I,m using my boyfriend,s email anyway I was there around 3:30 & was waiting in line with the cashier that,s a Spanish lady with glasses helping a old white lady that got out of line twice to get stuff & the Clueless cashier made us wait instead of cashing out a lady that has a special needs son .She was back up so call manager a Spanish man with glasses for help which he said nexts in line which some rude customers went ahead in his line and so did us & when the lady cashier was finally done with that old hag she call up a girl that wasn,t waiting like we was so the lady with the special needs son left their stuff on the belt and walk out which I don't blame her because of this cashier & manager treating us poorly.NOT COMING BACK TILL THEY GET NEW MANAGEMENT..

This dollar tree has a big collection of items. I bought some collectible organizers to organize and hang up some of my hot wheels. It needs a little bit of organizing but that's okay the stock balances it out.

I shop at alot of Dollar Tree stores. This particular location is visually nasty inside and outside of the building. Looks like a hurricane has ripped through the store and the grass around the building is knee high. Unsure if this is an individually owned store. But management should keep a more tidy place. Again, inside & out!!

We live in Michigan but winter in Florida and we've always had friendly service there and they go out of their way to help you out even around closing time. We will definitely be doing all of our shopping there, great prices great people what more could you want. I see a few bad reviews on here I've never seen them treat anyone that way. There are other stores you can go to in town , but I'll bet you give them bad reviews as well.

These two stars are for the employees , they are nice. Unfortunalety , I do not see the old management any longer, they were very professional . Instead there is a lady , Brandy , she is very loud and she scold the employees right outside between the shelves so loud that it is an unpleseant experience to buy at this store. Brandy shows lack of customer service knowledge , but she also does not know how to treat employees accordingly. Can someone from Dollar Corporate train this lady please? I want to buy in peace, I do not need to know store dirty laundry, that can be done inside an office , not in front of customers. It used to be a very organized store , well decorated and quite with the old management, Mr. Charles. Not any more with that crazy woman screaming between the lines . Please someone help. I like the store and employees , and I want to keep buying in peace. Thanks.

That's store is so dirty and needs better management. I don't know what happens to the Mr. Charles with him the store always was clean and shelf full with merchandise and treat people with a lot of respect. But who is there's now is not doing anything. Water in the floor at the freezer area. Food and nonfood together at the shelves. Well today that store looks like is going to be close for ever. So sorry.

Dollar Tree stores, in my experience, tend to be disaster areas. As in life in general, I believe that is directly related to who is in charge. This store seems to have good management. It is typically in order. There is a mess in the book areas because customers go through things and don't put them back nicely, but compared to many Dollar Tree stores this one is above average. I like the variety they offer as well including the growing craft section.

This Dollar Tree had more merchandise then Miami's stores.But it was filthy with mold on the refrigerated doors and isles a complete mess.One good thing:cashier was very nice.

Cashier was rude and texting on her phone while customer was doing payment on machine. Customer was asking cashier a question and she ignored her and continued to text. Leave your phone's alone while you are working or don't come to work. Mr Charles needs to train his employees better.

I went to the Dollar tree today and only one register was open with a very long line of people waiting to be checked out, The sad thing was three employees a couple of them were managers was standing out front smoking cigarettes. I don't think I will be going back.

My favorite location to visit , the staff & management are so courteous & this store is high volume traffic and they manage to keep the place well stocked and clean. Sometimes you do have to wait a bit to check out because there is only one cashier most of the time.

I like it there i go there to mostly get designer tape and sometimes candy with my mom and there is alot of balloons on the wall and my sister loves balloons so it is a good place for her and me too. Wow just wow.

Cashier was over whelmed with having to blow up balloons and also cashing out people. But she still kept a smile on her face! Manuela deserves to be recognized for the hard work she does when other co-workers like to step out the building while very busy. Manuela recieves 5 stars while the rest of the store recieves 3.

The store would be better if it was bigger and carried more items. They also seem to only have one cashier.
