This store is a joke. Every time I have a same-day photo order, it's never ready. I ordered invitation cards and they tried to sell them to me with an ink defect. When they tried to reprint them, they said the printer wasn't working and to come back the next day. Mind you, I live 15 minutes away and didn't want to waste another trip over there so I called them the next day to see if it was working. Jose tried to tell me that nothing was wrong with the printer and that that's just the way the invitations were going to come out again, with a defect. Why offer these services if it's just going to be bad quality? He then told me he needed to order new parts to fix it. Why not just tell me that from the beginning instead of wasting my time telling me that the prints are going to come out defected again like the first ones? It's obvious they don't care and they seriously lack good customer service.

From the time CVS closed this pharmacy has went from over the top to totally unexpectedly effective. I have stopped getting notification when my scripts got filled same day or next. With my better judgment I might have to give K&M another shot at getting it right. This.is ridiculous

The women pharmacist on staff at the time of writing this review 3:30pm on 11.21.23 goes above and beyond to figure out whatever your situation is. This is very foreign to me especially in this industry and she’s just an awesome human. Something so little can change a persons entire day so thank you for treating your customers as an equal and being able to talk back and forth without sounding bothered or short. You rock! Thanks again.

Waited over 1/2 hour twice to get my meds and had to leave both times without meds. I showed up at 8:58 am to be first one when they open and it’s now 9:20 am and no one has assisted me. Never again after I finally get my meds today, if I get them. Ps: I was called by automated machine to let me know my prescription was ready but when I went, they said it wasn’t ready but to come back at a later time. No way to conduct business.

The people in the pharmacy act like their doing you a favor by waiting on you. Don't actually ask for assistance because then they'll treat you like the ENEMY. We sure miss the CVS in Clewiston.

I had photos printed. I was told they would be ready at 6:15pm. I arrive at 7:15pm to pick the photos. While walking into the store I pass an employee walking out of the store. I ask the employee behind the register if someone could help me in photo section. He told me I would have to wait. I see the employee walking back into the store clearly it appeared she had a bad attitude. She walked back toward the photos and asked me my name. She proceeded to charge me for my photos and she realized one 5x7 was missing she went to get it off the printer. She hands me the photo and I asked her if she could put the photo in an envelope. She looked me and said you can put it in that one. The entire time she had this nasty look on her face and her tone was filled with hate! Ridiculous to treat customers in this manner. Apparently this individual needs a hug or someone to love her! Hard to believe a person could hate life and their job to this extent. “Maria” is the name she gave me. Maria go find a new job because you are miserable!

Curbside Pick-Up ExperienceI ordered online, 30 minutes passed and I received a text that my order was delayed. I only ordered two items so I didn’t think it would be that much of a hassle for time.I had to call and the person who answered the phone let me know that their system wasn’t getting pick up orders on time and the system got them later on vs. right away.Somewhat understandable and the person I spoke to was very calm and nice about it. The customer service was good, they weren’t rude or had an attitude. 10 minutes later I received a text saying that my order was ready so I checked in and waited in the parking lot for 25 MINUTES until someone finally came and brought my order. I even called 2 times while I was outside. I could have went in there for my order and made it home by the time I got my items.DONT ORDER CURBSIDE ITS NOT WORTH IT.

The pharmacy workers were very incompetent and inconsiderate with terrible time value.After waiting 1 hour in pain from the dentist. The clerk later informs me 1 hour later that their pharmacy is out of my area and will not fill my prescription because of insurance. I asked her why it took 1 hour to inform me after waiting so long she apologized with sarcasm. This pharmacy needs more professional workers with experience on customer service. So sad!

Worst pharmacy ever! Buyer beware! Went to pickup script after being called the night before and it wasn't packaged and ready for pickup next day @ noon. This was a week ago. Today we went to pickup another script and it wasn't filled correctly. The pharmacist didn't fill it cause it was not for generic. They called the doctor to change script left memo. Doc was busy and pharmacist didn't follow up the next day. No action was taken by pharmacy until me the patient was in front of them. Then they decided they better call the doctor again. I had to leave & wait until that was cleared up. I think they are confused. You don't call patient telling them script is ready until it is ready! AnotherScript called for 15 pills and we only got 12. We questioned the amount and the answer we got was that the pharmacist wouldn't break open another box to complete the order. These particular pills come to them in box of 6. Our insurance allows for 15 as prescribed! This is out & out theft of services.

Worst pharmacy service ever. Had a prescription sent to the pharmacy from the ER. Came to the pharmacy at 12:30 to be told to come back at 2:00 to pick up. I got to the pharmacy at 1:45 to be told that i had to wait till 2:00. At 2:00 i came back and they said pharmacist had left for lunch and i had to wait 20 more minutes. These is so rude because im in need of my medicine. Will be switching pharmacy im done

Woww I can’t believe the staff , or the Manager for this Store ( Mr: Point Dexter ) name given to my bu the only staff member , after I ask for a pictures service at 8:11 pm they told me at 8:25 , when I ask for my pictures, they told me ( we are short of staff so you HAVE to come tomorrow to pick up your order.. I ask kindly why is that when i have a pick up ticket for 8:43 pm .. the store close at 9 pm but the MANAGER Mr: PointDexter .. told me the he is tu busy to print my pictures.. I don’t know , but was no sing to inform the Customer about that situation..then when I ask if I wait until 8:50 if thy can do it , The Manager Mr : point Dexter Told me no , and told the other employee to don’t give me no explications.. it is what it is .. that’s what’s he say …This is totally disrespectful they have a service and they don’t give to people..I think this Mr: Manager need some Customer service …I wads a costumer , im not asking for Nothing free , I pay my taxes for this city of clewiston and pay my bills .. so he have no Right to give ATTITUDE to customers ..This is Clewiston the sweetest town in America … definitely no when yo get to Walgreens 1 hour before they Close..Gracias por Nada

I never write bad reviews but this stores staff was so exceptionally rude I'd give it zero stars if that were an option. Don't expect any customer service or even a smile. I'd like to also add, if you don't like working with the public, (unnamed associate) get a different job.

Photo department failed yet again to print ALL of my photos sent in via walgreens photo app. I thought they were terrible about cutting the pictures correctly, but wait there's more, dont send anything but 4×6 because they are too lazy to print out the rest. I've made two wasted trips to walgreens after calling and being told they would be ready. Tighten up walgreens photo!!

Horrible pharmacy, rude associate, not helpful. We are traveling from new Hampshire where we have ALL our prescriptions filled, at Walgreens now we are vacationing in Florida and they REFUSED to fill any of our written prescriptions that we brought with us.Time to move to a new pharmacy.

This Walgreens is the best! The staff is very friendly and helpful. When visiting Florida, if you are near Clewiston ..I highly recommend going to this Walgreens. Don't go to Walmart for your meds. Been there, not gonna go again!! Walgreens is the ultimate best!! Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy for your accuracy and speed. Thank you Walgreens staff for making me feel at home!!!!

the worst store I don't know who controls this but it doesn't allow coupons even if they have been customers for years they put high prices and being a coupon store they don't accept them at night they should close if it doesn't work for the few customers looking to buy in one place so remote, better three steps away is Walmart 5$ less on each product
