I recently had an unfortunate experience calling the pharmacy, specifically with the pharmacy staff, not the pharmacist. I feel compelled to share my feedback in the hope that it contributes to improving customer service.On 1/20/24, I encountered a series of incidents where the supporting staff in the pharmacy displayed a level of rudeness that left me quite dissatisfied. The interactions were unprofessional, and it significantly impacted my overall impression of the service provided.I understand that everyone has challenging days, but I believe customer service is a crucial aspect of any business. The behavior I observed fell short of the standards I expected, and it's disheartening to encounter such issues, especially in a place where people seek assistance with their health needs.I would appreciate it if you could address this matter internally, perhaps through additional training or other measures, to ensure a more positive and customer-friendly environment. As a loyal customer, I hope that my feedback can contribute to the continuous improvement of your services.

Worst Store ever, they never subs an item even when they have it. You purchase a pick up order and they cancel most items and when you walk into the store you find the items you ordered on the shelves,.... They are rude and do not follow Walgreens policy. I do not know how this store still open, manager is helpless.

Pharmacists are awesome. Anytime we need our medication ASAP they are on it and get it ready in an hour or so. So nice to have people who are willing to help you out.

I Want to give a shot out to the manager of Walgreens store 2590. Michael Riccardo's customer service skills are exemplary. I was treated with the Utmost respect and kindness the other day while in the store with my son. He made a very stressful situation turn into a positive one. This store has come along way in customer service and I'm sure you have a big part in it. I am impressed by the exceptional quality of service he provided to me and my son. Thank you Michael for showing me kindness and compassion when I was having a rough day and turning a stressful situation into a brighter one.

I see quite a few bad reviews for this pharmacy but I’ve never had issues. I order my prescription in the Walgreens app, it lets me know when it’s ready and every time I’ve gone to pick it up it’s there. The staff is polite and professional and the cashiers up front are always very nice. The store is clean (except the bathrooms in my opinion). There is another Walgreens down the street that may have some staff issues, so maybe people are getting this location confused with that one. This Walgreens is fine.

Worse experience in the Pharmacy department. The nurse with the arms tattoos was very condescending when I ask for my first dosis of vaccine. Make me wait an hour , didn't ask my name when I came for my appointment, she just assumed who I was until I have to force her to check my ID . Didn't communicate at all , refuse to update my information saying is not important. Give me the shot and send me away. I got home feeling dizzy,I call my doctor and he mentioned that they supposed to keep me there for at least 15 minutes , I sent him a picture of my vaccine card and doesn't say the store location, no date of birth. Now I have to go back once I feel better,for them to fill the card properly

I made an appointment for 430pm for my booster shot. I was there 14 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out my paperwork. I waited for 45 minutes and they never called my name. I went up and the girl at the register said she accidentally mixed up my paperwork with other stuff. Then they still didn’t call me up after an additional 10 minutes. I ended up leaving without getting my shot. I’m going to go to Publix. My husband literally just walked in and got his no problem at Publix. Walgreen staff here need to get it together.

Worst pharmacy I've been to, with repeatedly horrible service from multiple. This is the second time I've gone to pick up multiple prescriptions and they've left a medication out. If they're out of a drug, they don't tell you...they just don't include it in your order. Make SURE to know exactly what and how many prescriptions your doctor sends through. Cashiers say insurance info isn't in computer...though you visit on a regular basis. I has just left dentist office and was in obvious, severe pain. The cashier let me sit and try to find my insurance info for several minutes before suddenly finding it in the computer...never apologized and was rather rude about the whole thing...even though it was his mistake and I had to get back in the line and wait again. Called once to check on medication for a family member and the pharmacist yelled the patient name and medication to a co-worker...pretty sure that's a privacy violation. And to top it off, they're not usually very nice either. Fingers crossed the curly haired tech is off when you visit...if you have to at all. Today was the final straw when we went to pick up 3 prescriptions...they tried to give us 1. When asked about another, they remembered there was a second one...when asked about the 3rd one, they told me they couldn't fill it because they were out. I would think they should offer up that information! They also wouldn't check another store to see if the prescription was available...saying it's just "so much easier" if I do it. There are a lot of other pharmacies in Clermont...I suggest you visit all of them before this location.

