On 11/06/23 all the whole milk was empty and there was crates of whole milk in the back. When I asked an employee to get me one I had waited for 15mins and the employee had another pallet of products to drop near the grocery side. He said that he was not allowed to touch the stuff in the dairy dept and I would have to wait till the dairy person came in the following morning. The worst customer I have seen. To top if off when I was checking out I was told by the employee up front by selfcheckout that the could not make change for me the they weren't allowed and I would have to buy something. I need the change to stop fight with the checkout machine over a wrencled 5$ bill. So I had no choice but keep trying for 10mins to get the machine to take the bill. I hate the fact that I have to walk in this store. I always make it a point now too only give this store 1 star ever time I shop. Even the employees try to ask people for high score and do it themselves if machine is left on the screen. Cause it's easier to cheat the system than just doing customer services right the first time.Today 2/2/2023 an item I was purchasing rang up wrong and when I went to take a picture of the price I returned to find my items were voided my 2 employees so they can buy their lunch. I had explained to them what the issue was and 1 employee responded that they cant help cause customer service was close and then the other employee said she would fix it. Then she started staring at me like I was trying to look at her password. I'm tired of these disrespectful employees that act like there not here to help customers only stock the store. Turtle food price at $3.97 was ringing up at $5.

I been waiting for more than 30 min on de auto center desk,I used the assistance button for 5 times, 3 different workers told me they gonna call someone to help me, at the end nobody came and I had to leave without buying what I needed.This happened to me other times on different desks, the administration should make the assistance button work, take more attention on that places or just put a sign saying it’s closed for don’t make the people waste their time for no reason.This one star review it’s only related with that specific situation in all the other aspects this Walmart deserve 4.5 stars, usually they do a good job.

It is ridiculous how this Walmart always have a problem with the shelf price not matching the register price. It’s clearly the pricing Managers fault, not the customers. On several occasions I have had this problem, of course the managers are no where in sight. The poor cashiers are using a handheld device/cellular phone that’s sync with the prices that matches the register price, DUH!!!! Which leaves the customers having to dispute/defend the advertised price. I have worked in customer service for 30+ years and it’s always been the golden rule that a business must honor the advertised price.

Rude employees with a chip on their shoulders. They block you from shopping. Nobody wants to give assistance or customer service. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the door greeter is exceptional and always treats customers wonderful and friendly with a smile. Others should look to him on how to treat customers.

If I were the manager of this store I'd be so embarrassed. This store is so so dirty. The sales floor had debris all over the place. Clothes from the racks were just laying on the floor. And the bathroom was something out of a horror movie. This amount of filth took a while to achieve. They put work into not working

Received outstanding Service from Myron in the Tire Service Dept. He very Knowledgeable my truck was running very low on oil he knew exactly what oil to use, went and got it & he notice my powers tearing was low & got that taken care of super fast & he always greet everyone with mannerism.🌝

So today I did the online order for pickup and had the great pleasure of meeting Marquis. No one has ever actually handed me my bread or eggs and not just thrown them in the trunk. I tried to tip the young man and he absolutely refused. Stated to me that it was against policy (which I honestly don’t really care about your policy, I was just trying to help a young man out 😂). His honesty is amazing and he did it all with a smile on his face. That young man is going places in life and Walmart should be proud to have him as an honest hard working employee. Keep being great Marquis. Also did I mention he placed all my groceries in my trunk with care and not just threw them in there.

This is the worst Walmart. The employees are horrible. Doesn't matter what time of day you go they don't have enough registers open. The shelves are half empty half the time. The only plus is that it's close to me

Count your pills !!!! I had a prescription filled after a few days I started taking them and found to be 20 pills short , they either can't count or a thief works there

I don't know how I ended up in Clewiston. I've never even heard of Clewiston. I have no clue about Clewiston. But it was nice. And it proved my theory that every single Walmart was built to induce my soci anxiety. So it must be a good Walmart because it was packed as hell... Up in Clewiston.Y'all gonna make me lose my mind. Up in country. Up in country.This city is country as hell. And I mean that as a compliment.

I was walking into Walmart and on the outside I saw a madam trying to hit a gentleman with what seemed like a wood plank. The police got there thankfully and it was settled 🙏

Going to a Walmart in Florida is like being in a big metal bldg. Surrounded by 40% of the patrons and employees that are 2 life decisions from working the tilt a whirl at the County fair.

Great stop along Highway 27! We stopped here to stock up the RV with food on our way down to the Keys! Lots of open parking and easy to get in and out of with a large RV. Seemed well stocked.

The store is not as clean as it should be. The shelves need to be stocked better. The produce is not fresh. And the generic brands (Great Value) are being padded out. The prices are good.

Their auto shop is a joke, I waited around for an hour and a half, and when I was leaving all they said was have a good day. Sounds normal right? Well, as I’m leaving the Walmart parking lot there is a weird smacking sound on my tires and my breaks are super touchy, so I drove back, when I got back they told me that they heard the weird noise too. Why did they not tell me about it? Anyways they smack my tires around for a little bit and then blame my alignment for the issues and magically even though I still need an alignment both the weird noise and my breaks are fixed, so they send me on my way. The biggest issue I have is that they didn’t expect me to come back for an issue they knew about, an issue they didn’t care to mention to me when I was paying for my services.

I love our Walmart. It's a really superstore with excellent services. Everything is clean and organize. The selection of merchandise is wide and good quality. Seasonal changes are made in time and very fast. Lots of organic, vegan and GF options

I've been to a couple hundred Walmarts and this one was OK.- The parking lot was tidy though there were carts in the corrals needing to be brought back.- There was no greeter at my entrance door.- Restroom at the front was mostly clean.- The items I wanted were in stock.- The few open checkout lanes with associates were busy, so I ended up using the self-checkout.- The greeter was back at the door and wished me a good day.I've seen much, much worse. This is okay.

Never bought a money order there, they do not cash to me never again, instead you are your friend. ROY is the manager name, he was rude and discriminated to me. Because I gave him my driver license, the money order is under my name, I have the receipt from the same store, or whatever documents he requested, but he never gave solutions to the customers, his positions always was rude because his coworkers tells him, he Just feels has the power to do whatever he wants because "Is The Manager" He said, "YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO"

Unorganized , items are not priced correctly on shelves once item is scanned through checkout price changes to a higher number. Unorganized and I honestly stopped buying fruits at this walmart due to finding mold on several items purchased more than once.
