Oh my. What has happened to this store? Customer service has become poor, with some employees clearly doing the absolute minimum, displaying epic levels of laziness and indifference. I rely on my meds and their stable supply. But every month a new refill crisis occurs. I'm tired of this drama. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.

i take meds for my adhd and ran out on wednesday, my doctor sent a new prescription that day. after she sent the medication i called walgreens to see if it would be ready that night and i was told yes. then when i arrived i was told its on back order and would be available on friday. i called on friday and they said it would be available tomorrow (today) so i called walgreens today and the lady said there’s no estimated arrival day for my prescription and said i should call my doctor on Monday to have her send it somewhere else, the lady said today that with back order they never know when it’ll be ready… so why was i given 3 different days that are wrong?? now it’s saturday and i can’t talk to my doctor til monday, if they had told me wednesday Thursday or friday i could’ve had her send it somewhere else, now i just have a few more days of pain 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 one star is one star too many

This place is pretty terrible. The staff provide minimal assistance and move like snails. I had an appointment and still had to wait over 20mins past my appointment time. While waiting two people came to pick up medicine that it turned out not to be ready

I’ve been using Walgreens for several years, but have been having issues lately with the pharmacy. My main issue is that it shouldn’t take over 24 hours to fill a prescription! I used to work at a pharmacy and we’d lose our jobs taking that long. Getting medications on time is very important, but they seem to have no urgency. :(

Went there yesterday to pick up a prescription. There were literally 10 people in line with 2 employees working at turtle speed. It was obviously going to take a half an hour. Simply not acceptable. Too bad, I could have used that prescription. Welcome to third world America where standards are simply a thing of the past.

My review is purely for Stacy (possibly Stacey - apologies if I spelled her name wrong), the pharmacist at this location. Every time I’ve had to speak with her or interact with her, she is warm, welcoming, and cheerful. Thank you for all you do, Stacy, and for making the patient/customer experience so wonderful.

Snide and sarcastic pharmacy help. Walgreens had issues mailing my prescription for over a week. I called the 877 #, they assured me they can cancel and I can get it filled locally. I called this physical location and the woman on the phone said that was not possible. She finally admitted after saying I had no refills left that there was 2 but only able to use them online. I really don't understand how one company is unable to help me with in their own. I had to call my dr office and tell them about this location being stupid and unprofessional. They had to send in a new prescription even though they knew mine was valid. Also when I called I spent 35 minutes waiting to talk to one of their so "helpful" employees. FYI Amazon is cheaper for medication AND will ship to you about 10 days before you run out, in case anyone else has issues. Also did not help when I finally came to pick up my prescription and waited 35 min in the drive thru, not really their fault. It was after work. The lady at the window was a rude person and rolled her eyes numerous times.

Exceptionally poor service at their pharmacy. Orders cancelled without warning, prescriptions never ready on time, have received medication with others’ personal information on the label. I would avoid this location at all cost.

This Walgreens is hands down the worst. The Pharmacy from the Top to the Bottom should be fired. The owner of this store should be ashamed to serve Clermont. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

People depend on this pharmacy.They just close whenever without any notifications because they don't have staff. Called to check prescription status, ready for pickup. Drove an hour only to find them closed. Find another responsible, dependable pharmacy.

The customer service at this location has plummeted. I had to start writing down names and times, and documenting everything told me because they play with your ability to get serious medications like it’s a game. The attitudes of the employees, including the pharmacist Nyla Vaksh, are sour condescending, and immature. When I asked for names of who I’m speaking with she refused then she put me on hold for “one moment” and left me looping the system. Something needs to be done here ,3 stars is more then the current staff at the pharmacy deserve.

Very inconsistent with hours of operation. Pharmacist(s) at this this location do not work the pharmacy scheduled hours and will close the pharmacy at random time(s) because they do not have a pharmacist available to work. As a result the customers are inconvenienced and do not receive their prescriptions timely.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called about an in-home prostate cancer test, spoke to 2 people in the store then transferred to the pharmacy. Spoke to someone there who kept saying they had COVID test! Spoke to second person in pharmacy who, at least knew what a prostate test was and she transferred me back to the store. I spoke to 2 more managers and a supposed supervisor named Jerry before hanging up. Is that the service you want?

The Pharmacists are horrible for customer's needs.Regularly they hold up orders because the doctor did not fill his paperwork out exactly as they feel state regulations dictate. They didn't offer a curiosity phone call to tell me that they were not going to fill prescription. I took the prescription to Winn Dixie and they filled without the bulls*%#.

Pharmacy is awful. Waiting 20+ minutes for someone to help. Saying I need all types of cards and documents to get a darn steroid pack even though when I pick it up at any other store (CVS, Publix, other Walgreens) I’ve never once been asked for anything out of the ordinary or have any other issue. It’s like they try and be difficult on purpose.

