My experience in that place was horrible I do not recommend it at all if you want your pets to be in perfect conditions do not take my dog there for a training I delivered him in perfect conditions and I saw him in depressing conditions, with dandruff, skinny, cuts on his nose and head, his four paras with lessons in short I do not recommend it at all I gave him a star to comment that they should close the place for being so inhumane when I fixed his response was that he does not know how it happened. In short the place is 0 hygienic Here I put some pictures of how I picked up my pet.

This is the best grooming shop in town!!! Mr. Calvo is a very professional gentleman, he really does have a lot of experience in grooming!! He is the only person I trust that will take care of my dogs and cats with care and love!!! The shop is beautiful very clean and sanitized!! The Calvo's family really makes you feel like you and your furrrrrr babies are part of his own family!!! Love, love, love it!!!!

Last week I took my lab puppy, Shadow, to Petman Grooming. He got the low-shed treatment done. It was amazing how his coat improved and I have not had any hair in the house since. I totally recommend you to visit this salon. And if you have a shorthair dog try the low-shed treatment. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Petman grooming.

He always does such an amazing job with my dogs! He’s very respectful and patient. Honestly I wouldn’t take my dog to anyone else! He even was happy to help me with a stray husky that was all matted and did such an amazing job with her. Was able to get her all cleaned and saved her double layer coat.

My dog Jackie was boarded at Petman Grooming for 1 week. After picking up Jackie, she vomited twice. We noticed a strong urine smell on her bed. She had never urinated in her bed before. She also appeared to have lost weight and for two days she has had no appetite.I took her to the veterinarian today and they found that she had parasites "coccidia" from being in an unsanitary environment, she is dehydrated and had lost 2 pounds.I find all this very disturbing as she was in excellent health when we dropped her off on 12/20. Her Vet bill was $535.00Now I know why we were not allowed to see the kennel area. You will see a very poor review and I am reporting your business to the Hendry County Humane society.

All of the girls love Petman! They love going to the "SPA" every two weeks. Staff is kind, caring, thorough and very knowledgeable. All three BIG dogs are impeccably groomed and smell wonderful after a morning at Petman. Very, very happy with the services here.

Worst experience ever we took our dog and even when the guy claimed to be really experienced with dogs, he literally had to drag our dog inside. When she was out her hair was almost the same, her eyes were extremely red and we had to take her to the vet to get stronger meds because she was full of fleas. Not recommend 😕.

Ive never taken my dog to the groomer before but this one was recommended to me! He seemed to have no problem and the staff was so kind and welcoming to him! You could tell after he was happier and felt better after be taken care of! My dog is so handsome already but he looked so cleaned up after this amazing grooming :) Will definitely return and recommend!

Oh my gosh!! This place is the best!! They are so caring and attentive to what your pets needs are. It was really nice to find a groomer that took the time to explain the needs of our baby. This was our Sammy’s first trip to the groomers and he did fabulous! He looks and smells adorable!! He was a happy puppy when I picked him up. He will definitely be going back every month.

I love this shop! They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and giving back to the community. Every time I call they are able to schedule my fur babies within a day or two or at my convenience. One of my boys always needs a trimming and always leaves looking so handsome and the other came on his first visit with skin irritations and allergies that the owner knew how to treat immediately and he absolutely cleared up my Leeroy's patchy hair and his coat has been healthy and shiny since!

Started off taking my one 3 year old dog with the groomer for over 2 years now. She hates her nails getting trimmed, but since she’s started going he’s been working with her to get them trimmed & he still works with her to make sure she’s comfortable and not stressed out. She loves going to this family very much. So i decided to switch my 2 older dogs to them as well. My older two had bad experiences with different groomers over their 9 Years of life. Thankfully they are patient with them to make sure they aren’t stressed out during the process.

Horrible ***** BEWARE****SHOWED UP AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME ( AFTER DRIVING 40 MILES ONE WAY) WAITED 20 MINUTES BUSINESS WAS CLOSED AFTER COMFIRMING THE DAY BEFORE. CALLED ANOTHER GROOMER AND WAS TOLD THAT THIS WAS TYPICAL BEWARE I SENT SEVERAL TEXTS AND NO RESPONSE FROM THIS BUSINESS LUCKY THE OTHER GROOMER HAD TIME TO GROOM MY DOGS. THIS GUY LIES. I CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT ONLY 1 TIME. VERY UNPREDICTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

This was the WORST service I’ve EVER witnessed in my LIFE. The people there were so disrespectful and didn’t even give me the decency of knowing how long it would take until my dog was finished. My sister was waiting for over three hours in a nearby store for them to call and when she came in they said they’d NEVER take our dog again. They said I treated them with disrespect when i was speaking to them on the phone. They told me, “Your dog is not the only one here.” I was getting frustrated for ONLY asking for a ESTIMATED time that my dog would be ready. THEY were being disrespectful when they wouldn’t even disclose the information regarding my dog. The groomer claims to have been in business 21 years? Then he should know how long it takes to groom a dog. What is the big deal? I don’t understand why they couldn’t tell me. I will NEVER go there again and I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody! They are LIARS. They are THEIFS. And they have HORRIBLE customer service. Oh, did I mention they tried to rip off my sister and make her pay an extra 15 dollars?! Will never come here again. Period.

Is being 3 or 4 weeks since I took my fury baby to get groomed, my dog came back home infested with fleas, I will never take my dog back to that place. I keep putting medication on my dog to get rid of the fleas and still having a difficult time.

Took my dog in because I usually take my dog out of town, but prefer to help locals instead. Will not be coming back. My dog has anxiety and the only way he calms down is if i hand him butt first as in saying goodbye (vet and trainer advised me to do this) and usually he is fine. Groomer said no that he has been in the business for over 15 years and thats not how he handles the dogs. He put the leash on my dogs neck and was basically dragging him away with my dog clawing the floor to get away from him. Then i call them 2 hours later to get an estimated time, and they tell me oh he just started on him to give him more time that they will call when he is ready. Its about 15 mins from closing time and they finally call. I walk in and his children say do you want to pay now. I told them i want to see my dog first. I paid because he did cut his hair, but it was still to long. The only thing that was short was his tail. I had to take my dog to get another hair cut 2 weeks later. Never going back here again. Would rather just drive to Wellington to get his hair cut. Just because youve been in the business forever doesnt mean you can treat all the dogs the same

Petman was great. Very thorough before my Airedale and Wheaton were groomed he explained what cut they will get. He was also concerned that our 13 year old Wheaton would do and actually hand dried him to reduce his stress.Both dogs were very well groomed.Thank you.
