We had a phenomenal experience with Eden and her staff today. My dog has never been professionally groomed so I was a tiny bit worried how he’d do. Eden took her time to make sure Mako was comfortable. This boy has a ton of fur and is a really massive dog but he was perfect. He looks phenomenal and he was happy at the facility! Eden did a great job. We will be coming back!

Very happy with our experience today. The staff was very accommodating. It was the first time for our golden retriever dog. They gave us a chance to talk to the groomer directly to explain her what we wanted. And she did a fantastic job.

Probably the most unprofessional place to get your doodle groomed! We made our appointment over a week in advance, got given the quote for $65 (plus if the dog is matted). The day of the appointment, the groomer calls me at 8 am and requires me to change the appointment, so we opt for a 9:30am appointment, even knowing I'm 45 minutes away. Halfway there, I call to let them know I'm going to be about 5 minutes late due to traffic, and the receptionist informs me that the groom is now $95 for a doodle, and it can go up from there for any matting or grooming issues. Ya know, the stuff you find out AFTER your dog is done being groomed. And this is for a 10# dog.. not 100#, not some animal that's mistreated or a mess.. a 10# well groomed mini-aussie doodle who only needs a summer cut, nothing fancy at all. For this type of money, and substandard service before I even get my dog in the door, I'll go to PetSmart, and recommend anyone else find a different groomer.

We’ve been taking our pups here since we moved to Clermont. They have a very friendly and warm staff. They offer a self cleaning station with everything needed to keep the pups clean, and also provide full grooming service. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences every time we bring in the pups. Our pups enjoy their grooming pampering time. Love that it is a private owned and operated business, the owner has always made sure we are happy and our pups as well.

I was very impressed with how personable the staff was! Both groomers took time to say hello to my overly stimulated pup and I felt like she was in good hands. My dog has separation anxiety and goes into a relentless panic mode when I leave. The staff was able to handle her and not make me feel bad about her anxious behavior. We are actively working on this with professional trainers but it’s a process… The groomer who bathed her was actually quite endearing and refereed to her as ‘silly’ rather than pure chaos and a master escape artist. I was very happy with my service and did not receive an extra fee for the separation anxiety as a large pet store has previously required. Only 9 of her nails were clipped but I’m actually impressed they accomplished that much because she gets very wiggly in that state and is hard to handle. I will definitely be a returning customer!

The staff are awsome here! If you wish to give your pet a bath yourself they have the best setup to do so!Just had my pup Bailey's summer trim done shes looks, and obviously feels, so much better. They are great with our nervous senior dog! My wife and I appreciate them so much!

I had a great time. It was the first bathing experience for my rescue dog and me. The receptionist was so nice and such a pleasure to speak to. We will definitely be back. They provide everything from towels to shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommend!!

First grooming experience for our four month PWD. The facility has everything you would need to groom yourself, but we chose to have Eden pamper our boy. She did an outstanding job, and clearly understands that the positive experience is the most important aspect. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting often.

The staff is always friendly. I like the self wash tubs. They have everything you need, shampoo, ear cleaner, towels and brushes. I wish they didn't ask for an appointment to use the tubs. But I've seen it pretty busy so I understand why they do. Make sure to call ahead to book a tub and you won't have a problem. They also have groomers available but I have not used them but they seem to care about the dogs.

I take my pup here to use the manual wash stations. They provide shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, the towels, and a blower to dry off for reasonable price. The stand up tubs really make washing a lot easier. The staff is always really friendly and helpful too.

Had a great experience today getting my dogs nails clipped. Was taken on my appointment and only took a couple of minutes for her to be done. She is not a easy dog to handle and they were great with her. Will definitely be going back.

They have 3 big tubs for washing and 2 drying station. The water pressure is excellent and hoses a good size. They provided all the shampoo, conditioner, and towels.The staff is really friendly and helpful. All 4 of my dogs (1 big and 3 small) got baths and nail trims. It was the best nail trim experience my dogs have had in a long time - they are really skilled.The only down side is that the place is a little small and can get loud with the blow dryers going. Also, if all 3 tubs are occupied, it gets really tight.I will be setting up a grooming appointment soon!

The staff is awesome! They helped me cut my dogs nails quickly and easily on my dog. I love that you can wash your dog yourself in a tab where you’re not straining your back bending over. Plus they offer blowdryers that help get rid of all that shedding hair. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a dog!

