wouldn't have customers. But they unreasonably expect us to stress out and conform our schedule to their hours so they can pay 2 shifts of workers to do the work of 3 shifts.

One of the better Walgreens I’ve been to, clean and organized. It’s well equipped with plenty of beach stuff and souvenirs you may need. The pharmacy staff was also very friendly.

Misinformation led to some serious irritation in an attempt to get my narcotic meds. Train better. I understand there are people who abuse but there are also people who need them to function. I don't like having to take them. I don't deserve to be treated like an addict. At this point I'm a day and a half delayed and due to misinformation I've spent 3 hours on the phone getting more misinformation. The pharmacist says I should have been more proactive but knowing I was coming from out of state, I started this process 3 months ago to ensure this wasn't going to happen. Unfortunately it seems like getting accurate information is impossible these days. Doctor writes the prescription and says nothing about the possibility I'll have problems, my insurance tells me one thing, Walgreens tells me another (and then even something else) and instead of being treated with compassion and understanding the pharmacist tells me I have no reason to cry, speaks over me instead of listening, and generally acted so snotty and condescending. Try having a little sympathy. You are not the one with the twisted spinal cord. If I didn't have to take my meds I'd never go back to Walgreens again. I guess I'll be proactive before I have to fill again to find a new pharmacy.

Picked up an RX prescription. Waited in line. It wasn't ready for pickup yet. A day after, my Dr sent it in to them. I had to make 2 trips to pick up RX .

Had a Covid19 shot appointment for 1015, took them 1 hour to administer my final shot...yea I was walking out of the pharmacy at 1116. I saw that they were busy so I didn't complain and just played on my phone. But rather than just giving me my shot and let me go, they took care of walk-ins or go in the back and do something back there. I probably would not have written this review, but apparently with my car in their parking lot for an 1 hour allowed one of those non-appointment customers to drive their car into mine hitting the rear quarter panel. And they drove away, no note, no looking for me, nothing. So, me, the guy who planned ahead making an appointment waited and got hosed at the end. I should have went to CVS next door.

During my visit I had to purchase my item online and select pickup since it was substantially cheaper than just checking out and the cashier said she couldn't do anything about the price difference. Once I checked out online for store pickup, I brought my order confirmation to the cashier. She had me enter my phone number, then REACHED OVER and signed me up for a Walgreens Rewards account WITHOUT my consent. After that, instead of using the online order number, she priced matched the item at the register meaning I was unnecessarily inconvenienced by having to buy the item online.

Cute little Walgreen's with typical convenience store offerings. They do have some souvenir type items (magnets, keychains, etc.). Staff were friendly. Seems busy like it gets good business in the area.

I am disabled and use the curbside pickup which is great & easy. Darlene the employee who helps me frequently is kind, professional and I enjoy when she's on duty. Give that woman a raise!!😀

NOTE: I had to give some sort of star ranking. I didn't want to. So don't think the star mean anymore than my being forced to rate the dive.I lived in Cocoa Beach until I was 34. Walgreen’s has gone downhill. I know that they have had money issues, ETC, but the way they act now is laughable. Almost. The counter people are OK, and I’m being charitable.Management is a joke. Very hands off and in the air.They are like the referees in professional wrestling.The pharmacists have an offensive attitude and an imperious attitude. I don’t cotton to a druggist having final say over prescriptions needed by my very ill father. Their timing is terrible in calling his doctor if he needs a controlled.They seem not to be under store management but rather a corporate office somewhere… that likes to hang up the phone on people.If you left a 13 year old there maybe they can get that whole calling thing together.So remember they hold sway over your health.Unless there is a sale their prices are not competitive. If there is a sale they have two of four registers open and someone is holding one up with a newspaper insert. Management will huff, puff and then open a register.I get the distinct feeling they are doing me a favor in their eyes.Its soooooooo hard and they are soooooooo put upon.Bah.I have a very small violin for them.Right down the way there is a place where the pharmacy doesn’t keep banker’s hours, open 24 hours like the rest of the store. They are nice and polite. Helpful even! (gasp)It’s where I take my business.

excellent pharmacy, with two knowledgeable pharmacists on duty. My literally life and death issue has been failure on the refill information being sent from the primary care physician’s office. Emergency 3 day refills givenwhile confirming.

