Had a wonderful experience with the entire team. We were first greeted by Anselmo and he could not have been more knowledgeable and courteous. He treated us great during the entire process. We worked with Ricardo as well for the entire buying process. He was so well informed and provided excellent care answering every one of our questions during the entire process. Oscar and Samantha were also great and so attentive. Could not be happier with our purchase and the entire team at Toyota of Clermont. Would recommend them 100%.

Best customer service yet! Max was so patient with me on trying to make a decision. He was the first person to greet us on our journey. Jon was very friendly and easy to communicate. He worked with me until I was happy with the numbers. Daniela was amazing. I was happy to get in a finance office where they don’t surprise you with unnecessary warranties. It showed exactly what I had discussed with Jon. Car buying makes me uncomfortable but my entire experience was easy going with Max, Jon, and Daniela. I am so happy with my purchase and experience.

Cannot recommend the Service Department. Had an appointment at 8:00 for some diagnostic work. Check in went smooth. Was told that the work needed would take two hours, and cost $660. After waiting 3 hours I asked for an update on the completion time and was told one more hour (for a total of 4 hours.) After waiting for 4 1/2 hours I asked for another update and was told 20 more minutes. It ended up taking over 6 1/2 hours, and costing $774. When I finally got in the car, I found parts on the floorboard where they had been working. When I asked the first “Service Associate” that I saw about the parts, they said “ that they were extra and it wasn’t an issue.” We will see. I would stay away from the Service Department.Update: The Service Manager did reach out to me immediately to apologize. I appreciated the follow up.

Santiago was the BEST salesperson ever! He was so informative and took his time with us to make sure all our questions were answered. He’s awesome! Gabe helped us with the finance side and got exactly the rates we wanted and put the door!! Extremely helpful and professional. Lastly was Valerie, she made the end paperwork a breeze and enjoyable (even at 10pm). She was so awesome!!! These 4 are a POWER TEAM!!!! Awesome job Jacob for your excellent training with Santiago.

Then Jon and Vanessa helped us get the best loan for our purchase. They never attempted to oversell us things we didn’t need or wanted. The whole process was very seamless. Dealt with Jonathan in service. He was excellent, warm, welcoming and accommodating. I know he does not control the amount of time vehicles stay in service...but he still acknowledged it and apologized for it. He's a great representation for his dealership on how things should be.

Vacationing from Canada and had a warning light pop up on the dash. Took it to Toyota of Clermont. Our service advisor was Lukas. From arrival to leaving was an awesome experience. The facility is top notch, staff professional and friendly. Lukas went the extra mile for us which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend if you need their services. Love being part of the Toyota family 😁

Rai, David, Anselmo were all very helpful with my new car purchase. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Process was a lot faster than I was expecting, and staff did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of and I mean everything!When my Mom and I first walked in, we were greeted by Anselmo who rolled out all of the stops. Opened the doors for us, pulled out our chairs so we could sit down, showed us the car, and went with us on the test drive as well. He answered all the questions we had with ease and was very kind.Next we spoke with David about the financial breakdown of the car. He was very patient in taking the time to go over everything with us, even answering some questions a few different times so I could better understand. He even helped me get my phone connected to the car at the end!Lastly we spoke with Ria, for all of the finishing touches. She was nice, straight to the point, and got us out of there very quickly! Really great customer service all around.The entire staff at Toyota of Clermont are wonderful! The dealership is very clean as well. Even staff who isn't working with you that day smile and ask if you need anything. I'm highly impressed and 100% recommend Toyota of Clermont if you're thinking of buying a new or newer car ❤️

Gabriel, young Brazilian, was very knowledgeable about the RAV4. Things that aren’t really even listed on the Toyota website. He was very charismatic and polite. Made shopping and looking around comfortable. Esteban was the sales specialist. He broke everything down for me. Gave me different options to see what I which would fit into my budget comfortably. Overall never seen a more professional car dealership/establishment than this place.

When first getting there Ricardo was very nice. He made us feel welcomed and comforted , he really set the tone to make us feel like we chose the right place for our purchase. Luis was great through the entire experience of paperwork and technicality’s. He made everything very understandable and didn’t try to upsell us the entire time, which made us feel like we could trust him. My worst experience buying a car was at this dealer. First on the website they offer you a price, which of course does not include taxes or fees, and when you go to the dealer they give you a different, higher price that does not include other expenses. The attention of the seller named Alejandro was excellent, but the attention of the Manager named Ariel was the worst I have ever seen in my life. Ariel's attention was as if he were doing me a great favor, very arrogant, intolerant, he does not listen to opinions different from what he says and got upset when I tried to start a negotiation. Definitely, for that reason Central Florida Toyota sells much more cars than Toyota of Clermont. It never occurs to me to return to the Toyota of Clermont again.
