Great subs and breakfast sandwiches. The bacon egg and cheese on croissant is fantastic. Cinnamon rolls and baked goods are awesome (but you have to catch them when fresh, if they’ve sat out for a day they are just okay). Parking is kind of a headache but you can park on street close by. It’s a worthwhile stop or order for delivery.

This place has a grocery selection as well as homemade cold and hot food that are better than some restaurants as well as homemade sides. My favorite thing is the smoked fish dip paired with honestly any sandwich at the deli. Service was great, fast and delicious. If you’re in cocoa beach it’s a must try.

I eat here every day. This place is absolutely fantastic, has a great environment and a top notch deli. I wanted to give an update, April of 2023 they offered a beer cheese soup as the soup if the day. I felt compelled to make a review (after being a happy customer for several years) just to say this was the absolute best soup I've had in my entire life. The flavor, texture, everything was perfection. This made my week, Thank you for everything you offer to the community!!!

I love Costal Market. It's so close and convenient - plus they have really good food. Today I just wanted one of their small containers of prepared hot wings. I got there and they didn't have them I took a chance and purchased 2 containers of Apple Brie Chicken. I knew my husband would like it he eats everything. I was not so sure I would as I think prepared chicken breasts tend to dry and fairly tasteless. Not the case. It was amazing sitting there on a light bed of mixed veggies. I would definitely purchase this again.

My wife and I saw on Monday May 1st that Coastal Market would be serving breakfast all day consisting of Chipped Beef on Toast with Scrambled eggs and Bacon, and since Roberto's closed over a year ago, we have not not had anywhere to have afternoon breakfast. We can both attest that was the absolutely best Chipped Beef on Toast we have ever had in our ENTIRE LIVES! Really! And since this is just a special item this week, we will probably return one more time before it is gone. Did I mention this was the first time that we actually ate "in" at Coastal market? We usually grab their HOT DINNERS TO GO but you can't really do that with breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend you try this little gem of a place in Cocoa Beach, because we will be returning.

What a wonderful market with helpful friendly service! The food all looks fresh & is quality. I got a few crab cakes, broke them up & put on top of sauteed chicken thighs seasoned including Old Bay & then broiled a couple minutes. Delish! Got several subs, love the bread & quality meats. I can hardly wait to go back. It's a 30 min drive for me, but totally worth it.

This place is absolutely amazing. I was only on vacation in Cocoa Beach for a few days, and the fact that this place was a bike’s ride away took my vacation up another level. I joked with the always friendly workers that I was going to move to Cocoa Beach so that I could try something new everyday. Since leaving I have dreamt of their white-chocolate macadamia nut cookies and birthday cake balls on a regular basis. Would give 6/5 stars if I could.

It's nice to have a little store close by when you don't want to drive to Publix. They are not always consistent with their sandwiches, but the owner has promised to correct that. I enjoy their chicken salad, and the cookies are great to take to a party when you don't want them to look store bought.

Great little market in Cocoa Beach with a great variety; deli items, prepared foods, fresh cut fruit, fresh vegetables, meats, hot meals along with a nice variety of other food items. Small group of tables with hot soup offerings allowing you to eat-in. Restrooms available and very clean for patrons. Parking off-street in small lot. Hot and prepared Burritos looked delicious; Brunswick stew was delicious and highly recommended. Keep this one on your list for a visit while in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This is wonderful local market with everything you would need from toilet paper to steaks. The made to order sandwiches are our favorite, specially the Turkey Berry and the BLAT. Also, when you go, you must get the lemon blueberry cookies!! They are the absolute best!

Honestly I was so over the moon when I found Coastal because it was the only place open today deli wise for bagels and sandwiches . So I arrive and it’s absolutely precious from the decor to the homemade meals to the two ladies who welcomed me like I had been a regular for years . I got the gobbler and oh my god it is to die for 😩 my husband got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel were both in love and will be returning many more times .

This is coming from a local who has been here multiple times. This place is wayyyyy to expensive for some below average food. They don’t even try anymore but still they raise there prices to gouge the local community. There herbs tuna salad used to have small noodles in it, now they put giant noodles inside to have more filler but they still have raised the price of it. Also the lobster Mac and cheese is over $16 and is made with Imitation crab. Come on please try a little bit. This place is now an absolute last resort to get food from, also many people here in cocoa beach say how it’s overpriced and the food quality is not what it once was

Coastal Produce is the best! They have a great selection of fresh produce, beer, meats and home made sides. Their subs are like no other. I could literally eat one every day! Also, I got four filets for my anniversary last week and they were better than any I had ever had in a restaurant. I pan seared them (my first time ever cooking a filet!) and they were melt in your mouth PERFECT! I've also bought their rib eye steaks in the past and they too were delicious. I love how fresh everything is. Way better than any grocery store I've ever shopped at. Friendly staff and a well kept store are a plus too. I highly recommend Coastal Produce!!!

Shopping here is always a good choice. Stopped in last week and purchased Ribeye steaks, Norwegian Salmon Steaks, Etc Of course I had to buy 2 Cannolis and an Eclair all made on the premises. The place is clean and I love talking with the Owner and her staff. Fun place to shop!

Although I live in Melbourne, it is worth the trip once in a while to head to cocoa beach for a homemade sandwich at coastal produce. The staff is always friendly and they have lots of interesting foods, but the Italian sub is all I need. Try it someday!

Great mom and pop feel, had their filet mignon, NY strip and premade burgers and was very pleased with how all came out. Good cookies and various produce as well. Looking forward to trying their sandwiches.

Both times I have visited coastal produce the staff were kind and helpful. They even special-made me a smaller packet of garlic for the chicken dijon recipe I was making.

Their chicken breast is not any good! Has a very watered down taste. Suffers from “woody breast” syndrome giving it an absolutely repulsive texture. Wherever they get their meat from is not any good and probably where big gross brands like Tyson get their stuff as well. Have to throw out a lot of this chicken because it tastes repulsive. The only brand I’ve found lately that tastes like real chicken is Murray’s from Publix.

I love shopping at Coastal Produce. They offer a nice selection of meats and reasonable prices. Their produce is always fresh and in season. They also have a large selection of Hersey ice cream available for scoops!

Loved this place when it was Simpler Times The butcher knew his meats. But whoever is running the meat now is clueless. Bought filets for Valentine's Day and they were awful. Chewy. Not good filets. Last week bought Boston butts and they also were tough. What happened to the butcher. Never going back

Hidden little gem. Great place for breakfast or lunch. Even take home dinners! Nice variety grocery wise. Great produce - amazing homemade desserts. Great staff - humble owners.