So unprofessional and unorganized. I work at a doctors office and attempted to call in medications for my patients after the pharmacy filled improperly. I was placed on two twenty minute holds only to be disconnected. Called to speak with a manager who was also unhelpful. Pharmacy tech answered the phone three separate times only to put be back on hold. Finally hung up and told patients to pick up scripts and a better and more professional pharmacy.

went to this Walgreens on the 10th august 2022 to get me a shaving blade but on approach to the cashier which is very rude and very talkative back to the customer she needs to get more training. will never go back there to purchase anything she did chase me to CVS which i will always go back to if i ever need anything. bad customers service

Looking past the corporate changes and pharmacy hours, I look to the heart of the store. The 24 hour store/pharmacy was convenient. However I can understand why the changes were made. Especially to the pharmacy. It became a safety thing, especially with the rise in the abuse of prescription pain medication. Unfortunately it's the case of a law abiding citizen getting "punished" for those who break the law. However, I will give the store a 5 star rating everyday because of the employees that work there. To be fully honest in my review there's one pharmacist I'm not a huge fan of but he knows his stuff and he does his job well. He just comes across at times as not being a people person. It could be because hes introverted, or just doesn't have social skills. Or maybe I just caught him on a bad day. It is not my place to judge. I do not know him. It's not enough to make me complain about him or the store. The other employees, from management to the cashiers are wonderful. I go to Walgreens often and even though I pay more money when I go there for some things I could get cheaper at let's say Walmart, I like the atmosphere better. They take the time to get to know you. If you're OK with having conversations with them. If your one that really doesn't wanna talk, they do their job, are polite and then you go about your day, and they go about theirs. However, if you are one that doesn't mind small conversations they enjoy that to. You feel like a guest, not a customer. No, to be honest, more like a friend than a customer. They know my kids and they ask about them. If I send photo books in to be printed or pictures to be printed when I come in and they see me they have them out and ready for me. It's a place that feels like home. I cannot speak for all Walgreens stores. However, this one is awesome, because of the people.

This is not my pharmacy however, I had to use it because my store didn't have the medication. The pharmacy personnel at this store has no compassion or sense of urgency for people trying to obtain their meds. When it comes to having to reach out for approvals or to obtain additional information needed to process a prescription they leave it up to the patient to figure it out. They don't move a finger to go the extra mile. Every day there was a new requirement. And important information was never shared until it was too late. At least this was my experience. Had to call for three consecutive days and ended up paying for the medication because they still needed information to process it through the insurance. Three days with no medication was unacceptable.

A new and very clean location, definitely A-OK. The biggest issue here was the checkout. There were about six people in line ahead of us and for awhile there was only one cashier checking people out. After a bit another associate was able to come up and help, and then after a bit more a manager came up to help. So be ready to wait in line.The store was well stocked and had a very "new" feeling. They had standard pricing and merch you'd expect for this chain. I do like to shop them for seasonal items when it comes close to that particular holiday as they do sale pricing.Overall: BNeeds a bit of work on the checkout end, but otherwise a regular experience in a new / clean store.

This is by far the WORST Walgreens pharmacy EVER!! The problem is Lynn. Every single time I had a RX filled she was nasty. At one point the the pharmacist Jennifer actually told her to be nice and rolled her eyes at her. She needs to be fired! She is absolutely awful. One day she was eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich while working durning Covid. So clearly no mask. I just stared in amazement. The male pharmacist ( another winner 🙄) asked if I had a problem. Hell yeah. What’s is she doing? What if someone has a peanut allergy that she is counting pills for. She is a miserable old lady that clearly hates her job.

I have been to other Walgreens in Clermont and I would have to say this is the Best! Iam really appreciate how Sonata help me. Most Walgreens I go to the cashier just don’t help you or give you attitudes but this time I was very please to meet Sonata very nice lady that help me and answer all my questions. Thank you!

Angela at the pharmacy was awesome With getting us set up as walk-ins for my son’s first Covid vaccine.Although It was super busy and they had five appointments ahead of him and we were one of three walk-ins, they were so accommodating.Jerika was amazing..super fast and efficient and pleasant while administering the shots.I am not sure why anyone rated this location so because they were safe fast friendly and efficient .Kudos to Jerika and Angela !!

Terrible customer service at pharmacy. It’s been several times now that Nyla vaksh will tell me my prescription is ready and it’s not. There’s always an issue coming here and she is very rude and unprofessional.

This location needs to have their staff educated and not take advantage of the elderly. The pharmacy tech should know that Walgreens doesn’t accept caremark insurance. They should refer the patient to their insurance to tell them that cvs take Caremark insurance instead of trying to take advantage of an elderly person saying their meds aren’t covered and they need to pay out of pocket for the full cost which was in the hundreds of dollars range. Very disappointed with this location. Nothing has changed with them. Been like this since 2001!