I came in to use the self-wash. Since it was my first time, Eden (the owner) explained how everything worked. She was very polite and helpful. When I finished, she took the time to dremel my dog's nails when I didn't have an appointment. She was very kind and gentle with him. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place for your dog to get groomed. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process of grooming your dog. This small business truly understands that your pet is special to you and will always try their best to express that by caring for your dog and giving him or her the best service. Their pricing is also very fair without breaking the bank, unlike Petco and other chain businesses. You can also do self service. They provide you with an environment where washing your dog isn't much of a chore, but a fun experience for everyone.

This salon has a great self serve dog wash. I have a big dog weighing over 100lbs, he fit just fine in the tub. It was a great price for the value I got.

Met the owner today. We had just returned from the dog park and wanted to check out an oyster bar next door. When they told us we couldn't have our dog on the patio we just figured we'd try them another time. Until we saw U Dirty Dog in our back window. The owner greeted me and once I told her what our intention was, she said since she wasn't busy she could put our dog in the back while we ate our oysters next door. We opted for a nail trim as we didn't want to impose too much. We went next door, had some amazing oysters, and came back to our trimmed puppy with a scarf. She was so friendly and we will definitely be bringing our puppy back and be back for more oysters. They offer full grooming services and self grooming which is a great idea and their prices are more than reasonable. Thank you so much for your kindness. It's hard to find these days.

Our dog loves to visit U Dirty Dog! He is a 125 lb gentle giant, but terribly afraid of getting his nails trimmed. He loves and trusts the groomers there so much, as soon as he gets through the door, he is on his back for "belly rubs"! They do a great job and are very fairly priced!

Eden takes care of my Akita like family. I send him in for a wash, claws, ears and he comes out great every time. My Akita has a double coat and is a PITA to brush out. Eve does a fabulous job. I highly recommend.

This was my first time at this place and it was great! I took my pug Dunkin and did the self groom and everything I needed was right there. Dunkin enjoyed it as well. I normally take him to a groomers and do the de shedding as well but this time I did it myself. The experience was great but I give it to the groomers for what they do!! Great customer as well! I would definitely be coming by more often with my others as well.

Took my dog today to get groomed. Made an appointment early last week, when I walked in the lady and the front desk didn't greet me or anything, looked like she didn't want to be there. I walk up and she asked for my dogs name, I said I wanted him shaved and she said "you do know that its very very bad to shave a double coated dog right?" with a nasty attitude and I said "ok, yes". She continues to say "so you know it's bad and you still want to shave him?" I replied "yes, i do".When I called to schedule I told the person I spoke with a little about my dog and she said the price for grooming will start at $65 and up. When i was there today the lady said they start at $85 and up. $20 is a lot difference.Being as rude as she was to me and questioning my knowledge about whether to have my dog shaved or not, I decided to leave and not have my dog groomed. If she was that rude, snobby to me, I can imagine how she would be handling my dog.I know what is best for my dog, yes he has 2 coats, but we live in FLORIDA. THE SUNSHINE STATE. The temp is pushing 100+ daily this time of year and he shouldn't have those hot coats on him.All I was looking for was having my dog groomed and after looking up many reviews on different sites, everyone gave you 5 stars and were very pleased.Never will I ever think about brining my dog here again.

Super Place!!!If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We walked in late on a Saturday afternoon. We had two very dirty English Setters full of dirt and briars. The owner was there and allowed us the time to bathe both dogs. Not only that but she jumped in there and helped us remove all the briars and helped scrub the dogs. We washed, scrubbed and blew them dry. What a great place with great atmosphere. We highly recommend!

I would recommend everything needed to either do yourself or have them do. They supply soap conditioner ear cleaner towels and dryer. Not much more to ask for. It's a small place with three tubs works excellent.

Had to wait 3 days for our 11am appointment. Had our dog there at 10:30 am and was told 12:30, 1pm the latest. We arrived to pick up our dog at 1:15pm and they had not even started. Very upset and will not be going back.

This place is a rip off, they do a lousy job and have the nerve to call and say the dogs are done only to have you show up and see an uneven cut, no nails clipped or anything. The guy that works in there is a shaky alcoholic that should not be trusted to work on anyones dog, and the owner/manager has no concept of customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!
