I have a monthly grooming appointment here for my male Maltese puppy, and am very happy with our groomer Elaina! She listens to how we want him groomed, and she puts up with a very curious wiggly puppy. He looks beautiful after his time here. They also have a great shop with lota of goodies for dogs, collars, harnesses, etc. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I took my dogs for the first time here back in December, I was a little worried how this will go after having an awful experience somewhere else. Nevertheless, I took the chance and it was worthwhile. My dogs looked amazing, the groomer was able to cut my dog’s nail (including to my anxious dog) and she didn’t care about taking a little extra time for the amazing job she did. Now I am a returning and loyal customer. Highly recommend it!!!

Staff here are so friendly and always make us feel welcome, listened to, and taken care of. We’ve had a variety of groomers take care of our corgi Indy, and each has done such a great job. He loves going to Woof Gang and always comes home looking and smelling great. Nice extra touch that he always gets to leave with a cool new bandana for some style.

She is always caring, professional and offers advice when it comes to her allergies and what may provide some additional relief. We love Woof Gang! Alaina always takes care of our doodle, Winnie, and she comes home smelling and looking great! I’ve recommended them to others and will continue to recommend them. The regular full groom is great but we like to add on the spa package to get the scent of the month, the blueberry facial, teeth cleaning and nail grinding. And we also love the little photo you get!

Rave and shout out to Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming in Clermont (near Home Depot). They worked us in when I called at 3:15 today after finding one of my fur babies uncomfortable and scooting all over the floor after work today (iykyk 🤣). I super appreciate them accommodating us today last minute to make sure my baby is comfortable this evening!

If I could give this location 10 stars-I would! Being new to the area and trying other locations that were total let downs, Woof Gang is now our ONLY location in Clermont we will take our beloved Roxy. Alana did an AMAZING JOB 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽! Its always an anxious situation trusting your fur baby to any groomer. This location was top notch professional from the door. I was greeted by the staff the moment I walked in and given a pre-grooming consultation prior to the appointment. The staff were attentive to my request, very polite and professional. Needless to say this will be our permanent location to bring our Roxy! Thank you ladies for a great job and keep up the good work!

First the dog store and bakery is adorable! Make your best friends special day with their treats, birthday cookies, cupcakes and cakes. Or just make every day a special day, it's so much fun to shop there. We also used the groomers for my Aussie and it was the best groom she's ever gotten! Alaina was fantastic with her! Bonus that it's much cheaper than the mobile groomer I was using!! Definitely going to be back as a regular customer now.

Will never go back , the groomer had my 15lb dog for 51/2 hours and gave dog to me wet and shaved including tail and ears. Cut his snout with shaver . Didn’t even bring dog to me she had the cashier bring him out. First pic of him nice a fluffy , rest of him wet , uneven cut on ears , shaved.

If you need a clip and grind for your dog's nails, ask for Yang. She's very gentle with my elderly dog and does a great job!

I think we have found our go to groomers! We called this morning to see if they had any same day availability and they were able to squeeze us in that same afternoon. Jeremiah and the groomer were both very kind! We will be coming again!

Such a cute little shop! Picked out some treats for a gift but then saw the clearance section and picked up some extras for my own pups. My older dog who HATES most treats, gobbled up one of the cookies! High praise! He never eats treats. We will be back!

If you have a dog with skin allergies and skin flakes or dandruff, like my Golden. Wolfgang Bakery is the place to go! This is the only place I will take my babies. They love them as if they are a part of a family. Thank you for taking care of my boy!

They were asked to NOT cut his eyelashes! They were past his eyes and blended beautifully with his beard! They were asked to not cut much off his ears or tail, which they did. Was asked to leave him about 3/4 inch long with rounded head. He always has a full coat and fluffy. His cut and coat is completely uneven. I'm going to have to have it cut by someone else in hopes of evening it out. DON'T TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS LOCATION!!! Obviously they don't care what the customers requests are and poor grooming is their standard of care. All I can say is they should be grateful my husband picked up my baby and not ME!!! I wish I could give you as negative a review as the quality of workmanship Leo received. The first 2 pics is Woof Gangs work, the 3rd is what we expected.

Veronica shutterworth is the last person I would bring my dog to. She takes out her personal problems on innocent dogs and that's why she's been fired from 3 different groomers in Clermont

I moved to Clermont and tried a few places out and I can say that Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming is by far the best place for dog grooming. Not only is their customer service great, but they have the most talented and knowledgeable groomers in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely the best experience EVER! Took my Doddle, Rocko, in for a full grooming at the Clearmont location. It was our first time and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The store was beautiful and clean. I cannot find the words to say how happy I was with Rocko’s grooming. He was beyond perfect! His groomer, Ty, not only gave him the BEST grooming of his life, but also gave me tips on how to keep him tangle free in between grooming sessions. Honestly can’t say enough about how pleased I am. Of course we had to pick up some treats on the way out, which he loved! Thank you so much for an awesome and amazing job. See you again next month! ❤️🐶🛁

My dogs 2nd visit, we chose any groomer available, maybe was a mistake, as our groomer on our first visit did an excellent job. But this time around, not so much. I showed a picture for reference, with an explanation of a few additions. Instead what I got was my dog looking mostly like the picture & not much of my instructions followed. Additionally, the cut looks choppy & uneven in some areas, she didn’t didn’t smell “freshly groomed” & didn’t even get a bow or bandanna like she did on her first visit. I like this location’s proximity to my home & I don’t want to keep bouncing her from one place to another. But I am disappointed with our latest visit.

Our St Bernard is one big puppy who can get really messy and tangled, but Alaina at Woof Gang in Clermont grooms her like a pro, gives her a spectacular trim, has her shined up like a princess every time. Alaina has been our “little” girl’s groomer for the past year, since we moved here, and we would trust no one else but her to take care of our baby.

Cut my dog. Didn’t tell me. Offered refund, then took back once owner got involved. Told me it was a hot spot.They will reply that I waited to confront them as I was mad and also busy, and did not bring my dog back to them for examination.Why would I bring him back to the place that hurt him?In addition, his mouth nor his leg reach the spot where he was harmed. How could it be a hot spot?The owner claims to be a dog parent, and therefore cares about the well-being of animals…do they?They hide behind their “procedures” when it is convenient for them. Expecting me to go out of my way for them to make it “right”. What a joke.Obviously a mechanical wound, as I am trained on human wounds for my work.Do not trust these people with your dog.