I misplaced my CDC vaccination card due tome moving. My 1st mistake was getting my 1 dose and 2nd doses at to different Walgreens. I left my house to travel 30plus miles to get a copy of my card at Walgreens Hancock Village, Clerment Florida. I was told by the Pharmacist that they could only give me the record of the 2nd dose they administered. Ok, thank you. This is after 10am, went to the 2nd Walgreens S John Young Highway another 30 miles away only to met with a closed sign at the Pharmacy. I spoke to a young lady at that Walgreens who told me all of the Walgreens have the same vaccination records in their system, I could have gotten it from the 1st Walgreens I went to. I went back to the Walgreens#1 in Hancock Village, I told the lady that the location I got the first dose from was closed. I told her what the young lady told me at Walgreens #2. She straight out told me we declined to give it to you earlier go back tomorrow when they are open, in a condescending manner.If this is a policy of Walgreens it messed up. People get vaccinations at different locations for convenience. People move or relocate all the time.Do we all have to travel miles or out of state to recover a vaccination record? Trouble customer service. I was on the verge of tears. I kept my composure and walked out.01/02/22 visitEdit -Yes, went and read some of the reviews and it's the same young lady with that tattoo on her arm and curly hair with that condescending attitude. Glad to see it's not only me with that experience. Not sure if these comments are being read by Walgreen. Multiple complaints about the same Pharmacist. Will be calling Corporate today.

I have been trying to get prescriptions refilled at this location for a few weeks now. When they finally answer the phone (because on numerous separate occasions I’ve been placed on hold for upwards of 20 minutes) they told me they were waiting on paperwork from the Doctors office. I confirmed with my Doctor that all the refills were sent to the correct Walgreens and that everything was good on his end and my insurance.Don’t waste your time or business here. There are plenty of other pharmacies or even other Walgreens locations that are competent and hassle free.

Fred O, the pharmacist gave me my flu shot. He’s always very customer oriented. I go in there enough to observe this. Everyone at the front counters and in the store is very friendly. They have a clinic, but depends on who is on staff. I went there to get checked out in December for a cough and the lady pharmacist told me to go pick up mucinex. No vitals, any interest in my conditions, suggestions for Er/urgent care. No interest what so ever. Close the clinic part down and take it off search functions. This location has no interest in utilizing.

Fredrick the pharmacist is extremely rude. His staff also lack training in knowing how to run insurance and tell patients the correct information on why my insurance was not taken!They store manager is great but the pharmacist a d be his department are awful!

The pharmacy team (except the bigger light skin guy) have terrible attitudes, and are so unorganized. I just dont understand why it's so hard to get the prescription filled the right way. I was given a time and date that the script would be ready and it wasnt ready. Why? They had a week to get it right! And now the woman with dark brown hair is giving me all this attitude saying I'm busy you can get it in 2 hours.

I have been incredibly busy the last four days that I finally have time to write this review and boy it's been on my mind. Pharmacy department, SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid coming here for they have the attitude that all customers are beneath them. Attitude, SUCK. Customer service, SUCK. That one lady who works back there with the black curly hair, S U C K S ! ! ! ! Save yourself the headache and go down citrus tower CVS where they have tons of reps behind the pharmacy counter and they are actually sweet and nice. Avoid here at ALL COSTS.

We wanted to give a HUGE HUGE SHOUT OUT to MICHAEL at this location! Mike was helpful, attentive and very polite when we called looking for an item we saw online. Living more than 10 miles away and by the time we would arrive, the item might have been gone, Mike took the time to look for it and actually hold them for us until we arrived later that afternoon. I will be returning and recommending this location from now on!GREAT JOB MIKE!5 STARS!

Spoke to pharmacy tech over the phone, she said my 4 year old daughters rx would be ready within 30 mins. Came to the pharmacy an hour later and they told me it wouldn’t be ready until later in the afternoon (it was 10am at the time, the rx was called in at 8am). I dragged my sick daughter out of the house to pick her Up her rx that I was told would be ready and then I was told it would be ready HOURS later. Terrible pharmacy, no consideration, will not be back.

The pharmacy is very unorganized and unprofessional. They do not communicate with each other and have very horrible customer service. I have been going to Walgreens Pharmacy for years in Orlando then recently had to transfer to the Clermont one and have never had so much trouble and rude customer service in my life.To the rep in the drive thru...when a customer is calling upset about an error YOU GUYS made do not give them attitude, make up lies, and blame them. Learn some proper customer service.

My prescription price changes every month. It’s as if they are selling me a used car. They quote a price just to see if I’ll catch it. They take the Good RX price and add 40% to it.... then tell me Good RX isn’t a guaranteed price!

Cashier was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Store was clean & neat. Prices are reasonable. They accept hundred dollar bill. Staff worked as a professional team & have perfect customer service attitude. During the transaction, I mentioned that we're from New York.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Walgreens, when I was buying some food with my food flex card and the latina woman cashier started to give me trouble even after I told her that all she had to do was scan it... she actually tried to pick a fight with me. If you appreciate GOOD customer service, DO NOT GO HERE!!

I recently had to increase my pain med dosage. The pharmacist decided to make it a personal matter by refusing to fill prescription at the dosage my doctor and insurance authorized. Please use caution when filling pain medication at this location. They are concerned more about being audited than taking care of the patient.

Great place there was a manager there named Mike great guy help me thru the store found what I need even helped me in The photo department with the kiosk so I could print some pictures nice and Polite guy