Employers are so helpfull polite and kind very nice there paper towels and toilet paper are the cheapest in town they have knew line out 2 for 10 bucks and that is 9 paper towels and 18 rolls of toilet paper and I'm not talking about the cheap Dollar store kind it's a gud thick brand trust me get you some I believe rite now they have a sale on the toilet paper 24 rolls for 3.45 .I Love the place they have everything you want when it come to food drinks clothing swimsuits shorts sandals 😜 hats floaties for kids adults everything you need forget walmart you don't have to wait in line simple go to wal greens you'll be out of there in half hour they always have a sales washing powder to I'm always being complimented on my clothes . It's funny they ask where did you get that Big W Walgreen's is where I buy mist of my shirts big soft with hippy frenges . Very comfortable.

Don't purchase their prescription saving card, they try to convince you that you must be wrong, that you never did. It is not good to steal from a customer of 20 years. I guess that if you are Walgreen's then you don't care. We will send our business to public, they seem to have integrity.

The pharmacist at the Merritt Island location was extremely rude. I was not texted when meds were ready & last week I was on the text messaging. I walked in the store at 8:50 pm. I handed her a script to be filled from an urgent care center. She refused to fill the prescription stated "We are getting ready to close" I tried to explain, it was to be filled tonight, not tomorrow for onset of new symptoms. If I was texted with the first completed med this would not be an issue. All she could say is "We're getting ready to close" If she didn't spend so much time arguing with me the script would have been filled. I asked her "What ever happened to "The patient, customer, client comes first?"She faxed the prescription to the Cocoa Beach Walgreens & stated they are open 24 hrs. She then filled a prescription for someone behind me.Truly unprofessional, rude, angry tone in her voice when we first walked up to the counter which continued & worsened as she continued to state "We are getting ready to close" The store closes at 9pm, not 8:50 or 8:58.We then went to the Cocoa Beach Walgreens. The pharmacist was extremely nice, professional & apologetic. She deserves 5 stars.☆☆☆☆☆?

I use the pharmacy a lot here and they are always so nice and get my prescriptions filled as quickly as possible. Have never had any problems and would recommend them to anyone. The store is always so clean and the staff are always friendly.

Employees very friendly.. we actually had to go back a second time same day after realizing we had forgotten something.. we were happy to find what we were looking for immediately when walking in door.. my daughter (15) had been asking for a net type gadget ( for our eve walks on beach to catch and release crabs) .. the store seemed to have a bit of everything and it all was very organized.. the fifth star had to go though as, on our return trip, I really needed to recharge my phone to call for transfer.. having an android is always a bit of an issue..75% items compatible with apple products.. I did locate one... not too pricey but the saleperson knew more than i did about what type was combatible.. so i ended up spending way more than product worth and had to even purchase a second piece.. costing more.. while store was organized ..this small area was picked over.. many things not in stock.

I am in Florida on vacation and fell ill and had to stop in numerous times. The employee's were very helpful. Asked if i needed help right away and always pointed me in the right direction! If there were a 10 star option I would pick that.

I like sharing whenever you have great customer service and the Walgreens and Cocoa Beach the girl Adriana works in the Cosmetic section was very helpful she help me find the lotion I was looking for and because I wanted to buy two and they only had one in stock she ordered me one online she was very friendly and professional thank you Adriana and thank you Walgreens for having such a wonderful caring friendly professional employee

The pharmacist was extremely difficult to deal with. I asked her to fax my papers to my doctors and she kept complaining for them to send it first after i had the doctor's off on speakerphone stating that the pharmacy had to send a request ,especially with me being out of town.avoid the annoyance with this location

Just want to try to understand why the pharmacy is only open til 6 pm most days... and the nearest 24 hour Walgreens is in orlando! People work those hours and also need medication.. what a poor business

Horrible service. Multiply your prescription wait time by four for a more accurate estimate. Notice that all of the positive reviews are not from people who had to get a prescription filled at the pharmacy.
